Jetzt hat es mich erneut in die n\u00f6rdlichste Provinz Italiens verschlagen und ich verbrachte drei tolle sowie genussreiche Tage\u00a0in\u00a0der Ferienregion Lana. Meine Meinung wurde einmal mehr best\u00e4tigt: Es lohnt sich immer wieder anzureisen und die gerade einmal gut drei Stunden lange Autofahrt von M\u00fcnchen aus in Kauf zu nehmen. Einmal angekommen, erwartet uns dort als Gast nicht nur Sonne und gutes Wetter, sondern auch herzliche Leute, gutes Essen, tolle Weine und vieles mehr. Kommt mit auf meine Reise.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Lana S\u00fcdtirol &#8211; Zahlen, Fakten, Wissenswertes<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>S\u00fcdlich von Meran gelegen, hat die S\u00fcdtiroler Marktgemeinde Lana gut 12.000 Einwohner. Damit ist Lana die siebtgr\u00f6\u00dfte Gemeinde S\u00fcdtirols und zugleich beliebte Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Touristen, die es neben sonnig, auch gerne etwas ruhiger haben. Lana hat einiges zu bieten. Mit den dazugeh\u00f6rigen Gemeinten Tscherms, V\u00f6llan, Burgstall und Gargazon bildet es die Ferienregion Lana und Umgebung. \u00dcber 260\u00a0Hotels, 70 Gastronomien und sechs Weing\u00fcter sowie zahlreiche kulturelle\u00a0Einrichtungen\u00a0 (Schwimmb\u00e4der, Museen, etc.) z\u00e4hlen zu der Region. So ist Lana beispielsweise nicht nur die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Apfelanbaugemeinde S\u00fcdtirols, sondern seit jeher als beliebtes Ausflugsziel f\u00fcr Einheimische, Deutsche, Schweizer und Co. bekannt.<\/p>\n<p>Wer in Lana Zeit verbringen m\u00f6chte, der sollte naturverbunden sein, sowie ein wenig Zeit und Aufgeschlossenheit mitbringen. Der Lana S\u00fcdtiroler selbst, w\u00fcrde sich wohl nicht als offen bezeichnen, wir Bayern bzw. Deutsche, sehen das aber sicherlich anders. Mir zumindest ging es so, dass man \u00fcberall herzlich empfangen wird und dazugeh\u00f6rt, sobald man sich kontaktfreundlich und interessiert dem Land, den Leuten und der Mentalit\u00e4t gegen\u00fcber zeigt. Nach meiner entspannten Anreise wurde ich freundlich empfangen und direkt in meine ruhig und sehr &#8222;privat&#8220; gelegene Suite gebracht. Mich erwarteten \u00fcber 70 h\u00f6chstmodern ausgestattete Quadratmeter in Form von zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei B\u00e4dern, einem gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Wohn-\/Koch- und Essbereich sowie einer sonnigen Terrasse, die einen herrlichen S\u00fcdwest-Blick Richtung Etschtal und Lana bei Meran freigab. Toll!<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Speisen und Genie\u00dfen\u00a0in Lana<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Angrenzend an die Suites liegen im unteren Bereich des Hotels die beiden integrierten Restaurants. Einmal das <strong>Grillrestaurant &#8222;Hidalgo&#8220;<\/strong>, zum anderen das Herzst\u00fcck des Hauses, das <strong>Beef Tasting Restaurant bzw. &#8222;Wagyu Restaurant&#8220;<\/strong>, welches weit \u00fcber die S\u00fcdtiroler Grenzen hin bekannt ist f\u00fcr seine besonderen Kreationen. Serviert werden dort in japanisch-mediterranem Ambiente K\u00f6stlichkeiten vom edlen Wagyu- Rind. Neben Schinken, Lardo, Finocchiona (Salami) zu 100% aus Wagyu, werden auch ausgesprochen hochwertige sowie einzigartige Degustationsmen\u00fcs mit beispielsweise Wagyu Carpaccio, Wagyu Kn\u00f6del oder Kobe Beef Ravioli serviert. Bei meinem Aufenthalt kam ich in den Genuss eines solchen Men\u00fcs und kann euch nur ans Herz legen, einen Abend f\u00fcr dieses exzellente kulinarische Erlebnis einzuplanen. Auch einen Abend im Grillrestaurant &#8222;Hidalgo&#8220; kann ich euch nur ans Herz legen, denn dort werden seit \u00fcber 35 Jahren authentische Gerichte, wie Antipasti, Vorspeisen, Suppen und Salate, S\u00fcdtiroler Spezialit\u00e4ten sowie nat\u00fcrlich Klassiker und Neuheiten vom Grill serviert. Vor euren Augen wird in der integrierten Show-K\u00fcche Mediterranes sowie Fisch und Fleisch, Pasta und Risotto zubereitet &#8211; stets frisch, regional und lecker. Das Wetter meinte es gut mit meiner Begleitung und mir und wir a\u00dfen auf der kleinen, zu dem ansprechenden Boutique-Hotel geh\u00f6renden Terrasse zu mittag. Eine kleine aber feine, mit viel Liebe best\u00fcckte Karte ist Teil davon und neben Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ab 07:30 Uhr, wird ein ansprechendes Lunch-Men\u00fc (12-14 Uhr) geboten sowie bis sp\u00e4t abends um 22:30 Dinner mit S\u00fcdtiroler K\u00f6stlichkeiten und regionalem Wein angeboten. Bei meinem Besuch standen beispielsweise K\u00e4sepresskn\u00f6del, gebackenes Perlhuhn, Schattenbrasse, Bresaola, einheimisches Entrec\u00f4te, oder auch ein L\u00f6wenzahnsalat (meine Wahl) auf der Karte. Zwei zus\u00e4tzliche Tagesgerichte werden euch zus\u00e4tzlich am Tisch vom freundlichen Service genannt (in diesem Fall mit Spinat gef\u00fcllte Tortelloni mit Tr\u00fcffelschaum oder Kalbsr\u00fccken mit wei\u00dfem Spargel). Schaut unbedingt vorbei, wenn ihr in Lana seid. Auch die Aperitife k\u00f6nnen sich sehen lassen (Foto: &#8222;Reichhalter Spritz&#8220;). Schon vor dem Eintreten ein Erlebnis, da einen kleine Ponys und Ziegen sowie H\u00e4schen im Stall begr\u00fc\u00dfen. Danach dann zu bestaunen: Viel Holz, ein einladender Innenhof, griabige St\u00fcberl, Sichtfenster an die direkt an die Esstische angrenzende St\u00e4lle f\u00fcr Ziege und Co. und eine rundum ansprechende Atmosph\u00e4re. Nach meinem kleinen Biertasting samt F\u00fchrung in der Hausbrauerei, gab&#8217;s noch eine echt s\u00fcdtirolerische Brotzeit. K\u00f6stlich! Auch die (Pfeffer)-Biere waren toll und k\u00f6nnen im Rahmen einer kleinen Bierdegustation (drei von vier 0,1l-Pfefferbieren \u2013 Pale Ale, Pfeffer Schwarz und Pfeffer Spumante \u2013 f\u00fcr 6\u20ac) durchprobiert werden. Hier lohnt es sich sowohl mit Kind und Kegel einzukehren, da sowohl gute S\u00fcdtiroler Kost, regionales Bier, heimelige Atmosph\u00e4re und &#8222;animalische&#8220; Unterhaltung durch die Tierchen vor Ort geboten ist. Ab 16 Uhr ist offen, doch seid z\u00fcgig, denn der Pfefferlechner ist nicht nur bei Touristen sehr beliebt, sondern auch f\u00fcr Einheimische samt Biergarten ein gern besuchter Treffpunkt. Deutschland sicherlich schon etwas &#8222;gebr\u00e4uchlicher&#8220;, hat nun auch in Lana\u00a0einer der ersten (Feinkost)-L\u00e4den aufgemacht, welcher tolle Produkte, K\u00f6stlichkeiten, Geschirr, Dekoration, Schokoladen, Biere und Co. aus regionaler Herkunft bzw. Produktion vereint und zum Verkauf anbietet. Es ist meiner Meinung nach nicht \u00fcbertrieben, den Kr\u00e4nzelhof samt M\u00fchlen-Restaurant &#8222;miil&#8220; (steht f\u00fcr &#8222;M\u00fchle&#8220;) als &#8222;Oase f\u00fcr alle Sinne&#8220; zu betiteln. Der Hof untergliedert sich n\u00e4mlich in die &#8222;sieben G\u00e4rten&#8220; samt Labyrinthgarten, das Weingut samt Vinothek, Kunstgalerie und Gastronomie. Zu entdecken gibt es vieles und neben einer ausf\u00fchrlichen Beratung in Sachen Wein innerhalb der schicken Vinothek, hat Hofbetreiber sowie Weinbauer Graf Franz von Pfeil auch immer das ein oder andere &#8222;weise Wort&#8220; f\u00fcr interessierte Besucher parat. Ich f\u00fchlte mich sehr wohl vor Ort, genoss es durch die Natur \u2013 neben viel Gr\u00fcn mit diversen Kunstfiguren best\u00fcckt \u2013 zu schlendern, den ein oder anderen Wein (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kraenzelhof.it\/de\/weingut-und-vinothek\/33-0.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">hier mehr erfahren<\/a>) zu verkosten und abschlie\u00dfend im ansprechenden und am Bach angrenzenden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miil.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Restaurant miil<\/strong><\/a> zu speisen. Die Karte des Restaurants untergliedert sich in kalte und warme Vorspeisen, einige ausgew\u00e4hlte Hauptgerichte (aktuell: Entrec\u00f4te, Marlinger Kitz, Kalbsleber und Zander zwischen 22 und 27 Euro\/Gericht) sowie den Hinweis auf das abendliche Sieben-Gang Men\u00fc f\u00fcr 75 Euro\/Person. Weinbetriebe und auch eine Schnapsbrennerei anzusehen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir\u00a0das historische <strong>Bio-Weingut Zollweghof in Lana<\/strong>\u00a0(Brausbergerweg\u00a015, 39011 Lana\/Bozen) mit Wurzeln zur\u00fcck bis ins Jahr 1346. Auf heute gut 1,7 ha werden Wein\u00e4cker auf steilen S\u00fcd- und S\u00fcdosth\u00e4ngen bewirtschaftet, seit 1990 nach biodynamischer Methode. Angeboten werden sowohl Weine aus den besten Neuz\u00fcchtungen, als auch hochwertige Wei\u00df-, Rot-, Rose- und Schaumweine, die in dem \u00fcber 700 Jahre alten Keller reifen und bei F\u00fchrungen verkostet werden. Schaut unbedingt vorbei und nehmt euch mindestens jeweils eine Flasche vom Ros\u00e9sekt Swing, vom Goldraut oder auch vom Pfiffikus mit. Mehr zu den Weinen und was sich hinter Name, Etikett und Wein versteckt, erfahrt ihr gerne vor Ort vom freundlichen Team.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr wen es gut und gerne auch mal ein Schn\u00e4pschen oder auch Lik\u00f6r sein darf, der sollte sich auf den Weg zum <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reichneggerhof.com\/impressum.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Reichnegger Hof<\/strong> <\/a>(Ultnerstra\u00dfe 10, 39011 Lana) machen. Mit viel Herzblut und Knowhow brennt die Familie H\u00f6llrigl dort nach gro\u00dfv\u00e4terlicher Tradition hochwertige Br\u00e4nde und Lik\u00f6re. Von klassischen Grappa und Obstbrand, \u00fcber den Zwetschgen- und Williamsbrand, bis hin zum Kiwi-, Melonen- oder auch Schwarzbeerenbrand, d\u00fcrfte f\u00fcr jeden schnapsaffinen Gaumen das richtige Tr\u00f6pfchen dabei sein. Mir schmeckten von den Br\u00e4nden neben dem sehr guten Williamsbrand, sowohl der Marillen-, als auch Orangenbrand besonders gut. Weil s\u00fc\u00dfer, begeisterten mich pers\u00f6nlich allerdings die Lik\u00f6re mehr. Probiert mal den Pfefferschnaps, den Kaffee- und Honiglik\u00f6r. Auch der Flugretter und Brandl\u00f6scher erf\u00fcllt seine Dienste. Wahnsinn, wie viele verschiedene Orchideen es gibt! H\u00e4ttet ihr gewusst, dass es 60 (!) Monate dauert, bis aus dem Samen eine fertige Orchidee wird, so wir sie uns dann in voller Bl\u00fcte ans Fenster stellen? Irre, oder? Au\u00dferdem ist die Vielfalt atemberaubend und das Schlendern durch die \u00fcber und \u00fcber mit Blumen best\u00fcckten G\u00e4rten, tut einfach gut. Direkt zu Beginn werdet ihr \u00fcbrigens von sehr zutraulichen wie auch hungrigen Loris begr\u00fc\u00dft, die sich zutraulich auf eure H\u00e4nde und Schultern setzen um gef\u00fcttert zu werden. Schildkr\u00f6ten, Fische und Co. begleiten euch durch die bunte\u00a0Blumenwelt. Zum Schluss landet ihr dann im &#8222;Orchidea&#8220;-Caf\u00e9, in welchem es mein letztes S\u00fcdtiroler Gericht (Spargel mit S\u00fcdtiroler Schinken, Butter und Bozner Sauce) f\u00fcr mich gab. Lecker!<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Mein pers\u00f6nlicher Eindruck nach drei Tagen Lana<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>Wenn ihr das n\u00e4chste mal ein langes Wochenende vor euch habt oder es euch Freitagabend noch f\u00fcr zwei, drei Tage au\u00dfer Lande zieht, dann kann ich euch einen Abstecher in das gut 300 Kilometer entfernte Lana samt Umland nur w\u00e4rmstens ans Herz legen. Es macht unendlich Spa\u00df, sich vor Ort von hier nach dort zu bewegen, Land und Leute, Speis und Trank, Natur und Kultur kennenzulernen. Ich wei\u00df nicht, ob mich mehr die Freundlichkeit der Leute oder die kulinarische Vielfalt samt Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr regionale Produkte und gute Qualit\u00e4t auf dem Teller begeistert hat. Wieder kommen werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder, vielleicht auch mal f\u00fcr eine ganze Woche.
