Eine davon ist die Organic Garden Eatery, direkt am Odeonsplatz. Als dritter Organic Garden-Standort bietet sie seit Anfang Februar 2022 k\u00f6stliches Soulfood in Form von vier unterschiedlichen &#8222;Organic Garden-Bowls&#8220; an. Dabei ist jede Bowl anders und perfekt mit hochwertigen und \u00fcberwiegend Bio-zertifizierten Zutaten abgestimmt. Ich war in der neusten Eatery vor Ort, habe mir\u00a0alles angesehen und nat\u00fcrlich die Bowls f\u00fcr euch probiert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Organic Garden kennenlernen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bevor es ans Probieren geht, gibt&#8217;s \u2013 wie \u00fcblich \u2013 zuerst ein wenig Hintergrundwissen f\u00fcr euch \u00fcber Organic Garden. Und so begeistert die Company mit leckeren Speisen und Food-Kreationen, die nicht nur gesund f\u00fcr den Menschen, sondern auch f\u00fcr die Umwelt sind. Die neuste ist jene am <strong>Odeonsplatz<\/strong>, direkt neben der Theatinerkirche (Briennerstra\u00dfe 1). Die zweite, vor gut einem Jahr er\u00f6ffnete Organic Garden Eatery liegt ebenso sehr zentral und direkt am <strong>Marienplatz<\/strong> (Heiliggeiststra\u00dfe 1). Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnt ihr euch die Bowls auch im <strong>Tagescaf\u00e9 in Vaterstetten<\/strong> (Parsdorfer Str. 25) abholen sowie in allen drei Eateries vor Ort genie\u00dfen (je nach Auflage).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Was macht die Bowls aus? \u2013 Die Organic Garden Bowls\u00a0geben euch die M\u00f6glichkeit zu einem gesunden und zugleich unkomplizierten Lunch. Dabei sind alle Bowls unterschiedlich kombiniert, wodurch f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack die richte Variante dabei ist. F\u00fcr die Zusammenstellung der Bowls wurden nicht einfach nur \u201epassende Zutaten\u201c zusammen gepackt. In jeder Rezeptur steckt viel Wissen und \u201eknow-how\u201c betreffend einer gesunden und ausgeglichen Ern\u00e4hrung. Organic Garden soll zeigen, dass Essen nicht nur lecker, sondern auch gesund und nachhaltig produziert sein sollte. In der Tat schmeckt jede Bowl anders und die Frische aller verwendeten Komponenten ist schon beim ersten Bissen deutlich erkennbar. Erfreulich fand ich bei meinem Test auch, dass nicht mit Zutaten und Rohstoffen gearbeitet wird, wie ihr sie\u00a0 an jedem zweiten Eck in anderen Bowl-L\u00e4den findet. Die Bowls heben sich deutlich von der Masse ab.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die erste Organic Garden Bowl ist die\u00a0<strong>&#8222;Asian Rice &amp; Noodle Bowl&#8220;.<\/strong> Der Name verr\u00e4t es schon: sie enth\u00e4lt neben einer Basis aus ballaststoffreichem Naturreis einen leckeren\u00a0Glasnudelsalat, s\u00fc\u00df-saures Cranberry-Kraut, exotisches Curry-Tempeh und knackiges Bio-Wok-Gem\u00fcse. Dazu kommt ein w\u00fcrziger Erbsen-Miso-Dip und cremiges Miso-Dressing \u2013 richtig gut! Die Dressings bekommt ihr bei Organic Garden im \u00dcbrigen in einem separaten D\u00f6schen \u00fcberreicht, beziehungsweise serviert. So entscheidet ihr selbst, wie viel Dressing in eurer Bowl\u00a0landen soll.\u00a0Zus\u00e4tzlich bleiben die Zutaten knackig und frisch bis zum Verzehr. Die zweite Bowl ist die\u00a0<strong>&#8222;Manu&#8217;s Favorite Bowl&#8220;<\/strong>. Die Basis ist Lichtroggen-Taboul\u00e9, kombiniert mit herzhaften Planted Chicken G\u00fcggeli, eingelegtem K\u00fcrbis und knackigem Spinat. Getoppt wird die Bowl mit einem Mango-Curry Hummus und crunchigen Curry-K\u00fcrbiskernen. Bowl Nummer 3,\u00a0die <strong>&#8222;Oriental Quinoa Bowl &#8211; Bio&#8220;<\/strong>,\u00a0ist die vegetarische Variante unter den Bowls. Bei ihr wird orientalischer Quinoa mit getrockneten Fr\u00fcchten und Mandeln, fermentierten Ingwer-Karotten und Kurkuma-Blumenkohl kombiniert. Mit dabei sind auch Kirschtomaten, knackiger Erbsenspargel, rote UmeSu-Beete sowie als Topping proteinreicher Hanfsamen Hirtenk\u00e4se \u2013 die &#8222;Veggi-Komponente&#8220;. Dazu gereicht wird euch ein\u00a0geschmacksintensives\u00a0Rote Beete-Dressing \u2013 laut Team vor Ort der Favorit unter den OG-Dressings. Bowl Nummer vier und mein pers\u00f6nlicher Favorit ist der\u00a0<strong>&#8222;Plantbased Caesar Salad&#8220;<\/strong>.\u00a0Mmmmh! Die Bowl pr\u00e4sentiert den Klassiker unter den Salaten, den Caesar Salad, in einer veganen Variante: knackiger Romana-Salat, herzhaftes Planted Chicken G\u00fcggeli und\u00a0gehobelte Champignons sowie &#8222;colorful Croutons&#8220;. Getoppt wird sie mit Veggi Filata Cheese\u00a0und ger\u00f6steten\u00a0Pinienkernen. Im D\u00f6schen gibt&#8217;s dazu ein cremiges und nat\u00fcrlich auch pflanzliches Caesar-Dressing.
