Und Waffeln? Kaffee auch? \u2013Perfekt! Dann habe ich jetzt f\u00fcr euch den M\u00fcnchner Umland-Tipp schlecht hin. Das Alte Gutshof-Caf\u00e9 innerhalb des mit 40 Zimmern ausgestatteten 4-Sterne-Hotels Seitner Hof in Pullach. Das Hotel ist familiengef\u00fchrt seit 20 Jahren und befindet sich samt Caf\u00e9 in einem um die 200 Jahre alten Anwesen, welches unter Denkmalschutz steht, \u00fcber eine tolle sonnige Terrasse verf\u00fcgt und zum Verweilen nahe der Isar einl\u00e4dt. Das klingt doch verlockend, oder? Na, wo wollt ihr sitzen?<\/p><\/div>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das Alte Gutshof-Caf\u00e9 in Pullach<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Pullach ist in meinen Augen einer der sch\u00f6nsten &#8222;M\u00fcnchner Umland&#8220; Orte. Gerade mal gut 20 Minuten Autofahrt und man befindet sich im Kern des Zuhauses von ca. 10.000 Ortsbewohnern. Pullach hat einige kulinarische Perlen zu bieten, eine davon ist ganz klar das Alte Gutshof-Caf\u00e9. Es liegt angrenzend an die Gastronomie &#8222;Alte Brennerei&#8220;, welche ebenfalls zum Hotel Seitner Hof geh\u00f6rt, jedoch anderweitig verpachtet ist. Betritt man das Gel\u00e4nde des Caf\u00e9 landet man direkt auf der sonnigen Terrasse, auf welcher bei passender Wetterlage feinste Torten, Kuchen, Strudel und Waffeln serviert werden. Das Caf\u00e9 selbst bietet Platz f\u00fcr 45 G\u00e4ste im Inneren, ist rustikal und &#8222;b\u00e4uerlich&#8220; sowie gem\u00fctlich eingerichtet und d\u00fcrfte mit dem Herzst\u00fcck \u2013 dem gut best\u00fcckten Kuchenbuffet \u2013 zum Verweilen einladen. T\u00e4glich acht verschiedene Kuchen (von der Konditorei Wittmann), exklusive hausgemachter Waffeln, Apfelstrudel oder auch (je nach Saison) Zwetschgendatschi \u2013 finden auf dem Buffet Platz. Ausgew\u00e4hlt wird am Buffet, bestellt am Tisch. Serviert wird ebenfalls vom Service, die Kuchen m\u00fcssen also nicht eigenst\u00e4ndig zum gew\u00e4hlten Tisch getragen werden. In der Getr\u00e4nkekarte sind neben Softdrinks zahlreiche, unterschiedlichste Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nke gelistet, es wird Dinzler-Kaffee in den verschiedensten Varianten serviert und auch eine breite Auswahl an Ronnefeldt-Tees\u00a0wird angeboten. Je nach dem, ob euch eher nach einer k\u00fchlen Erfrischung im Glas oder einem w\u00e4rmenden Begleiter in Form von Tee, Kaffee oder hei\u00dfer Schokolade zu Mute ist, wird so f\u00fcr alle Bed\u00fcrfnisse das Passende serviert. Ganz gleich ob euch eher nach s\u00fc\u00dfem Bienenstich mit Mandeldeckel, Florentiner Torte mit Schokoladen-\u00dcberzug, Rum-Tr\u00fcffel-Torte mit feiner Creme oder doch lieber nach saftiger Apfel-Tarte, feinem Himbeerkuchen, fruchtiger Aprikosentarte oder \u00fcppigen K\u00e4se-Mohnkuchen ist \u2013 das Buffet h\u00e4lt es f\u00fcr euch bereit. Auch eine klassische Sachertorte sowie Apfelstrudel oder Zwetschgendatschi k\u00f6nnen ausgew\u00e4hlt werden. Die Wahl f\u00e4llt nicht leicht und damit es gleich noch schwieriger wird, gibt es auch noch hausgemachte Waffeln. \ud83d\ude09 Die sind n\u00e4mlich das &#8222;Aush\u00e4ngeschild&#8220; des Caf\u00e9s, hie\u00df es auf meine Nachfrage hin.\u00a0So werden sie nicht nur \u00e0 la minute bei der Bestellung zubereitet, sondern zus\u00e4tzlich mit ein wenig Buttermilch im Teig angereichert. Das macht die Waffeln des Alten Gutshof-Caf\u00e9s trotz ihrer\u00a0gewollt\u00a0r\u00f6schen Au\u00dfenwand\u00a0im Inneren sch\u00f6n weich und fluffig. Dazu serviert wird hausgemachtes Apfelmus aus \u00c4pfeln, die im Garten des Hotels wachsen. Toll, oder? Wahlweise k\u00f6nnen auch hei\u00dfe Himbeeren, hei\u00dfe Waldbeeren oder Kirschen gew\u00e4hlt werden. Eine Apfelwaffel mit Vanilleeis oder -Sauce bildet eine kreative Abwechslung im Waffel-Angebot. So brachte ich meine Begleitung zum Testen mit in das Alte Gutshof-Caf\u00e9. Nach den \u00fcblichen Machtk\u00e4mpfen am Buffet \ud83d\ude09 entschied ich mich f\u00fcr die hausgemachten Waffeln, meine Begleitung f\u00fcr einen k\u00f6stlichen K\u00e4se-Mohnkuchen, welcher schon von Anfang an &#8222;iss mich!&#8220; zu rufen schien. Wir w\u00e4hlten uns ein gem\u00fctliches Pl\u00e4tzchen \u2013 viel Tageslicht, gute \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber das Caf\u00e9 und auf&#8217;s Buffet \ud83d\ude09 \u2013 und warteten auf unsere Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nke (ein Cappuccino von Dinzler und ein Rooibos Vanille Tee von Ronnefeldt) sowie die Waffeln und den Kuchen. Da nat\u00fcrlich schon alles vorbereitet ist, bzw. in diesem Falle nur noch die Waffeln gebacken werden mussten, beschr\u00e4nkte sich die Wartezeit auf gerade einmal f\u00fcnf Minuten. Klar, das Caf\u00e9 war w\u00e4hrend unseres Aufenthalts nicht voll besetzt, aber ihr k\u00f6nnt auch bei h\u00f6herem Andrang mit einem fixen Service rechnen \u2013 schlie\u00dflich sind die Kuchen ja alle schon verzehrfertig auf dem Buffet. Die Waffeln waren fein. Etwas fester gebacken, sind sie im Inneren sch\u00f6n fluffig. Das Apfelmus war besonders lecker, die dazu servierte Sahne \u00fcberlie\u00df ich als &#8222;Nicht-Sahne-Esser&#8220; meiner Begleitung. Angerichtet wird alles sehr appetitlich und liebevoll. Der K\u00e4se-Mohnkuchen sah toll aus und \u00fcberzeugte auch geschmacklich. Sch\u00f6n luftig, nicht zu schwer im Magen liegend und perfekt in Sachen Kuchengenuss. Die St\u00fccke sind fair portioniert. Serviert wird eine gro\u00dfe Waffel, diagonal mittig geteilt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Einmal, weil ich die Gegend sehr gerne mag, das Personal sehr freundlich war (Danke nochmals an dieser Stelle) und nat\u00fcrlich auch alles tip top geschmeckt hat. Wer glaubt bei Kuchen, Torten und Co. k\u00f6nne man ja nicht viel falsch machen, der irrt. Es geh\u00f6rt einiges dazu Tag f\u00fcr Tag ein gut funktionierendes und stets die hohen Qualit\u00e4tsanspr\u00fcche erf\u00fcllendes Caf\u00e9 zu f\u00fchren. So sitzt ihr im Alten Gutshof-Caf\u00e9 nicht in irgendeinem x-beliebigen Caf\u00e9, sondern in der Bauernstube eines historischen, ehemaligen Dreiseithofes. Das Geb\u00e4ude und gro\u00dfe Teile von ihm stehen unter Denkmahlschutz und so k\u00f6nnen alte Gem\u00e4uer beim Kuchen essen bestaunt werden. Viel helles Holz, frische Blumen auf den Tischen, die sonnige Sommerterrasse sowie die Ruhe im Haus und Caf\u00e9 sorgen f\u00fcr gem\u00fctliche Wohlf\u00fchl-Atmosph\u00e4re. Die Isar f\u00fcr den m\u00f6glichen Verdauungsspaziergang im Anschluss ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Unter der Woche ist das Caf\u00e9 Ziel zahlreicher Stammg\u00e4ste, welche um die Qualit\u00e4t des aufgebauten Kuchenbuffets wissen. An den Wochenende suchen auch zahlreiche Wochenendausfl\u00fcgler, Touristen und Ruhesuchende das Alte Gutshof-Caf\u00e9 auf. So ist es nicht verwunderlich und dennoch beeindruckend, dass in dem kleinen Kaffee bis zu 10 Torten, Kuchen, Datschis und Strudel pro Tag \u00fcber den Tresen gehen. Wer am Wochenende vorbeikommen m\u00f6chte, der kann nicht reservieren. Unter der Woche ist eine Reservierung vorab m\u00f6glich, jedoch meines Erachtens nach nicht n\u00f6tig.
