Aber das Leben hat dich gerade zu Sir Helga gebracht.)\u00a0<\/em><strong>, sind die ersten Worte, welche ihr lest, wenn ihr auf der Website des neu er\u00f6ffneten Restaurants &#8222;Sir Helga&#8220; im Lehel\u00a0surft. Ein Hinweis, der uns mitunter daran erinnern soll, das Leben nicht allzu ernst zu nehmen und es in vollen Z\u00fcgen zu genie\u00dfen. Dass dies mitunter am besten mit guten Essen gelingt wissen wir alle. Sir Helga vereint den Genuss des Lebens in Verbindung mit gutem Essen gekonnt mit entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re, tollen Drinks und einem stimmigen Konzept samt &#8217;schicken Interieur&#8216; und herzlichen Service. Ich will ein Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr die Location, welche ich besuche, bekommen und mir nat\u00fcrlich vorher ein paar Fotos sowie die Speisekarte ansehen. Bei im Lehel gelegenen Sir Helga fiel mir zuerst obiges Zitat sowie der Aufruf &#8222;F\u00fchl Dich wie in Deinem Wohnzimmer.&#8220; auf. Ein wie ich finde gelungenes Ziel als Gastronom(ie): Seinen G\u00e4sten hochwertiges Essen servieren und zugleich eine Wohnzimmer-Atmosph\u00e4re\u00a0samt Wohlf\u00fchlstimmung \u2013 wie im eigenen Zuhause \u2013 erzeugen, denn\u00a0am eigenen Esstisch f\u00fchlen wir uns in der Regel alle gut und das Essen schmeckt, stimmt&#8217;s? \u2013 So ist das Sir Helga sowohl ein Ort zum Ankommen und Abschalten, als auch zum Auftanken \u2013 frei von Stress und Hektik, daf\u00fcr vollgepackt mit Freundlichkeit und richtig gutem Soul Food auf der Karte. Genauso k\u00f6nnt ihr euch auch allein an die Bar setzen, Begegnungen erleben, neue Freundschaften schlie\u00dfen und einen stressigen Tag ausklingen lassen \u2013 die Drinks eignen sich ganz hervorragend daf\u00fcr. Kurzum: Im stylischen Sir Helga ist jedermann willkommen; ein Gef\u00fchl, das ihr direkt nach dem Eintreten sp\u00fcren werdet.<\/p>\n<p>Das Sir Helga hat im M\u00e4rz 2021 erstmals er\u00f6ffnet, beziehungsweise bot es seinen G\u00e4sten situationsbedingt zuerst einen Delivery- und to go-Service an; nach Beendigung des Lockdowns und der Wiederer\u00f6ffnung f\u00fcr die Gastronomien, war dann auch erstmals und unter Einhaltung der\u00a0Auflagen das Essen gehen im Sir Helga vor Ort m\u00f6glich. Gleich mal umsehen, oder? \u2013 Mir pers\u00f6nlich gef\u00e4llt die gekonnte Mischung aus schick und stylisch, gem\u00fctlich und hip. So zieren die W\u00e4nde beispielsweise farblich abgestimmte Mustertapeten im Dschungel-Style mit gr\u00fcnem Blattwerk; f\u00fcr angenehmes Licht sorgen diverse Tisch- und Decken-Leuchten in Gold und mit\u00a0unz\u00e4hligen Kristallen; auch samtige Sofas und Kissen sowie abgestimmten Dekorationselementen tragen zur gem\u00fctlichen Stimmung im Sir Helga bei. Hinter der stylischen Sir Helga Bar werden eure Drinks gemischt und ihr k\u00f6nnt an dieser auch trinken und essen. Direkt nach dem Sitzen gab es f\u00fcr uns die Speise- und Barkarten\u00a0sowie eine Flasche Wasser. Gut gef\u00e4llt mir, dass sowohl Zweier-, als auch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Gruppentische, bereitstehen. Direkt nach dem Platznehmen entschieden wir uns f\u00fcr zwei Drinks von der Barkarte.\u00a0Auf Nachfrage hin, erz\u00e4hlte uns der nette\u00a0Barkeeper, dass sowohl die Speise-, als auch die Barkarte neue saisonale Kreationen bereith\u00e4lt. Wir lie\u00dfen uns gerne beraten und bestellten einmal den &#8222;Peace, Love &amp; Vodka&#8220; mit Parliament Vodka, Apfel, Granatapfel, Holunder und Thymian, sowie den herbstlichen und brandneuen &#8222;Lazy Mandarin&#8220; mit Bacardi Rum, Amaretto, Mandarine und Orange. Die Drinks waren vorz\u00fcglich! Sehr frisch, fruchtig und ein idealer Start in den Abend. Nach\u00a0einem ziemlich langen Blick auf die Speisekarte (&#8230;kennt ihr das, wenn euch einfach zu viel anlacht?&#8230;), fiel unsere Entscheidung f\u00fcr die Auswahl unserer Vorspeisen. Ich pers\u00f6nlich w\u00e4hle stets Speisen aus, die alle am Tisch m\u00f6gen, damit\u00a0gut geteilt, getauscht und probiert werden\u00a0kann. Tagliatelle mit Fenchen, Flusskrebsen und Hummersauce<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Kaum waren die Cocktailgl\u00e4ser leer geschl\u00fcrft, wurden die Gerichte auch schon serviert. Das Tatar war reichlich und sehr gut angemacht. Jeder Kenner wei\u00df: An einem guten Tatar erkennt man mitunter die Qualit\u00e4ten einer K\u00fcche. \ud83d\ude09 Den Salat \u00fcbergab ich im Tausch mit dem halben Flammkuchen meiner Begleitung. Besonders begeistert war ich von der Kombination &#8218;Gr\u00fcnkohl und K\u00fcrbis&#8216; \u2013 eine wirklich gelungenes Geschmackserlebnis und der Start f\u00fcr eine neue Leidenschaft meinerseits: Gr\u00fcnkohl! Auch der Teig des Flammkuchens war sch\u00f6n r\u00f6sch, super d\u00fcnn und knusprig. Falls ihr also Veganer dabei habt, oder selbst einer seid, ist das gar kein Problem, da\u00a0es sowohl vegane Vorspeisen, als auch Hauptgerichte gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesen entschieden wir uns f\u00fcr &#8222;Entenbrust mit Spitzkraut, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelstampf und Cranberrysauce&#8220; sowie f\u00fcr &#8222;Tagliatelle mit Fenchel, Flusskrebsen und Hummersauce&#8220; \u2013 der Favorit meinerseits. Im Glas lie\u00dfen wir uns je ein Gl\u00e4schen offenen Wei\u00df- und Rotwein schmecken \u2013 lasst euch am besten beraten, was gut zu eurer Speiseauswahl passt. Die Auswahl der Hauptgerichte waren f\u00fcr uns beide ein kulinarischer Volltreffer. Die Entenbrust war sch\u00f6n rosa, zart und geschmacklich absolut stimmig zur S\u00fc\u00dfe des S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelstampfs und der Cranberrysauce. Meine Tagliatelle hatten den f\u00fcr mich genau perfekten Biss, der Fenchel war leicht, aber nicht zu dominant zu schmecken und die Flusskrebse waren reichlich. Das bedeutet, dass sich das Speise- und sogar Getr\u00e4nkeangebot der Jahreszeit anpasst und beim Einkauf der Zutaten auch bevorzugt bei lokalen H\u00e4ndlern und Partnern eingekauft wird. Ein Schachzug, der mir immer sehr gut gef\u00e4llt und gerade in der heutigen Zeit sehr wichtig f\u00fcr unser Miteinander und unsere Umwelt ist.
