Rindchens &#8222;Surf &amp; Turf&#8220;-Men\u00fc in drei G\u00e4ngen.<\/p><\/div>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das Restaurant Conti<\/b><\/h1>\n<p class=\"p1\">Das Restaurant Conti z\u00e4hlt seit vielen Jahren zu einem meinen Favoriten, wenn es um gem\u00fctliche Stimmung, freundlichen Service und nat\u00fcrlich tolle Kreationen auf den Tellern geht. Im Rahmen des aktuellen Surf &amp; Turf-Men\u00fcs<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>hat sich das Restaurant erneut \u2013 es finden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig neue Specials statt \u2013 etwas ganz besonderes einfallen lassen. Zusammen mit Rindchen&#8217;s Weinkontor werden euch drei tolle G\u00e4nge \u2013 zubereitet von K\u00fcchenchef J\u00fcrgen Weingarten und seinem Team \u2013 in Begleitung von jeweils einem Glas passenden Wein kredenzt. Zusammen mit meiner Begleitung genoss ich das Men\u00fc vor Ort. Ein genussvolles Erlebnis, das ihr euch nicht entgehen lassen solltet. Gestartet wurde nach dem Platzieren \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich ist alles gem\u00e4\u00df den gesetzlichen Vorgaben ausgerichtet \u2013 mit der Frage nach unseren Getr\u00e4nkew\u00fcnschen. Dazu kretisches Oliven\u00f6l, Oliven und zweierlei Brot. Ich mag es sehr, wenn der Appetit und die Vorfreude durch einen entsprechenden Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche noch mehr gesteigert wird. Dementsprechend war die Suppe sehr k\u00f6stlich und ich freute mich erst recht auf die Vorspeise: &#8222;Roh marinierter Saibling mit Koriandersalsa, gebratener Wachtelbrust, Linsensalat und Waldpilze&#8220;. Im Glas dazu: &#8222;2019er Falanghina del Sannio DOP&#8220; (Fontana Vecchia, Kampanien). Schon beim Lesen der Men\u00fckarte wird schnell klar, im Restaurant Conti, werden Kreationen serviert, die es nicht auf jeder Speisekarte zu finden gibt \u2013 so auch die Komponenten der Vorspeise. Mir gef\u00e4llt, dass hier Zutaten und Speisen serviert werden, die man ansonsten selten kombiniert, liest und folglich im Rahmen eines Men\u00fc genie\u00dfen darf. Im Conti habt ihr dazu die M\u00f6glichkeit. Eine tolle Kombination und gelungene Umsetzung des &#8222;Surf &amp; Turf&#8220;-Mottos auf einem Teller. Den s\u00fc\u00dfen Abschluss des Abends genossen wir mit einer &#8222;Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e samt Zwetschgen und Rum Eis&#8220;. Obwohl ich kein allzu gro\u00dfer Dessert-Esser bin, genoss ich die Kombination von Eis, Frucht und knackig-cremiger Vanille im Sch\u00e4lchen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich kann euch nur empfehlen vorbei zu kommen. Schnappt euch eure Liebsten, eure Freunde und Verwandten und genie\u00dft tolle Gerichte, k\u00f6stliche und nat\u00fcrlich perfekt abgestimmte Weine im Glas dazu und sorgt f\u00fcr einen unvergesslichen Abend im\u00a0Restaurant CONTI\u00a0mit Rindchens &#8222;Surf &amp; Turf&#8220;-3 G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fc.
