Die Pastamanufaktur liegt direkt in Gmund und ihr seid innerhalb von 40 Minuten von M\u00fcnchen aus vor Ort. Angeboten wird von Anna-Christina und Fabian Palese aus besten und regionalen Zutaten hergestellte sowie komplett handgemachte Pasta. Dabei ist die frische Pasta sowohl gef\u00fcllt als auch pur in Form von Trockenpasta verf\u00fcgbar. Auch ein kleiner Shop, in welchem abgepackte Pasta zum Mitnehmen, tolle Weine, hochwertiges Oliven\u00f6l, Kinderpasta in verschiedenen Sorten und (individuell) zusammengestellte Geschenkk\u00f6rbe angeboten werden ist Teil der Manufaktur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Pastificio Palese kennenlernen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die Pastamanufaktur ist ein MUSS f\u00fcr jeden unter euch, der gute und hochwertige Lebensmittel sch\u00e4tzt und dazu gro\u00dfen Wert auf beste Qualit\u00e4t legt. Dabei sorgt der geb\u00fcrtige Italiener Fabian mit seinem Kollegen Patrick in der kleinen und gl\u00e4sernen Showk\u00fcche f\u00fcr t\u00e4glich frische Pasta, neue Pastasorten und -f\u00fcllungen sowie eine gef\u00fcllte Theke, w\u00e4hrend sich Anna-Christina um euch als Besucher und die Pastamanufaktur selbst k\u00fcmmert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nach der netten Begr\u00fc\u00dfung f\u00e4llt der erste Blick direkt auf die kleine, mit frischer Pasta best\u00fcckte Theke. In der Regel erwarten euch stets je vier bis f\u00fcnf Sorten gef\u00fcllte Pasta und verschiedene Trockenpasta. Dabei entscheidet ihr selbst, wie viele Sorten und welche Menge ihr euch einpacken lassen und mitnehmen wollt. Die F\u00fcllungen wechseln regelm\u00e4\u00dfig durch und da t\u00e4glich frisch produziert wird, gibt es jede Sorte nur so lange im Angebot, bis die frischen Zutaten aufgebraucht und die Sorte vergriffen ist. Dabei variieren die F\u00fcllungen je nach Verf\u00fcgbarkeit der Zutaten und nach Saison. Bei den Eheleuten Palese nachgefragt, beschreiben diese ihre Pastamanufaktur wie folgt: \u201eWir lieben gute Pasta! Dabei spielen beste Zutaten aus der Region eine \u00fcbergeordnete Rolle in unserer kleinen Manufaktur. Wir wollen sowohl die Tegernseer Locals mit unserer Pasta bereichern, als auch jedem, der beste und handgemachte Pasta liebt sowie hohen Wert auf Qualit\u00e4t legt, mit unserer Pasta gl\u00fccklich machen. Wir lieben den Austausch und freuen uns \u00fcber jeden Besucher unserer Manufaktur und Liebhaber unserer hausgemachten und hochwertigen Pasta.\u201c<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Um euch den Mund noch ein wenig w\u00e4ssriger zu machen, stelle ich euch einige Sorten vor, welche ich bei meinem Besuch vor Ort probieren durfte. Das k\u00f6nnt ihr \u00fcbrigens auch tun, wenn ihr euch unsicher bei der Sortenauswahl oder Geschm\u00e4ckern einzelner Komponenten seid. Dann wird euch auch gerne ein frisches Ravioli\u00a0zubereitet und ihr k\u00f6nnt probieren, ob euch die Sorte zusagt und feststellen wie viel ihr davon mitnehmen wollt. Anna-Christina Palese betont au\u00dferdem: \u201eEs lohnt sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig bei uns vorbeizukommen, da wir die Sorten oft wechseln und immer wieder neue Kreationen und F\u00fcllungen in den K\u00f6pfen entstehen und folglich in der Theke landen. Auf Bestellung fertigen wir auch glutenfreie Pasta an. Es gab Ravioli, gef\u00fcllt mit Ochsenbackerl (bio), Rote-Bete-Ziegenk\u00e4se, Babyspinat-Ricotta und Mezzelune mit Gamberi und Basilikum sowie mit Maronen Thymian \u2013 mein klarer Favorit. Wie ihr eure ausgew\u00e4hlte Pasta zu Hause zubereitet und womit ihr sie kombiniert, ist euch nat\u00fcrlich selbst \u00fcberlassen. Gerne bekommt ihr dazu vor Ort Tipps und k\u00f6nnt bez\u00fcglich Zubereitung, Kombination, Aufbewahrung (bis zu drei Tagen im K\u00fchlschrank) und Co. alle Fragen stellen. Mein Tipp: Nehmt auf jeden Fall diverse Sorten mit und probiert euch am besten durch das bei eurem Besuch komplett verf\u00fcgbare Frischsortiment.
