Das Konzept geht wie im vergangenen Jahr weiter: Wechselnde Restaurants \u00fcberzeugen mit Vier- oder F\u00fcnf-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs sowie spannenden Weinen, welche an dem jeweiligen Abend vom Winzer pers\u00f6nlich vorgestellt werden. Die Pl\u00e4tze sind bei jedem Weinmahleins-Event\u00a0schnell vergeben \u2013 kein Wunder, erwartet euch als Gast ja auch ein wundervoller Abend f\u00fcr, in diesem Fall, gerade einmal 89 Euro. Am Freitag, den 22. Februar ist es 2019 das erste mal so weit und Weinmahleins geht an den Start. Serviert wird ein alpenl\u00e4ndische F\u00fcnf-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fc mit korrespondierenden Weinen im Glas. Die Weine kommen vom Weingut Polz aus der Steiermark, werden vor Ort von Spitzen-Winzer Walter Polz h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlich vorgestellt und tragen\u00a0damit einen erheblichen Teil zu dem\u00a0\u00f6sterreichischen\u00a0Winzerabend\u00a0im Restaurant Hochreiter\u2019s Steirer am Markt bei. Die Familie Polz \u2013 Erich, Christoph und Walter Polz \u2013 bewirtschaften die besten Lagen der Region Steiermark\u00a0 \u2013 unter anderem die\u00a0Einzelrieden Grassnitzberg und Theresienh\u00f6he \u2013 und bieten ausschlie\u00dflich qualitativ hochwertige Weine (unter anderem Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller und Morillon wie auch Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon und Pinot Noir) an. K\u00fcchenchef Boris Bozic und Betriebsleiter Martin Ruzevic haben sich f\u00fcr diesen Abend etwas ganz besonderes ausgedacht. Es gibt f\u00fcnf G\u00e4nge mit raffinierten Interpretationen der in dem Restaurant angebotenen alpenl\u00e4ndischen K\u00fcche. Gestartet wird mit einem kleinen Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche und Gang Nummer 1: K\u00fcrbiscreme-Suppe mit Croutons und K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6lrahm. Klingt k\u00f6stlich! Gang Nummer zwei \u2013 eine Edelfischterrine samt Belugalinsen auf Tomatenvinaigrette \u2013 folgt darauf hin, bevor es mit\u00a0Backhendl auf Kartoffel-Gurke- und Radieschen-Salat in Form von Gang Nummer drei weitergeht. Die Familie selbst blickt auf eine jahrzehntelange, gastronomische Erfahrung zur\u00fcck und ist seit \u00fcber 45 Jahren auf dem M\u00fcnchner Oktoberfest als Wirtsfamilie vertreten. Auf der Weinkarte stehen regul\u00e4r rund 52 Flaschenweine aus \u00d6sterreich, Deutschland und Italien sowie wechselnde Tagesweine im 14-Tages-Rhythmus. Wer au\u00dferhalb unserer Eventreihe im Hochreiter&#8217;s Steirer am Markt essen geht, den erwarten neben saisonalen Gerichten auch K\u00f6stlichkeiten wie Pilzrisotto, Tafelspitz, Wiener Schnitzel oder auch ein leichter Ziegenk\u00e4se-Salat.
