In meinen Augen er\u00f6ffnen sie uns neue Welten und zeigen auf, wie vielf\u00e4ltig, bunt und abwechslungsreich unsere Welt doch ist. Spezialisiert sich das Buch dann auch noch auf Kulinarik, K\u00fcche und Genuss, ist mein Interesse gewiss. So erging es mir auch bei dem neuen im Sieveking Verlag erschienenen Buch \u201eLOVE IS SERVED\u201c. Das Buch stellt auf 336 Seiten 116 verschiedene Rezepte aus dem S\u00fcden Kaliforniens vor und ich habe mich durch das gesamte Buch gebl\u00e4ttert, gest\u00f6bert und mir kalifornische Inspiration geholt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Worum geht es? &#8211; Das Buch hat seinen Ursprung in L.A. \u2013 der Heimat des Caf\u00e9 Gratitude, welches als Hotspot f\u00fcr Stars und Sternchen gilt und ausschlie\u00dflich pflanzenbasierte K\u00fcche anbietet. So vermittelt jede seiner Kreationen Genuss, Energie und Wohlgef\u00fchl. Die Namen seiner Kreationen lauten \u201eI Am Fearless\u201c, \u201eI am Open Hearted\u201c oder auch \u201eI Am Passionate\u201c \u2013 stimmig zum positiven Lebensgef\u00fchl, welches das amerikanische Caf\u00e9 Gratitude st\u00e4rken und \u00fcbertragen m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dieser rote Faden der Gratitude-Philosophie zieht sich einheitlich durch das gesamte Konzept des Caf\u00e9s und so sind Achtsamkeit und Respekt, auch bei der Auswahl der Lebensmittel, welche f\u00fcr die Gerichte verwendet werden, oberste Priorit\u00e4t. Das Ergebnis: Es werden ausschlie\u00dflich Bio-Zutaten verwendet und komplett auf tierische Produkte, auf verarbeitetes Soja und \u00fcberwiegend auf raffinierte S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel sowie glutenhaltige Zutaten verzichtet. Lecker! Ich werde das Buch auf jeden Fall direkt in meiner K\u00fcche aufbewahren und immer dann, wenn mich die Lust packt, neues auszuprobieren rausholen und als Inspirationsquelle nutzen.
