Diesmal geht es daf\u00fcr in das beliebte\u00a0Conti Restaurant auf der Max-Joseph-Stra\u00dfe \u2013 gelegen unweit vom M\u00fcnchner Karlsplatz. Weinmaileins bietet stets f\u00fcr unter 100 Euro tolle G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs, stets mit Weinbegleitung, in wechselnden Gastronomien an. Da ich schon des \u00d6fteren zum Essen vor Ort war wei\u00df ich: Als Gast bzw. Teilnehmer erwartet euch nicht nur eine gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re, sondern auch Wohlf\u00fchl-Ambiente (&#8230;rote W\u00e4nde, Glasfassade, schick eingedeckte Tische, dezente Lichtquellen, etc&#8230;.) und tolle K\u00fcche. Im Fokus stehen stets frische und qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten \u2013 m\u00f6glichst regional, nat\u00fcrlich saisonal und stets nah am Ursprung des jeweiligen Produkts verarbeitet. So wird\u00a0sich das servierte Men\u00fc im\u00a0Oktober dieses mal an der spanischen K\u00fcche orientieren und die Teilnehmer erwartet erneut eine neue &#8222;kulinarische Reise&#8220;. Den\u00a0kulinarischen Einstieg bilden &#8222;Tortilla mit Serranoschinken &amp; Pimentos de Padron&#8220;, dazu ein stimmiger\u00a0Vina Esmeralda Blanco im Glas, gefolgt von &#8222;gef\u00fcllten Riesenchampignons mit Ziegenfrischk\u00e4se, Rucola &amp; Artischocken&#8220; sowie einem\u00a0Pazo das Bruxas Albarino zum Ansto\u00dfen. Freunde k\u00f6stlicher Fischsuppe d\u00fcrften sich am folgenden\u00a0Gang erfreuen, der &#8222;Zarzuela&#8220;. Das ist eine spanische Fischsuppe mit Schellfisch, Tintenfisch und Muscheln. Dazu gibt es Spinatravioli und Chorizzo-H\u00fchnchen. In Sachen Wein begleitet ein Atrium Chardonnay den Gang. Das Hauptgericht ist &#8222;Presa Iberico&#8220;, zubereitet aus dem Nackenkern vom iberischen Eichelschwein, welches in der spanischen Region bekannt und beheimatet ist. Serviert wird das edle St\u00fcck Fleisch\u00a0mit Stangenbohnen, Auberginenp\u00fcree und Sud von Shiitake-Pilzen. Zu trinken gibt es dazu einen\u00a0Doppelflight mit Jean Leon 3055 Merlot Petit Verdot und einen Celeste Creanza Tempranillo.
