Dem H\u00f6rensagen nach, kommen die G\u00e4ste von weit her um hier, in dem kleinen gem\u00fctlichen Restaurant, zu speisen. Zahlreiche Stammg\u00e4ste z\u00e4hlen zu den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Besuchern und Stammg\u00e4sten. Kein Wunder, dass sich auch bei Weinmahleins im Februar 2020 viele Stammg\u00e4ste blicken lassen, denn neben der besonderen K\u00fcche, werden auch ausgesprochen gute Weine zu den G\u00e4ngen ausgeschenkt.\u00a0Diese stammen am Abend des 16. Februars ausschlie\u00dflich vom\u00a0Weingut \u00d4mina Romana aus dem Latium. Auf dem Weingut werden vom Besitzer Anton F. B\u00f6rner und dessen Tochter Katharina, mit Unterst\u00fctzung eines renommierten \u00d6nologen-Teams, auf bereits vor \u00fcber 2500 Jahren mit Weinreben bepflanzten, vulkanischen B\u00f6den der Colli Albani ausgezeichnete Weine angebaut und produziert: Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah, die reinsortig oder\u00a0auch in verschiedenen Cuv\u00e9es zur Reife kommen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aufgrund der historischen Begebenheiten des Weingutes, wird der Weinanbau des Weingut \u00d4mina Romana von den Universit\u00e4ten in Florenz und Gei\u00dfenheim sowie dem agrartechnischen Institut Garibaldi in Rom begleitet. Dabei werden die auf 80 Hektar Fl\u00e4che verbreiteten, durchnummerierten Reben genau beobachtet und studiert und z\u00e4hlen so mit Sicherheit zu den bestdokumentierten in ganz Italien. \u00dcber die Weine sprechen wird am Weinmahleinsabend im \u00dcbrigen kein geringerer als Weingutbesitzer August F. B\u00f6rner \u2013 an einem solch besonderen Abend, eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit f\u00fcr diesen, seine exklusiven Weine h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlich zu pr\u00e4sentieren. So erwartet euch als Teilnehmer ein ganz besonderes Men\u00fc, welches mit einem Amuse samt Aperitif startet.\u00a0Die Vorspeise er\u00f6ffnet den Abend mit Thunfisch Tatar mit Scampi-Salat, Pistazien, Blutorangen und Fenchel, gefolgt von Tortelli mit Kartoffeln, Buffalo-Ricotta in Lauchbutter mit Perigord-Tr\u00fcffeln. K\u00f6stlich! Das Herzst\u00fcck des Men\u00fcs folgt:\u00a0Kalbsr\u00fccken, Spinat, Piemont-Haselnuss, Artischockencreme und Polenta.
