Wie ich euch neulich schon erz\u00e4hlt habe, geht bei mir nichts \u00fcber laue Sommerabende auf der Terrasse, begleitet von einem k\u00f6stlichen Getr\u00e4nk im Glas. Dabei muss es nicht immer Alkohol sein. Ganz im Gegenteil: Erfrischende S\u00e4fte, Limonaden und Mixgetr\u00e4nke stehen hoch oben im Kurs und wenn sie dann auch noch aus Fr\u00fcchten und Streuobst von H\u00f6fen\u00a0sowie Anbauern aus der Region sind, ist guter Genuss so gut wie vorprogrammiert. Trinkt ihr auch gerne gute S\u00e4fte und Nektar? \u2013 Hand aufs Herz, achtet ihr dabei auf Regionalit\u00e4t und eine hochwertige Auswahl der verarbeiteten Fr\u00fcchte? Bei mir verh\u00e4lt es sich mit S\u00e4ften \u00e4hnlich wie bei allem, was ich zu mir nehme: Die Qualit\u00e4t muss stimmen. Klar ist, Saft ist nicht gleich Saft und wie bei den meisten Lebensmitteln gibt es auch hier gro\u00dfe Unterschiede in Sachen Qualit\u00e4t und folglich Genuss. Es lohnt sich den Blick au\u00dferhalb der Supermarktregale schweifen zu lassen und zu regionalen S\u00e4ften und Produkten von Streuobstanbauern aus Bayern zu greifen. Die geschmackliche Vielfalt an S\u00e4ften, Nektaren, Schorlen, aber auch Cidern oder Edelbr\u00e4nden ist riesig.<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen wei\u00df ich:\u00a0Eine Vielzahl der guten und artenreichen sowie hochwertigen S\u00e4fte und Nektare aus Bayern, haben wir ausschlie\u00dflich der Arbeit der flei\u00dfigen Streuobstanbauer und -veredler zu verdanken. Viele Produkte und aromatische Getr\u00e4nke, welche wir kaufen k\u00f6nnen und in bester Bio-Qualit\u00e4t produziert wurden, stammen aus dem heimischen Bayern. Doch nicht nur pur, sondern auch\u00a0f\u00fcr selbstgemachte Limonaden und sommerlich erfrischende Drinks lassen sich die regionalen Getr\u00e4nke vielseitig und individuell weiterverarbeiten. Lest ihr also auf der Verpackung Orangensaft, Apfelsaft, Traubensaft etc., greift ihr stets zu Natur pur.\u00a0Fruchts\u00e4fte sind somit immer ohne jeglichen Zusatz. Anderst sieht es bei einem\u00a0<strong>Fruchtnektar<\/strong> aus. Diese gibt es meist von Fruchtarten, die von Natur aus viel Fruchts\u00e4ure oder auch Fruchtfleisch enthalten, da der Nektar mit Wasser und Zucker trinkfertig gemacht wird. So gibt es Nektare oft in Verbindung mit beispielsweise Schwarzer Johannisbeere, Sauerkische, Aprikose oder Maracuja zu kaufen. Je nach Fruchtart enth\u00e4lt ein Fruchtnektar mindestens 25 &#8211; 50 % Frucht. Wie viel Frucht tats\u00e4chlich enthalten ist, steht auf jedem Etikett. Nicht selten liegt der Fruchtgehalt sogar \u00fcber den 50\u00a0% Fruchtanteil. Ein\u00a0<strong>Fruchtsaftgetr\u00e4nk<\/strong> hingegen \u2013 diese z\u00e4hlen zu den Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nken \u2013 hat einen niedrigeren Fruchtgehalt. Ein Fruchtsaftgetr\u00e4nk wird ohne Kohlens\u00e4ure hergestellt und hat meist einen Fruchtanteil von 30 % plus bei Kernobst und Trauben, 10\u00a0% bei anderen Fruchtarten und mindestens 6 % bei Zitrusfr\u00fcchten. Anders als bei Fruchtsaft und Fruchtnektar darf bei Fruchtsaftgetr\u00e4nken neben Wasser und Zucker auch Genusss\u00e4uren und Aromen als Geschmacksgeber eingesetzt werden.
