Doch das ist jetzt vorbei und so schnell kann der vermeintlich gr\u00f6\u00dfte Feind zum besten &#8222;K\u00fcchenfreund&#8220; werden. Wer sich jetzt denkt: &#8222;H\u00e4, seit wann schreibt Bianca denn \u00fcber Drucker?&#8220;, der hat nat\u00fcrlich recht. Aber halt! Es\u00a0geht um einen komplett papier- und\u00a0farbfreien\u00a0Drucker. Ihr werdet ihn lieben, den einzigartigen 3D-Schokoladendrucker f\u00fcr zu Hause: mycusini. Ja richtig! Schokolade zum Ausdrucken, in 3D mit zahlreichen vorab installierten Druckvorlagen, einfacher Handhabung und jeder Menge Spa\u00df. Ich durfte den handlichen 3D-Drucker zu Hause ausprobieren und bin \u2013 wenn ich nicht gerade am Rechner sitze \u2013 eigentlich nur noch in der K\u00fcche und am Schokolade drucken. Tausend Fragen waren in meinem Kopf: &#8222;Wie kann man Schokolade nur drucken?&#8220;, &#8222;Was muss man bei dem Druck mit Schokolade beachten?&#8220;, &#8222;Wie funktioniert das Ganze \u00fcberhaupt ohne direkt zu verkleben?&#8220; und &#8222;Kann man den Drucker auch als &#8218;Laie&#8216; bedienen?&#8220;. Ich gebe zu, ich war erst etwas skeptisch und wollte wissen, ob der Drucker wirklich h\u00e4lt, was er verspricht. Jetzt, zahlreiche Drucke und Antworten sp\u00e4ter, wei\u00df ich\u00a0mehr und bin inzwischen gro\u00dfer mycusini-Fan.<\/p>\n<p>Der in etwa der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe einer kleineren Espressomaschine entsprechende 3D-Schokoladendrucker mycusini macht richtig Spa\u00df in der K\u00fcche. Mit einem Gewicht von gerade einmal 2,8 Kilo, l\u00e4sst er\u00a0sich leicht bewegen sowie gegebenenfalls umstellen und kann auch in kleinen K\u00fcchen integriert werden. Losgelegt werden kann direkt nach dem Auspacken und sobald ihr euch mit der einfach zu verstehenden Software, welche in dem Drucker integriert ist, vertraut gemacht habt.<\/p>\n<p>Zu dem Drucker geh\u00f6ren neben f\u00fcnf\u00a0P\u00e4ckchen mitgelieferter Schokolade auch ein Netzstecker samt Schalter, eine kleine Silikonmatte, eine Pinzette und eine Sicherheitsnadel, eine Halbiervorlage f\u00fcr die Schokoladenstangen, eine Edelstahlkartusche, eine Gebrauchsanleitung, ein Vorlagenblatt, ein USB-Verbindungskabel und ein USB-Stick. Klingt nach viel, sind aber \u00fcberwiegen nur hilfreiche Zubeh\u00f6rteile und Gadgets um den Umgang noch simpler zu gestalten.\u00a0Am wichtigsten neben dem Drucker selbst: Die Schokolade! Diese wird eingeschwei\u00dft in Form von jeweils f\u00fcnf schmalen, ca. 10 cm langen Schokoladenstangen\u00a0 \u2013 siehe Foto \u2013 mitgeliefert und kann jederzeit in 5er-P\u00e4ckchen (a 32 Gramm \/ 160 Gramm pro Packung) im Online-Shop (f\u00fcr 7,85 Euro) nachbestellt werden. Aus einer Schokoladenstange bekommt ihr \u2013 je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe \u2013 ca. vier bis f\u00fcnf Pralinen raus, ergo mit einem P\u00e4ckchen ca. 25 Pralinen f\u00fcr etwa 8 Euro \u2013 eine faire Sache. Begleitend dazu liegt auch ein einfach formuliertes Anleitungsblatt bei. Startet ihr den Drucker, werdet ihr von der Kartuschen-Bef\u00fcllung, \u00fcber das Aufsetzen des kleinen Druckerarms, bis hin zur Auswahl des Objektes, dem Druckstart und der folgenden Reinigung\u00a0unkompliziert und verst\u00e4ndlich durch die Prozesse\u00a0gef\u00fchrt. Sowohl die Auswahl der gew\u00fcnschten Form \u2013 Schriftz\u00fcge, Buchstaben, Symbole, Skylines, Tiere und vieles mehr \u2013, als auch der prozentuale Fortschritt des aktuellen Drucks wird \u00fcber das Display ausgespielt. Auch wichtig: Ihr seht w\u00e4hrend des Drucks immer, wie viel Schokolade noch in eurer Kartusche ist und k\u00f6nnt so eure Drucke besser in Sachen Schokoladenmenge planen. Die beigef\u00fcgte Pinzette dient zur Entfernung der leeren Schokoladenh\u00fclle aus der Edelstahlkartusche. Sollte die Edelstahlkartusche einmal verstopft sein, k\u00f6nnt ihr die kleine Stecknadel zum Freistechen verwenden \u2013 war bei mir auch bei ca. 25 Drucken nicht der Fall. Ihr k\u00f6nnt so lange am St\u00fcck drucken, bis das integrierte Schokoladenr\u00f6llchen aufgebraucht ist.\u00a0Im Anschluss startet der Drucker erneut den 10-min\u00fctigen Aufw\u00e4rmprozess, sobald ihr eine\u00a0neue Schokopatrone eingesetzt habt. Eurer Phantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt und es k\u00f6nnen online \u2013 dazu gleich mehr \u2013 auch pers\u00f6nliche Formen und Schriften erstellt werden. Ein Druck liegt zeitlich zwischen 5 &#8211; 15 Minuten \u2013 je nach dem wie viele Schichten euer Objekt hat und welche Form\u00a0und H\u00f6he gedruckt werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schokolade, eine kakohaltige Fettglasur, habe ich mir nat\u00fcrlich auch genau angesehen. Die Schokolade schmeckt wie eine milde Zartbitterschokolade und ist aktuell ausschlie\u00dflich in einer Variante verf\u00fcgbar \u2013 das soll sich aber \u00e4ndern. Sie enth\u00e4lt neben Zucker, geh\u00e4rtete pflanzliche Fette (Kokosnuss, Palmkern) und Kakaopulver auch Vanilleextrakt. Wichtig ist, dass ihr die Schokolade trocken lagert und vor W\u00e4rme und Licht sch\u00fctzt. Sobald die Schokolade \u2013 samt Drucker oder in nachbestellter Refill-Variante \u2013 bei euch ist, solltet ihr sie innerhalb von sechs Monaten aufbrauchen. Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde die Schokolade k\u00f6stlich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seht hier, wie ich mich an meinem ersten 3D-Druck versucht habe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe Das macht richtig Laune und ihr ben\u00f6tigt\u00a0kein Technik-Know how, weil ihr step-by-step durch die simple Gestaltung\u00a0gef\u00fchrt werdet. So lassen sich Namen, Begriffe, Gru\u00dfbotschaften und Co. selbst gestalten. Auch die Schokoladenschichten-Anzahl, welche euer Objekt haben soll, w\u00e4hlt ihr bei euren Vorlagen selbst aus. Dadurch legt ihr die H\u00f6he der gedruckten Praline fest.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kategorie &#8222;Vorlagen-Bibliothek&#8220; untergliedert sich in aktuell 12 Unterkategorien (Weihnachten, L\u00e4nder und St\u00e4dte, Liebe, Ostern, Sonstiges, Sport, Tiere, Schriftz\u00fcge, Buchstaben, Zahlen, Halloween und Spiele) und ihr seht dort nochmals alle Vorlagen,\u00a0welche auch im Drucker hinterlegt sind und bereits ohne den Club ausgew\u00e4hlt werden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn ihr den Drucker anschaltet, empfehle ich euch sofort die Schokolade einzusetzen, da im Anschluss die erw\u00e4hnte, 10-min\u00fctige Aufw\u00e4rmphase startet. Der Ablauf der Minuten wird auf dem Display angezeigt und ein kurzes Signal ert\u00f6nt, sobald die Schokolade die richtige Temperatur f\u00fcr den Druckbeginn hat.<\/p>\n<p>Auch w\u00fcrde ich euch empfehlen mit einer flachen, einfachen Figur zu starten. Zwar h\u00e4ngt das Druckergebnis nicht von eurem K\u00f6nnen ab, dennoch macht es gerade beim ersten mal mehr Spa\u00df zuzusehen, wie beispielsweise ein Buchstabe, die M\u00fcnchner Skyline oder ein &#8222;Love-Schriftzug&#8220; entsteht und ihr k\u00f6nnt euer Ergebnis schneller betrachten. Lasst euer Schoko-Kunstwerk unbedingt ein wenig trocknen, bevor ihr es von der kleinen Gummimappe nehmt und fasst die Formen nur mit nicht warmen H\u00e4nden an.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr noch mehr Spa\u00df empfehle ich, euch unbedingt im oben beschriebenen mycusini-Club anzumelden und eigene Vorlagen zu erstellen. Dort habt ihr nahezu unz\u00e4hlige weitere M\u00f6glichkeiten mit eurem 3D-Schokoladendrucker mycusini Spa\u00df zu haben. Wenn ihr ein wenig Erfahrung habt, k\u00f6nnt ihr den Drucker auch ohne direkte Aufsicht drucken lassen. Achtet dabei aber darauf, dass gen\u00fcgend Schokolade in der Kartusche ist (&#8230;ihr werdet vor jedem Druckvorgang gefragt, ob ihr Kartusche tauschen wollt&#8230;) und keine St\u00f6rfaktoren (Staub, kleine Gegenst\u00e4nde, etc.) in der N\u00e4he des Druckers sind. Der Drucker macht \u00e4hnliche Ger\u00e4usche wie ein Papierdrucker, ist aber nicht st\u00f6rend, wenn ihr z.B. nebenbei ein Gespr\u00e4ch f\u00fchren wollt. Ansonsten empfehle ich euch, den Drucker wirklich jedes Mal nach der Nutzung zu reinigen. Ich habe die Edelstahlkartusche samt Schokolade anf\u00e4nglich im K\u00fchlschrank gelagert und trotz anschlie\u00dfender Erhitzung \u00fcber den mycusini-Drucker zog die Schokolade beim Drucken unsch\u00f6ne L\u00f6cher mit sich.
