Von Ende November bis Anfang Dezember stellen \u00fcber 300 Aussteller ihre Produkte vor. So werden heuer ausschlie\u00dflich handwerklich hergestellte Spezialit\u00e4ten aus Deutschland und Europa zum Probieren, Kennenlernen, Verkosten und Kaufen vorgestellt. Manufakturen \u00fcberzeugen mit feinsten Delikatessen, regionale Winzer schenken Spitzenweine aus, Mikro-Brauereien zeigen auf, was ein gutes Craft-Bier ausmacht und Kaffee-Fans werden von Baristi und diversen R\u00f6stereien in die Welt des perfekten Kaffees entf\u00fchrt. Sternek\u00f6che bieten on Top feine Kostproben von frisch auf der B\u00fchne zubereiteten Gourmet-Speisen an und so wird wirklich jedes Genie\u00dferherz auf der FOOD &amp; LIFE Messe gl\u00fccklich gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Ich pers\u00f6nlich bin seit einigen Jahren jedes Jahr fast t\u00e4glich w\u00e4hrend der Messe vor Ort und lasse so gut wie keinen Stand aus. Es ist einfach sehr interessant, pers\u00f6nlich mit bzw. bei den Herstellern und &#8222;K\u00f6pfen dahinter&#8220; quatschen und nachfragen zu k\u00f6nnen. Weiter geht&#8217;s beim &#8222;MEAT Point&#8220;, welcher Fleisch-Liebhabern interessante Fakten rund um das Thema Fleisch offenlegt. Jede Area h\u00e4lt es euch v\u00f6llig offen, eure Fragen zu stellen, vor Ort zu probieren und einzukaufen, was euch \u00fcberzeugt. Auch wieder dabei ist die Fl\u00e4che &#8222;Bayerische Genussmomente&#8220; vom bayerischen Landwirtschaftsministerium. Dort werden ausgew\u00e4hlte Betriebe aus der Region Waging am See, Bad Feilnbach, Sommerach am Main und Deggendorf vorgestellt und lokale Erzeuger bieten eine breite Palette ihrer feinen K\u00f6stlichkeiten an \u2013 von Br\u00e4nden und Fruchts\u00e4ften, \u00fcber Brotaufstriche und Waffeln aus heimischen Urgetreide, bis hin zu Salaten aus bayerischem Reis oder auch Weinpralinen. Ich pers\u00f6nlich werde mir auch die Auswahl pr\u00e4mierter K\u00e4sesorten im Rahmen des bayernweiten K\u00e4sewettbewerbs 2019 n\u00e4her ansehen. Man lernt den geschmacklichen Unterschied von verschiedenen hochwertigen Kaffee-Sorten und was diese ausmacht. Auch zahlreiche Kaffee-Tipps gibt es f\u00fcr Zuhause und den eigenen Kaffee. Au\u00dferdem findet der &#8222;2. FOOD &amp; LIFE BaristaCup 2019 \u2013 LatteArt&#8220; statt und wahre &#8222;Milchschaum-K\u00fcnstler&#8220; geben in bzw. auf der Tasse Gas, w\u00e4hrend sie sich auf der B\u00fchne an ihren Konkurrenten messen lassen. Ein Aussteller vor Ort ist beispielsweise &#8222;SPICEBAR Gew\u00fcrzk\u00fcche&#8220; mit feinen Gew\u00fcrzen aus aller Welt. Probiert habe ich den Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, das Ceylon Zimt-Pulver und die Tonkabohnen-W\u00fcrze um nur einige Besonderheiten aus dem Sortiment zu nennen. Auch ganz toll war das kaltgepresste Senf\u00f6l von &#8222;Bliesgau \u00d6le&#8220;\u00a0aus dem Saarland sowie die fr\u00e4nkischen Weine von &#8222;DIVINO Nordheim Th\u00fcngersheim&#8220;. Auch lecker waren die nett verpackten Waln\u00fcsse aus Waging am See von Yvonne Liebl.
