Welche Vorteile bringt es, wenn ihr Produkte mit entsprechenden Kennzeichnungen kauft? Was steckt dahinter? Und wo kann entsprechend \u2013 heuer sogar erstmals auf dem Oktoberfest \u2013 probiert werden (Teil 2).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das Wichtigste \u00fcber das Bayerische Bio-Siegel<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Was ist das &#8222;Bayerische Bio-Siegel&#8220;? \u2013 Das Siegel steht f\u00fcr ein regionales Bio-Qualit\u00e4tsversprechen, f\u00fcr hochwertige Bio-Qualit\u00e4t und nachvollziehbare Herkunft. Diese orientieren sich an den in Bayern aktiven \u00d6ko-Anbauverb\u00e4nden &#8222;Bioland&#8220;, &#8222;Biokreis&#8220;, &#8222;Demeter&#8220; und &#8222;Naturland&#8220; \u2013 allesamt Verb\u00e4nde, die f\u00fcr \u00f6kologischen Landbau stehen und erh\u00f6hten Einsatz f\u00fcr den Naturschutz (Erhalt der Artenvielfalt, Schutz unserer heimischen Gew\u00e4sser, geringe CO2-Emissionen) aufzeigen. Zu diesen Kriterien z\u00e4hlen beispielsweise der Verzicht auf chemisch-synthetische Pflanzenschutzmittel, der Anbau von vielf\u00e4ltigen Fruchtfolgen, Zwischenfr\u00fcchten sowie Gr\u00fcnd\u00fcngung. (Zur Veranschaulichung ein Beispiel im Vergleich f\u00fcr euch: In der Erde von Bio-\u00c4ckern finden sich 65 bis 90 Prozent mehr Regenw\u00fcrmer, als in konventionellen \u00c4ckern. Kauft ihr dieses Brot beziehungsweise Produkte mit dem Bayerischen Bio-Siegel&#8220;, unterst\u00fctzt ihr nicht nur die ans\u00e4ssige Land- und Lebensmittelwirtschaft, sondern setzt euch automatisch auch f\u00fcr kurze Transportwege, Klima- und Umweltschutz ein.<\/p>\n<p>Gepr\u00fcft und \u00fcberwacht wird die Einhaltung dieser Auflagen mittels eines mehrstufigen, unabh\u00e4ngigen und staatlich \u00fcberpr\u00fcften Kontrollsystems. Das Siegel des Freistaat Bayern schreibt zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen an die Produktqualit\u00e4t sowie Produktions- und Verarbeitungsauflagen vor. Die Einhaltung dieser wird von zugelassenen, privat-wirtschaftlichen Zertifizierungsstellen unter staatlicher Aufsicht kontrolliert. Die festgelegten Qualit\u00e4tsstandards, welche f\u00fcr die Produkte bei der Erzeugung und Verarbeitung gelten, gehen \u00fcber den gesetzlichen Rahmen hinaus. Produkte mit dem Siegel &#8222;Gepr\u00fcfte Qualit\u00e4t-Bayern&#8220; werden ausschlie\u00dflich in Bayern hergestellt und verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Grundlage des &#8222;GQ Bayern&#8220;-Systems bildet sowohl die Eigenkontrolle aller teilnehmenden Betriebe in Form von Aufzeichnungen \u00fcber die Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe sowie unabh\u00e4ngige Zertifizierungsstellen, welche wiederum die Einhaltung der jeweiligen Qualit\u00e4ts- und Pr\u00fcfbestimmungen \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Eine dritte Kontrollstufe ist die staatliche Kontrolle der genannten Zertifizierungs- und Pr\u00fcfeinrichtung sowie die Systemaufsicht durch die Bayerische Landesanstalt f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft (LfL). Ihr fragt euch, was hierbei gepr\u00fcft wird? \u2013 Im Rahmen der Einhaltung der Qualit\u00e4ts- und Herkunftskriterien wird stufen\u00fcbergreifend alles von der Erzeugung, \u00fcber die Verarbeitung bis hin zum Handel beziehungsweise Endverkauft durch Vor-Ort-Kontrollen, Futtermittel- und Lebensmitteluntersuchungen, Mengen-Plausibilisierungen und Dokumentpr\u00fcfungen kontrolliert.<\/p>\n<p>Geht es beispielsweise um Rinder und Rindfleisch wird unter dem Deckmantel &#8222;Gepr\u00fcfte Qualit\u00e4t Bayern&#8220; eine Kontrolle f\u00fcr die Futtermittel in den kontrollierten Betrieben, eine Kontrolle des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs sowie des Schlachtbetriebs, der Fleischtheke und der regionale Herkunftsnachweis durchgef\u00fchrt.
