meiner Begleitung war ich k\u00fcrzlich im Restaurant togather auf der Schwanthalerstra\u00dfe. Das Restaurant hat erst im Januar diesen Jahres ge\u00f6ffnet und ich will euch nun dar\u00fcber berichten. Herzlicher Service, nette Menschen, gutes Essen und stimmige Weine \u2013 das und vieles mehr k\u00f6nnt ihr im Restaurant togather (Wortspiel: &#8222;gather&#8220; &#8211; versammeln und &#8222;together&#8220; &#8211; zusammen) erleben.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Restaurant togather: Die Idee dahinter<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Das Restaurant togather ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, denn es ist M\u00fcnchens erstes Co-Dining Restaurant. Das hei\u00dft, hier soll zusammen an gro\u00dfen Tischen gegessen werden \u2013 da Corona sich gerade wieder beruhigt, ist das wieder m\u00f6glich. So gibt es im Restaurant togather Co-Dining Zeiten, wie beispielsweise die Mittagspause zwischen 11:30 und 14 Uhr, zu welcher ihr euch als kontaktfreudiger Mensch und Netzwerker mit neuen Menschen w\u00e4hrend dem Essen verbinden und austauschen k\u00f6nnt. Zum Co-Dinner wird zwischen 18 und 21:30 Uhr geladen. Auch hier soll entspannt genetzwerkt und ein geselliges Miteinander gelebt werden. Das alles nat\u00fcrlich, w\u00e4hrend feine, heimische K\u00fcche genossen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das ganz besondere ist das zus\u00e4tzliche Gef\u00fchl, an einer gro\u00dfen Tafel mit Freunden und neuen Gesichtern zu essen. Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnt ihr euch auch einfach alleine entspannen und ausruhen, nachmittags Kaffee trinken und Kuchen essen oder euch mit k\u00f6stlichen Speisen s\u00e4ttigen. Ein separater Raum dient als &#8222;Co-Working Caf\u00e9&#8220; mit langem Tisch und viel Raum zum Austauschen. Dort sitzt ihr mit anderen arbeitenden Menschen beisammen, k\u00f6nnt euch auf euch konzentrieren und mit anderen connecten. Cool, oder? Ansonsten finden immer wieder wechselnde Veranstaltungen statt. So soll das Restaurant togather in entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re helfen zu verbinden und das eigene Netzwerk zu vergr\u00f6\u00dfern. Ein Thunfisch Couscous-Salat.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Das kulinarische Angebot<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Im Restaurant togather gibt es sowohl Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, als auch Lunch\u00a0oder Dinner. Auch hausgemachte Kuchen und feine Longdrinks f\u00fcr entspannte Abendstunden werden angeboten. F\u00fcr das komplette Speiseangebot gilt: Die Zutaten kommen m\u00f6glichst von heimischen Bauern und werden meist in bester Bioqualit\u00e4t eingekauft. So kommt das Fleisch beispielsweise aus biologisch-artgerechter Tierhaltung.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00f6chentlich stehen wechselnde Gerichte auf der Karte. Diese k\u00f6nnt ihr vor Ort essen, oder auch mitnehmen. Wer \u00fcber 50 Euro Bestellwert hat, der wird auch gerne beliefert. Zweimal im Monat gibt es sonntags au\u00dferdem einen Brunch (f\u00fcr 19,90 Euro pro Person), bei welchem euch die Gerichte entspannt an den Platz serviert werden. Zur Auswahl stehen auch hier nur feinste (Bio-)K\u00f6stlichkeiten, wie selbstgemachte Brezen, French Toast, Croissants, hausgemachte Marmelade, M\u00fcsli, Chia-Pudding, Avocado-Spiegeleier-Brot, frische Zimtschnecken, Overnight Oats Bowl, Eierspeisen nach Wahl und Wasser sowie ein Glas Prosecco oder frischen Orangensaft.<\/p>\n<p>Am Nachmittag gibt es t\u00e4glich hausgemachte Kuchen. Diese sowie die feinen Gerichte gibt es auch zum Mitnehmen. Lasst auf keinen Fall die Kaffee-Spezialit\u00e4ten aus. Diese bekommt ihr n\u00e4mlich in Geschirr von &#8222;Kaffeeform&#8220; serviert. Das ist Geschirr, hergestellt aus Kaffeebohnen.
