Meiner Meinung nach gibt es nicht viele wirklich gute und authentisch griechische Restaurants in M\u00fcnchen samt Umland. Mit dem von mir inzwischen mehrfach besuchten Poseidon in Baldham allerdings, habe ich definitiv eine Anlaufstelle entdeckt, welche\u00a0auch ihr als\u00a0Fan der griechischen K\u00fcche\u00a0besuchen solltet. Auf der Karte stehen griechische und modern interpretierte Klassiker, abwechslungsreiche Empfehlungen und auch Kreationen f\u00fcr Vegetarier. Gespeist wird in gem\u00fctlichem Ambiente und mit reichlich Platz zum Nachbartisch.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das POSEIDON BALDHAM kennenlernen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Das Restaurant\u00a0POSEIDON BALDHAM \u00f6ffnete erstmals im Jahr\u00a02005 seine T\u00fcren f\u00fcr uns und bietet somit bereits im\u00a017. Jahr unter F\u00fchrung von Inhaber Giannikis Joannis authentisch griechische K\u00fcche im M\u00fcnchner Umland an. Gelegen in einem gro\u00dfen, freistehenden Haus, finden in dem gem\u00fctlichen Restaurant circa 150 bis 160 hungrige G\u00e4ste Platz; im direkt angrenzenden und ebenfalls \u00fcberdachten Freisitz nochmals weitere 200 G\u00e4ste.<\/p>\n<p>Das griechische Restaurant ist so eingerichtet, wie man sich\u00a0das sowohl in seinem etwas gehobeneren Griechenland-Urlaub, als auch beim Betreten eines tollen Restaurants in der Heimat w\u00fcnscht: ein gl\u00e4serner Wintergarten, gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige dunkle Holztische, mediterrane Dekorationselemente an den W\u00e4nden und dezente Lichtquellen und Accessoires hier und da. Jeder Bereich \u2013 ob Freisitz, Biergarten, Wintergarten, oder Restaurant-Bereich \u2013 ist auf seine ganz eigene Art gem\u00fctlich gestaltet. Gestartet wird mit einer kleinen, aber feinen Auswahl an Aperitifs, Cocktails und Longdrinks, gefolgt von den typisch griechischen Meze \u2013 warm oder kalt \u2013 und verschiedenen Vorspeisen.\u00a0 Bei den Vorspeisen habt ihr die Auswahl zwischen klassisch griechischen Startern wie Oktopus, Pepperoni vom Grill, gebackenen Auberginen und Zucchini, Garnelen Saganaki, Muscheln aus dem Backofen, Dolmades (gef\u00fcllte Weinbl\u00e4tter mit Hackfleisch und Reis) und kalten sowie warmen Vorspeisen-Platten.\u00a0Es geht weiter mit\u00a0diversen K\u00e4se-Variationen \u2013 mal als Feta im Bl\u00e4tterteig, als \u00fcberbackener Schafsk\u00e4se, oder auch in Form von mit K\u00e4se gef\u00fcllten Paprikaschoten. Es folgen Salate (Bauernsalat, Poseidon-Salat mit Halloumi und Champignons, oder gemischter Salat) und vegetarische sowie vegane Kreationen. So k\u00f6nnen sich die Vegetarier unter euch beispielsweise auf eine &#8222;Vegetarische Platte&#8220; mit unterschiedlichen fleischlosen K\u00f6stlichkeiten freuen und Veganer einen veganen Burger mit Patty, veganem K\u00e4se, Salat und Pommes bestellen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Hauptteil der Karte nehmen die Fisch-, Fleisch-, Grill-, Backofen- und Pfannen-Gerichte auf der Karte ein. Nicht so im POSEIDON BALDHAM. F\u00fcr regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Abwechslung sorgt die alle ein bis zwei Monate wechselnde Empfehlungskarte. Auch diese untergliedert sich in Aperitif, Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen.\u00a0Ebenso ein Dessert sowie einige Weinempfehlungen werden ausgesprochen. Meine Begleitung und ich w\u00e4hlten\u00a0zwei Vorspeisen-Highlights von der aktuellen Empfehlungskarte aus, auch um euch zu zeigen, wie vielseitig und abwechslungsreich das POSEIDON BALDHAM euch als seine G\u00e4ste verw\u00f6hnt.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Mein pers\u00f6nlicher Besuch vor Ort\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Wir kamen hungrig und gingen satt, gl\u00fccklich und zufrieden. Wie erw\u00e4hnt, war es nicht unser erster Besuch und so wusste ich schon, dass es f\u00fcr uns ein erneutes Highlight auf den Tellern geben w\u00fcrde. Und genauso kam&#8217;s! Wir starteten mit drei verschiedenen Vorspeisen in den Abend und genossen\u00a0eine kalte Meze-Platte mit Tzatziki, Auberginen- und Oktopussalat, Taramas und Schafsk\u00e4se. Sehr k\u00f6stlich! Mein Favorit dieser Vorspeise war der Oktopussalat. Vorspeise Nummer zwei und drei waren beide von der Empfehlungskarte. Es gab &#8222;Ziegenk\u00e4se vom Grill auf Rote Bete Carpaccio mit Maracuja-Perlen und Waln\u00fcssen&#8220; sowie &#8222;Oktopussalat auf Fava Santorinis (Kichererbsen-P\u00fcrree) und Kapern. Obwohl ich der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Ziegenk\u00e4se-Fan der Welt bin, schmeckte mir der Oktopussalat sogar noch besser, beziehunsweise mindestens genauso gut wie der Ziegenk\u00e4se mit den raffinierten Passionsfrucht-K\u00fcgelchen. F\u00fcr mich war &#8222;Fava Santorinis&#8220; mit Kretano ganz neu und hat es definitiv auf meine Top-Liste der besten griechischen Vorspeisen geschafft. So k\u00f6stlich!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Die Vorspeisen genossen wir \u00fcbrigens mit einem tollen griechischen Wein, welchen wir schon bei unseren letzten beiden POSEIDON-Besuchen bestellten: Der Ktima Biblia Chora, ein Sauvignon Blanc aus Kavala mit intensivem Fruchtaroma, frisch und aromatisch. Definitiv meine Empfehlung f\u00fcr euch in Sachen Wein.<\/p>\n<p>Als Hauptgericht entschied sich meine Begleitung f\u00fcr den erw\u00e4hnten &#8222;Paros Teller&#8220; mit Gyros, Kalamari, Tzatziki, Reis und gemischten Salat. \u2013 Ja, sehr klassisch, aber auch sehr gut. Ich stibitzte mir ein wenig Gyros und a\u00df dann die ganze Zeit parallel zu meinem von mir gew\u00e4hlten Hauptgericht &#8222;Musaka&#8220; mit. Einmal nat\u00fcrlich des guten und authentischen Essens wegen, aber auch, weil man sich schon nach dem ersten Besuch herzlich auf- und angenommen f\u00fchlt. Inhaber\u00a0Joannis schaut gerne bei euch am Tisch vorbei, schnackt mit euch ein\u00a0paar Takte und sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass ihr euch rundum wohlf\u00fchlt. Sowohl die allseits bekannten griechischen Klassiker, als auch die extra etwas au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher gehaltenen Gerichte von der (Empfehlungs-)Karte sind empfehlenswert. Einen Besuch vor Ort kann ich euch nur w\u00e4rmstens ans Herz legen. Gut gef\u00e4llt mir auch, dass sowohl die traditionell griechische K\u00fcche ausgelebt wird, aber auch immer wieder neue K\u00f6stlichkeiten in Form von der Empfehlungskarte angepriesen werden.
