V.&#8220; \u2013 mit\u00a0bayerischen Milchprodukten kochen, ausgiebig schlemmen und mich parallel dazu austauschen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Als Gruppe erfuhren wir, warum es so wichtig ist, regionale Bauern zu unterst\u00fctzen und in der eigenen K\u00fcche auf\u00a0Zutaten aus Bayern zur\u00fcckzugreifen. F\u00fcr offene Fragen zu den unterschiedlichen Milchprodukten und deren Herstellung durften wir vor Ort alle offenen Fragen stellen und uns mit den\u00a0Vertretern der Landwirtschaft sowie Molkereien und K\u00e4sereien austauschen. Ein wahnsinnig spannendes Thema und ich m\u00f6chte euch nun auch daf\u00fcr begeistern. V.&#8220;<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Ich gestehe, bis ich Teil des Workshops\u00a0sein durfte, wusste ich nicht, dass es einen Verein gibt, welcher sich Tag f\u00fcr Tag ausschlie\u00dflich mit dem Support unserer bayerischen Landwirte auseinandersetzt. Umso wichtiger ist\u00a0mir, dass ich jetzt auch euch\u00a0n\u00e4her dar\u00fcber berichten und informieren kann. Was also macht der Verein &#8222;Unsere Bayerischen Bauern e.V.&#8220;? \u2013 Der 2016 gegr\u00fcndete Verein steht f\u00fcr Austausch, Diskussion, Information und Dialog rund um das Thema Landwirtschaft. Ein Milchworkshop mit bayerischen Milchprodukten<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Auf der Website des Vereins \u201e<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unsere-bauern.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Unsere Bayerischen Bauern e.V.<\/a><\/strong>\u201c findet ihr Input zu nahezu allen landwirtschaftlichen Bereichen, die euch f\u00fcr euren Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, eure Ern\u00e4hrung und eure Auswahl bei bayerischen (Milch)produkten interessieren. So werden sowohl diverse Landwirte aus Bayern, deren hergestellte Produkte, als auch Einkaufsm\u00f6glichkeiten &#8218;ab Hof&#8216;, Freizeitangebote auf dem Land und unz\u00e4hlige Rezeptideen vorgestellt. Schaut am besten einfach selbst auf der Website vorbei und \u00fcberzeugt euch selbst \u2013 der Vereins-Claim <strong>&#8222;Heimat der Vielfalt&#8220;<\/strong> trifft\u00a0den Nagel auf den Kopf.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Der Milchworkshop und das Men\u00fc<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Der Milchworkshop war richtig klasse und es hat mir viel Spa\u00df gemacht zu kochen, zu genie\u00dfen und mich auszutauschen. Einmal, weil ich a) ein gro\u00dfer Fan von Milchprodukten bin und b) bevorzugt\u00a0Lebensmittel aus Bayern kaufe. Vor Ort wurden die anwesenden Foodies, Landwirte und Vertreter der verschiedenen Gewerke vorgestellt und gemeinsam mit dem Wirtshaus Zinners \u2013 ausgezeichnet mit dem Titel &#8222;Ausgezeichnete Bayerische K\u00fcche\u201c \u2013\u00a0und dessen K\u00fcchenteam gekocht. In der Jus: Bayerischer Rahm<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Gang f\u00fcr Gang wurde von der Gruppe zubereitet. Dazwischen war viel Zeit f\u00fcr regen Austausch und ich lernte spannende Menschen und wissenswerte &#8218;Milch-News&#8216; kennen. So erfuhr ich vor Ort beispielsweise, dass Milch auf ganz nat\u00fcrlichem Wege und ohne die Zuf\u00fchrung weiterer Zus\u00e4tze, eine wichtige Quelle f\u00fcr Proteine, Kalzium und Mineralstoffe (Zink, Magnesium, etc.) ist und auch die Vitamine A und D sowie verschiedene B-Vitamine in ihr enthalten sind. Milch ist nicht nur ein guter &#8222;Energiebringer&#8220;, sondern auch unglaublich vielseitig. So werden aus ihr in Bayern \u00fcber 400 verschiedene K\u00e4sesorten hergestellt. Daf\u00fcr zust\u00e4ndig sind mitunter 80 verschiedene, in Bayern produzierende Molkereien. Insgesamt werden so unendlich viele Milchprodukte \u2013 neben K\u00e4se und Milch \u2013 hergestellt und entwickelt. Spannend, oder?<\/p>\n<p>Auch vor Ort erfahren habe ich, dass es in Bayern\u00a0circa 1,1 Millionen K\u00fche gibt, welche gesammelt all die Milch geben, welche f\u00fcr die oben erw\u00e4hnten Milchprodukte und -erzeugnisse ben\u00f6tigt wird. Funfact: Fast 1\/3 aller K\u00fche, welche in Deutschland f\u00fcr die Milchproduktion genutzt werden, stehen in Bayern. Cool! Das passt gut zu dem Fakt, dass rund jeder vierte der 100.000 in Bayern vertretenen Landwirte einen Milchviehbetrieb mit durchschnittlich 42 K\u00fchen besitzt. \u00dcbrigens: In Bayern haben wir in etwa 2.900 Bio-Milchvieh-Betriebe \u2013 verglichen mit Deutschland sind somit in Bayern \u00fcber 60\u00a0% aller Bio-Milchvieh-Betriebe ans\u00e4ssig. Ich finde diese Zahlen helfen ungemein, um nochmals zu verstehen, wie wichtig Bayern und unsere lokalen Landwirte f\u00fcr uns (und nat\u00fcrlich auch andere Bundesl\u00e4nder) sind.
