Nach der Bestellung und dem Test meiner ersten Ladung HAWT Saucen und HAWT \u00d6len, will ich\u00a0meine Erfahrung nun mit euch teilen \u2013 doch Vorsicht: Es wird hawt!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Warum HAWT? &#8211; Hochwertige Chili-Saucen und -\u00d6le<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Zuerst fragt ihr euch sicher, was ich mit Chili am Hut habe? \u2013 Inzwischen so einiges, da ich es\u00a0immer mehr\u00a0zu sch\u00e4tzen gelernt habe, welchen Mehrwert eine gute W\u00fcrze und Sch\u00e4rfe \u2013 in Form von \u00d6len, Dipps, Saucen, etc. \u2013 f\u00fcr mein gekochtes Essen und meine Snacks haben kann. Gute \u00d6le, feine Saucen und hochwertige Sch\u00e4rfe geben einem Rezept den &#8222;zus\u00e4tzlichen Kick&#8220;. Da man mit &#8222;falschen&#8220; Produkten aber auch ganz schnell das eigene Essen &#8222;verw\u00fcrzen&#8220; kann, war mir bei meiner pers\u00f6nlichen Auswahl wichtig, dass ich a) wei\u00df, was in meiner W\u00fcrz-Zugabe drin ist (Qualit\u00e4t), b) wei\u00df, welcher Sch\u00e4rfegrad mich jeweils erwartet (Transparenz) und c) dass\u00a0meine Saucen und \u00d6le hochwertig und m\u00f6glichst regional\u00a0sind (Nachhaltigkeit). Chili ist nicht immer &#8222;unmenschlich scharf&#8220; und mit einem brennendem Rachen verbunden. In der richtigen Dosierung kann Chili jedes Essen aufwerten. So hat jede\u00a0Sorte HAWT-Sauce ihre eigene Chilisorte, unterst\u00fctzt vom jeweiligen Eigengeschmack der Saucen-Rezeptur. Das Ergebnis sind vier Saucen und zwei \u00d6le \u2013 gemacht f\u00fcr jede individuelle Geschmacksrichtung und unz\u00e4hlige Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtig ist auch noch zu wissen: Die Bio-Chilis werden von einem Biohof bezogen, die restlichen Zutaten\u00a0(bis auf den Essig) von Demeter \u2013 euch erwartet also beste Qualit\u00e4t von A bis Z. Der Essig stammt von Naturkost Bode aus dem Norden Deutschlands. Dazu sind alle Rezepturen bio, vegan, halal und kosher. (Das ist der Grund, warum der Essig nicht direkt aus Bayern kommt, weil es nicht einfach war, kosheren und sulfitefreien Essig ohne durchlaufene Kl\u00e4run zu finden).\u00a0Damit das Drumherum zum hochwertigen Inhalt passt, wird alles per Hand in Glas abgef\u00fcllt \u2013 ergo entsteht kein Plastikm\u00fcll und die Flaschen k\u00f6nnen im Anschluss recycelt werden. Genauso sieht es mit der Verpackung aus, in welcher die HAWT-Produkte zu euch kommen. Selbst der Versand erfolgt klimaneutral und Co2-freundlich. Dann bestelle ich mal&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Mein pers\u00f6nlicher Test: Bestellen, kochen, dippen und w\u00fcrzen mit HAWT<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Die Bestellung \u00fcber den Online-Shop ist easy und direkt beim Auspacken des Packerls, merkt ihr, dass ihr Qualit\u00e4t und jede Menge &#8222;Know-how&#8220; in den H\u00e4nden haltet.\u00a0Schon beim St\u00f6bern im Shop, war einer meiner ersten Gedanken,\u00a0was es eigentlich mit dem Namen auf sich hat. Das Start-up &#8222;HAWT&#8220; aus Amberg hat sich kurzerhand das Programm auf die Fahne beziehungsweise auf das Etikett geschrieben, denn alle Saucen und \u00d6le aus dem HAWT-Sortiment sind genau das: Hot, sprich &#8222;HAWT&#8220;.\u00a0So hat jede Sauce sowohl einen anderen Sch\u00e4rfegrad \u2013 von mild bis superscharf \u2013, als auch unterschiedliche Basiszutaten und Farben.\u00a0So ist jede HAWT-Sauce aus einer anderen Sorte Chili gemacht. Spannend, oder? \u2013 Ich stelle euch nun die Saucen, aufsteigend von Sch\u00e4rfegrad ein bis Sch\u00e4rfegrad vier, vor. Sie passt ideal zu K\u00e4se, Gefl\u00fcgel und zu s\u00fc\u00dfen Desserts. Klingt erst mal ungewohnt, funktioniert aber ganz wunderbar \u2013 Sch\u00e4rfe und S\u00fc\u00dfe lassen sich, je nach Ausma\u00df, gut kombinieren. F\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich ist sie tats\u00e4chlich der Favorit aus der Reihe, denn sie schmeckt fruchtig und frisch und ist vom Sch\u00e4rfegrad her genau richtig f\u00fcr mich. Sauce Nummer 2 (Heat 2\/4) ist die\u00a0<strong>GREEN SAUCE<\/strong> mit Petersilie, Minze und k\u00f6stlichen Jalape\u00f1os \u2013 eine scharfe Paprikasorte die hierzulande mit ihrer Sch\u00e4rfe recht bekannt ist und oft zum Sch\u00e4rfen verwendet wird. Inspiriert von der Frankfurter Sauce, passt sie gut zu Gefl\u00fcgel, Fisch und Gem\u00fcse. Auch als Basis f\u00fcr Dressings und Salsas ist sie perfekt und entfaltet ihr volles Potenzial. Wenn ihr es gerne etwas sch\u00e4rfer m\u00f6gt, k\u00f6nnt ihr\u00a0bedenkenlos zur gr\u00fcnen Sauce greifen. Nummer drei der HAWT-Saucen-Family ist die\u00a0<strong>YELLOW SAUCE<\/strong> (Heat 3\/4) \u2013 aufgepasst, langsam wird&#8217;s richtig hot. \ud83d\ude09 Auf der Basis von Mango und Minze wird die gelbe Sauce mit Jamaikanischer Scotch Bonnet Chili (&#8230;schon mal geh\u00f6rt?&#8230;) hergestellt und heizt eure Eint\u00f6pfe, Thai Currys oder auch Jamaican Jerk \u2013\u00a0 eine W\u00fcrzmischung aus der kreolischen K\u00fcche \u2013 ordentlich ein. Sowohl als Marinade oder Dip ist sie perfekt geeignet. Ich habe mein Chili con Carne damit gew\u00fcrzt und muss sagen \u2013 wow! Das war in der Tat schon recht hot! \ud83d\ude09 Getreu dem Motto &#8222;Nur die Harten kommen in den Garten&#8220;, solltet ihr zu Sauce Nummer vier, die\u00a0<strong>RUDDY SAUCE<\/strong> (Heat 4\/4) nur greifen, wenn ihr einer echten Geschmacksexplosion gewachsen seid. Hier vereinen sich Tomaten, Sauerkirschen und die teuflisch scharfe Trinidad Scorpion Chili. Klingt schon gef\u00e4hrlich, oder? \u2013 Wer&#8217;s ausprobieren will, w\u00fcrzt damit am besten vorsichtig sein BBQ, oder dippt seine dann garantiert nicht mehr faden Nachos. Auch frittiertes ist gut geeignet f\u00fcr die Ruddy Sauce. Ersteres ist bei den \u00d6len mein Favorit. Es basiert auf Raps\u00f6l, kann dadurch hoch erhitzt werden und l\u00e4sst sich durch seine mittlere Sch\u00e4rfe bedenkenlos in jedem Gericht einsetzen. Wer bis zu Sauce Nummer drei von der Sch\u00e4rfe kommt, steckt die Sch\u00e4rfe des \u00d6ls easy weg. Ich habe meinen Salat mit dem Spicy Oleo \u00d6l angemacht sowie meinen Fisch damit betr\u00e4ufelt. W\u00fcrzt euer Essen beim Ausprobieren am besten wenig vor, denn mit der Verwendung des \u00d6ls ist das so gut wie nicht mehr n\u00f6tig. Wer es auch in Sachen \u00d6l lieber doch richtig &#8222;hawt&#8220; mag und das Pendant zu Sauce Nummer vier sucht, der greift dann besser zum Risky Oleo \u00d6l \u2013 der gro\u00dfe Bruder vom Spicy Oleo \u00d6l. Wie der Name schon sagt, ein kleines Risiko f\u00fcr eure Sinne. \ud83d\ude09 Drin stecken hochwertige Lemon Drop Chilis. Die Chili Manufaktur HAWT beschreibt das \u00d6l recht treffend wie folgt: &#8222;Das Risky Oleo stellt euch auf die Probe. Geeignet nur f\u00fcr echte Chiliheads!&#8220;. Ich gebe zu, dass ich die Sch\u00e4rfe fast nicht mehr &#8222;ertrage&#8220;. Ich bin ein sparsamer &#8222;Scharf-Esser&#8220;, aber WENN ich Lust darauf habe, wei\u00df ich jetzt, wonach ich greife. Es macht Spa\u00df sich durch die verschiedenen Saucen zu probieren und immer wieder neu zu kombinieren. Pluspunkt: Die \u00d6le werden mit entsprechendem Schraubverschluss f\u00fcr eine bessere Dosierung geliefert. Jede Flasche kostet \u00fcbrigens faire neun Euro.
