Ich\u00a0durfte inzwischen zweimal\u00a0eines der k\u00f6stliche G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs genie\u00dfen sowie einige \u00e0 la carte-G\u00e4nge genie\u00dfen. Nicht nur von der K\u00fcche und dem kulinarischen Angebot auf der regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wechselnden Karte her, nein, auch weil sich hier gekonnt professioneller sowie lockerer Service, eine ansprechende Wohlf\u00fchl-Atmosph\u00e4re, als auch ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept vereinen &#8211; und das seit knapp sechs Jahren. &#8222;Schicki-Micki&#8220; gibt es hier, wenn \u00fcberhaupt, nur im positiven Sinne am Gaumen und dem f\u00e4lschlicherweise auferlegte Image (&#8222;Beim Franzosen ist alles immer so teuer und etepetete.&#8220;) wird sich hier keineswegs bedient. Im Gegenteil: Schon beim Eintreten f\u00fchlten meine Begleitung und ich sehr\u00a0willkommen und herzlich aufgenommen. F\u00fcr Gruppen ab 10 Personen werden im Marais Soir eigene Men\u00fcs gestaltet, ansonsten gibt es Drei- oder Vier-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs sowie einige \u00e0 la carte Gerichte (Vorspeisen ab 9,50 Euro; Zwischengerichte ab 16 Euro; Hauptgerichte ab 27 Euro). Durch die etwas verschachtelte Architektur hat man als Gast immer das Gef\u00fchl ein wenig abgeschirmt und &#8222;f\u00fcr sich selbst&#8220; zu sitzen.\u00a0Hat man sich also ein Pl\u00e4tzchen \u2013 zum Beispiel entlang der dominierenden Bar im Eingangsbereich oder aber auch im hinteren, etwas versteckteren Teil \u2013 gesucht,\u00a0wird auch schon die Speisekarte gereicht. Auch auf dem Trockenen sitzt ihr nicht lange und Wasser, Wein und\/oder Aperitif\u00a0werden sofort angeboten. Einer der vier G\u00e4nge des Men\u00fcs.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Speiseangebot und Auswahl<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Was das Ambiente an positiven Eindr\u00fccken zu Beginn des Aufenthalts verspricht, wird auf der Speisekarte weitergef\u00fchrt. So macht schon ein erster\u00a0Blick auf das \u00fcbersichtliche Men\u00fc gro\u00dfe Freude. Gekocht wird in dem f\u00fcr<b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b>40 ausgelegten Restaurant von Inhaber Riccardo Asti und dessen vierk\u00f6pfigen K\u00fcchenteam. Auch Auszubildende stehen\u00a0im Marais Soir in der K\u00fcche. Die Kreationen und Gerichte sind stets frisch, abwechslungsreich und modern. Wer hierbei nur an klassisch franz\u00f6sische K\u00fcche denkt, der irrt. So werden auch teilweise sehr klassische, franz\u00f6sische Speisen mit mediterranem Touch interpretiert und auf der Karte trifft Tradition auf Moderne.<\/p>\n<p>Aktuell stehen beispielsweise Regenbogenforelle mit Tomaten-Brotsalat und Edamame Creme; wei\u00dfes Spargelrisotto mit Gambas; Duett vom Beef mit Rotwein Sauce &#8222;Marchand de Vin&#8220; sowie Topfenmousse mit Himbeere und Rhabarber auf der Karte. Bei einem meiner Besuch gab&#8217;s Saiblings-Dreierlei mit Bulgur, Paprika und Avocado Creme; Gebratene Wachtel Brust auf getr\u00fcffeltem &#8222;Venere&#8220; Risotto; Duo vom Irischen Dry Aged Beef mit Rotwein Jus sowie Mascarpone Mille Feuille samt Beeren und Sorbet. Ihr seht schon: Alles andere als &#8222;typisch, klassisch franz\u00f6sisch&#8220;, oder?<\/p>\n<p>Gew\u00e4hlt werden kann zwischen\u00a0drei oder vier G\u00e4ngen \u2013ab 48 Euro\u00a0beziehungsweise 56 Euro. Mit den passenden Weinen liegen die Men\u00fcs bei 63 Euro oder 76 Euro. Die Men\u00fcpreise \u2013 ganz klar \u2013 passen sich im Marais Soir\u00a0 preislich immer wieder, entsprechend den servierten G\u00e4ngen an. Gearbeitet wird ausschlie\u00dflich mit frischen, sehr hochwertigen Zutaten. Gekocht und geplant wird mit jenen Zutaten, die aktuell Saison haben und den hohen Qualit\u00e4tsanspr\u00fcchen der Marias Soir-K\u00fcche gerecht werden. Im Detail gefiel mir sowohl der\u00a0charmante und sehr lockere Service am Tisch; die pers\u00f6nliche Pr\u00e4sentation durch Inhaber Riccardo Asti, jeweils bei den Hauptg\u00e4ngen; als auch die individuelle Beratung in Sachen Wein bei den Getr\u00e4nken. Auch wenn ihr von der Weinbegleitung Abstand nehmt und beispielsweise f\u00fcr den gesamten Abend mit einer Flasche Wein zu Recht kommen wollt, wird eine treffsichere Empfehlung ausgesprochen \u2013 das hat mir gut gefallen. Schon beim Amuse fiel mir die Hochwertigkeit der Zutaten auf. Diese waren einschlie\u00dflich dem Dessert durchweg frisch, die Pr\u00e4sentation der einzelnen G\u00e4nge weder \u00fcberkandidelt, noch zu verspielt pr\u00e4sentiert. Probiert nach M\u00f6glichkeit auch unbedingt die \u00e0 la carte-Gerichte. Meine Begleitung entschied sich bei unserem zweiten Besuch beispielsweise f\u00fcr sechs &#8222;Fine de Claire&#8220; Austern (f\u00fcr 19 Euro) sowie in Folge f\u00fcr das im Marais Soir als &#8222;Dauerbrenner&#8220;\u00a0 geltende Spiegelei &#8222;Marais Soir&#8220; auf schwarzer Tr\u00fcffeln Cr\u00e8me und Lardo. Ich durfte probieren, sehr lecker! Vom Ambiente her schafft es das Marais Soir sowohl f\u00fcr Business Talks, als auch f\u00fcr entspannte Stunden zu zweit oder mit der Familie den richtigen Rahmen vorzugeben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall immer wieder dort vorbei kommen, wenn ich Lust auf franz\u00f6sische K\u00fcche habe und dennoch entspannt und locker in den Abend starten m\u00f6chte. Das Rintertatar steht schon auf meiner &#8222;Probier-Liste&#8220; und das Marais Soir sicherlich ganz weit oben, bei meinen neuen M\u00fcnchner Favoriten.\u00a0Nehmt euch unbedingt Zeit, auch die Aperitif-Karte zu studieren und lasst euch zu dem ein oder anderen Drink verf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Hardfacts<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Ge\u00f6ffnet ist das Restaurant von Montag bis Samstag von 18 Uhr bis 01:00 Uhr morgens. Reservierungen vorab empfehlen sich auf jeden Fall. Bestellt werden k\u00f6nnen G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs, als auch \u00e0 la carte Gerichte. Mit ca. 70 Euro pro Nase werdet ihr einen gelungenen Abend im Marais Soir erleben. Die Parkplatzsuche kann gegebenenfalls ein wenig Zeit in Anspruch nehmen; die U-Bahnlinie 5 (Station &#8222;Schwanthalerh\u00f6he&#8220;) ist nicht weit entfernt.
