Es war stets eine gro\u00dfe Ehre f\u00fcr mich, von den besten K\u00f6chen weltweit zu lernen.&#8220; Nach der R\u00fcckkehr in die Prager Heimat im Jahr 2006, begann der engagierte Sternekoch f\u00fcr die &#8222;Ambiente Gruppe&#8220; zu arbeiten, besetzte bald die Position des Chefkochs und war zugleich mit beteiligt am Aufbau von 10 Restaurants innerhalb von acht Jahren. Seit 2012 ist Oldrich Sahajdak mit einem Michelin Stern f\u00fcr die K\u00fcche in seinem Restaurant\u00a0\u201eLa Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise\u201c in Prag ausgezeichnet. &#8222;Ich konzentriere mich sehr auf die lokale K\u00fcche bei meinen Kreationen. Ich koche mit den klassischen Produkten und Zubereitungsarten, verwende aber auch gerne modernste Techniken und Zutaten, die im Trend liegen. So kombiniere ich auch gerne lokale Produkte mit internationalen Highlights und bringe diese gekonnt in Einklang.
