Die Gastronomie steht f\u00fcr beste bayerische K\u00fcche, gutes Augustiner Bier und sonnige Stunden im\u00a0dazugeh\u00f6rigen bayerischen\u00a0Biergarten \u2013 mitunter mit Selbstbedienungsbereich. Gespeist wird in gem\u00fctlichem Ambiente; auf den Tellern landen sowohl bayerische Klassiker, als auch vegetarische sowie vegane Schmankerl. Auch eine wechselnde Wochenkarte bietet das Wirtshaus an. Das Wirtshaus liegt auf dem ehemaligen Messegel\u00e4nde, direkt zwischen dem Verkehrsmuseum des Deutschen Museums und dem Bavariapark. Nur einen Steinwurf von der Theresienwiese und der weltweit bekannten Bavaria Statue entfernt k\u00f6nnt ihr vorz\u00fcgliche, bayerische K\u00fcche genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Er\u00f6ffnet wurde die Gastst\u00e4tte samt an den Bavariapark angrenzendem Biergarten im Jahr 2007; seit Sommer 2011 wird sie von der herzlichen Familie Sedgwick als P\u00e4chter geleitet. Philip Sedgwick kochte bereits als K\u00fcchendirektor in Bangkok und Hongkong sowie als K\u00fcchenchef in einem namhaften Gourmet-Restaurant. Auch in einer bekannten M\u00fcnchner-Sterneadresse sowie in angesagten Pariser Restaurants war der heutige Wirtshaus-Chef bereits t\u00e4tig. Im \u00dcbrigen mitunter die perfekte Location f\u00fcr Events, Veranstaltungen und Feiern (Hochzeiten, Geburtstage, etc.) jeglicher Art.<\/p>\n<p>In den erw\u00e4hnten Biergarten passen in etwa 850 Biergarten-Freunde \u2013 selbstverst\u00e4ndlich mit k\u00fchler Augustinerma\u00df unter schattenspendenden Kastanienb\u00e4umen, so wie sich das in Bayern f\u00fcr einen echten Biergarten geh\u00f6rt. Bestellt werden kann alles von der regul\u00e4ren Speisekarte.<\/p>\n<p>Das kulinarische Konzept des Wirtshauses am Bavariapark ist klassisch bayerisch, hochwertig und regional sowie ehrlich und transparent. Dabei wird die Standardkarte saisonal angepasst, um das wichtigste Kriterium \u2013 &#8222;m\u00f6glichst frische Produkte&#8220; \u2013 einhalten zu k\u00f6nnen. Die hohe Qualit\u00e4t und heimische Herkunft der Produkte sind dabei nat\u00fcrlich genauso wichtig. So bestehen innerhalb des Wirtshauses langj\u00e4hrige Partnerschaften mit vielen regionalen Partnern. Neben Bierspezialit\u00e4ten vom Augustiner Br\u00e4u, gibts Kaffee von Fausto, Brezen vom B\u00e4cker Piller, Kuchen vom Caf\u00e9\u00a0Schuntner aus dem M\u00fcnchner Westen,\u00a0frische Produkte vom M\u00fcnchner Frischeparadies, Schn\u00e4pse und Br\u00e4nde vom Tegernsee\u00a0und vieles\u00a0mehr. F\u00fcr die gesamte Produktpalette gilt neben frisch und regional, au\u00dferdem auch saisonale, hormon- gentechnik- und pestizidfrei. Los ging&#8217;s f\u00fcr meine Begleitung und mich erst einmal mit einem Augustiner Wei\u00dfbier und einem &#8222;Rosato Mio&#8220; mit Ramazzotti Rosato, Prosecco und Basilikum \u2013 sch\u00f6n erfrischend und f\u00fcr die klassischen Aperitif-Fans wie mich, ein gelungener Start. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Als Vorspeise bestellte\u00a0mein &#8222;Mit-Esser&#8220; die Gulaschsuppe und ich einen klassischen Flammkuchen &#8211; jeweils im Sharing-Prinzip. Definitiv eine gute Entscheidung. Mein Flammkuchen war sch\u00f6n r\u00f6sch, vorgeschnitten in handliche St\u00fcckerl und wurde auf einem bayerischen Holzbrett serviert. Das Fleisch\u00a0der Gulasch Suppe war\u00a0richtig sch\u00f6n saftig und die Portion\u00a0genau richtig zum warm und (mit kleinem Hunger) satt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Danach bestellten wir \u2013 ja, wir kamen mit ordentlich Appetit \ud83d\ude09 \u2013 das Wiener Schnitzel vom bayerischen Kalb mit ger\u00f6steten Grenaille-Kartoffeln, Preiselbeeren und kleinem Salat sowie die Rostbratw\u00fcrstl vom Strohschwein auf Fasssauerkraut mit einer Scheibe Malzbrot. Als ich\u00a0das Wiener Schnitzel samt seiner herrlich goldgelben Panade\u00a0dann aber probierte, war mein Deal doch nicht so schlecht. \ud83d\ude09 Das Wiener Schnitzel \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich zwei St\u00fcck \u2013 war sch\u00f6n zart, d\u00fcnn paniert und absolut kritiklos perfekt \u2013 und ihr wisst, was das von mir bedeutet! Schon bevor er vor uns stand, hie\u00df es: &#8222;Bianca, ihr bekommt gleich den besten Kaiserschmarrn der Stadt!&#8220; \ud83d\ude42 Ganz sch\u00f6n mutige Aussage, oder? \u2013 In der Tat war er in Sachen Luftig- und Fluffigkeit kaum zu \u00fcberbieten. Inzwischen gen\u00fcgt ein Blick meinerseits auf den Teller von mir und ich wei\u00df sofort, ob ein Schmarrn frisch gemacht und gezupft wurde. \u2013 War er und so lie\u00df ich kein Fitzelchen \u00fcber, tauchte die gezupften Kaiserschmarrnst\u00fccke immer wieder in das Apfelmus und kam mit dem &#8222;Man is der gut!&#8220;, sagen gar nicht mehr hinterher.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In Summe erlebten meine Begleitung und ich einen ganz wundervollen Abend. Dazu tr\u00e4gt sowohl der \u00fcberdurchschnittlich aufmerksame Service, als auch das ansprechende Ambiente sowie nat\u00fcrlich das gute Essen bei.
