Das bringt einiges an Ver\u00e4nderung mit sich und ich selbst beobachte an mir, dass ich mehr und mehr Zeit damit verbringe, mich online nach hochwertigen Lebensmitteln und gutem Essen umzusehen. Angeboten werden richtig gute, urspr\u00fcngliche Lebensmitteln von\u00a0kleinen Manufakturen, wie beispielsweise Antipasti, Honige, Marmeladen und Chutneys, Saucen, Tr\u00fcffelprodukte, Nudeln, Gew\u00fcrzkr\u00e4uter- und Salze, feinste Mandeln, tolle Weine und vieles mehr. Gemeinsam mit seiner Partnerin Silke Kauer hatte er die Idee gute und hochwertige Lebensmittel aus Griechenlands D\u00f6rfern nach Deutschland zu bringen und so startete DER DORFLADEN im Jahr 2013 mit bestem, selbst geerntetem Oliven\u00f6l. Von Zeit zu Zeit kamen, stets mit dem Fokus auf Qualit\u00e4t statt Quantit\u00e4t, immer mehr Lebensmittel hinzu und der Kreis begeisterter Abnehmer wuchs und wuchs. Immer mehr begeisterte Menschen fanden Freude an der Idee der beiden Gr\u00fcnder. Online-Shopping-Tour fiel inzwischen \u00fcber mehrere Stunden und umfangreich aus. Ich testete neben Trahanas, Steinpilznudeln, Pilzpat\u00e9 mit schwarzem Tr\u00fcffel, griechischem Wein, fein-salzigen Mandeln, Paprikapaste und verschiedenen Gew\u00fcrzkr\u00e4utern auch ein extra-natives Oliven\u00f6l, da ich gro\u00dfer Fan von guten \u00d6len bin. Da ich durchweg begeistert war, schlug ich im Rahmen einer zweiten Shopping-Runde direkt nochmal\u00a0zu. Diesmal landete in Sachen \u00d6l ein echtes Highlight in meinem Warenkorb: Extra-natives Oliven\u00f6l aus fr\u00fcher Ernte und ein echtes Juwel unter den \u00d6len.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Das Oliven\u00f6l aus fr\u00fcher Ernte\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Was macht ein \u00d6l zu einem ganz besonders guten \u00d6l bzw. was macht Oliven\u00f6l aus fr\u00fcher Ernte so gut? \u2013 Durch die tollen Dorfladen-Produkte bin ich neugierig geworden und habe mich ein wenig schlau gemacht. Oliven, die f\u00fcr ein \u00d6l aus fr\u00fcher Ernte verwendet werden, werden unreif, also in gr\u00fcnem Zustand, geerntet. Die Oliven werden also noch bevor sie ihre Farbe von gr\u00fcn zu violett wechseln, verarbeitet. Zwar verringert sich dadurch der Ertrag, da die Oliven durch die Reifung (und F\u00e4rbung) an \u00d6lgehalt gewinnen, aber das Oliven\u00f6l hat einen besonders frischen, grasigen Geschmack. Neben diesen merkt man beim Verkosten au\u00dferdem einen sch\u00f6n pfeffrigen Abgang.\u00a0Zu erkennen ist das auch an der sattgr\u00fcnen Farbe des fertigen Oliven\u00f6ls aus fr\u00fcher Ernte. Dazu ist das \u00d6l nicht so bitter, wie es viele andere Oliven\u00f6le aus fr\u00fcher Ernte sind.\u00a0Auch dazu gelernt habe ich, dass der Bodensatz, welcher sich am Flaschenboden des \u00d6ls bildet, ein Zeichen f\u00fcr\u00a0ein echtes Naturprodukt ist und entsteht, weil das \u00d6l ungefiltert abgef\u00fcllt wird. Kauft also statt jede Menge Bl\u00f6dsinn auf Amazon und Co. lieber hier ein und belohnt euch mit einem guten Gewissen.<\/p>\n<p>Sch\u00f6n finde ich au\u00dferdem, dass die beiden Betreiber des Dorfladens ihr Sortiment langsam immer mehr erweitern und ausbauen wollen. So kommen gegebenenfalls noch Produkte\u00a0aus anderen L\u00e4ndern und kleinen Manufakturen dazu, wobei der Fokus immer auf griechischen Produkten bleiben soll.
