So gibt es das Restaurant Atlantik bereits seit 1996 in M\u00fcnchen. Dabei entstand es aus einem einstigen Fischhandel heraus, welchen Inhaber Peter\u00a0Feigl vorab in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten ins Leben rief und betrieb. Bester Fisch aus fernen L\u00e4ndern war seit jeher seine Leidenschaft \u2013 H\u00e4ndler, Freunde und Gastronomen aus ganz M\u00fcnchen kauften ein. \u00dcber die Jahre kamen immer mehr Personen\u00a0nicht nur f\u00fcr den Fisch-Einkauf vorbei, sondern\u00a0auch, weil&#8217;s\u00a0ab und an mal frische Fischsuppe und andere Spezialit\u00e4ten, zubereitet vom Hausherren, gab. Das sprach sich herum und peau a peau wurde ein reines Fisch-Restaurant aus dem einstigen H\u00e4ndler-Hotspot f\u00fcr frischen Fisch.\u00a0 So folgten \u00fcber die Jahre\u00a0immer mehr Umbauten und Erweiterungen innerhalb der R\u00e4umlichkeiten und ein ideal aufgeteiltes Fisch-Restaurant mit verschiedenen S\u00e9par\u00e9es, R\u00e4umen und einem einladenden Wintergarten entstand. 2010 war Schluss mit dem anf\u00e4nglichen Fischhandel und das Restaurant Atlantik, als reines Gourmet-Restaurant, fand seinen Weg. Heute wird es von Peter gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Anja betrieben, von zahlreichen Stammkunden gesch\u00e4tzt und geliebt. Jeder der R\u00e4ume bietet, je nach Anlass, den idealen Rahmen f\u00fcr individuelle W\u00fcnsche. Die h\u00fcbsch gestalteten S\u00e9par\u00e9es eigenen sich ideal f\u00fcr Feste und Veranstaltungen mit Gruppen zwischen 10 und 16 Personen; im ansprechenden Wintergarten finden bis zwischen 50 bis 60 Personen Platz; in dem sch\u00f6nen Bistro bis zu 30 Personen. (Das gesamte Restaurant f\u00fcr Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 130 Personen kann ebenfalls angemietet werden.)<\/p>\n<p>Das Restaurant Atlantik verspr\u00fcht einen ganz besonderen Charme, schon direkt nach dem Eintreten. Das liegt mitunter an dem\u00a0herzlichen Team und dem stimmigen &#8222;Drumherum&#8220;, genauso aber an der ansprechenden Ausstattung und mit viel Liebe gestalteten Raumaufteilung. Mein Favorit ist der mit gl\u00e4sernem Dach versehene Wintergarten im hinteren Bereich des Restaurants. Schick eingedeckte Tische, sich rankender Wein\u00a0an der Brickwall, stimmige Dekorationselemente hier und da und\u00a0angenehme Musik im Hintergrund lassen euch schlagartig f\u00fchlen wie im Urlaub.<\/p>\n<p>Daran angelehnt ergibt sich das Konzept des Restaurant Atlantik: Edle und authentische Atlantik-K\u00fcche (&#8230;daher der Name&#8230;), zubereitet aus marktfrischen und ausschlie\u00dflich hochwertigsten Zutaten. Dabei werden die Speisen in einer lockeren und entspannten Atmosph\u00e4re serviert. Kurzum sollt ihr euch als Gast des Atlantik einfach nur wohlf\u00fchlen, genie\u00dfen und rundum gl\u00fccklich, satt und zufrieden nach Hause kommen. Bei der Fischauswahl verl\u00e4sst Inhaber Peter sich f\u00fcr das Atlantik nach wie vor auf sein feines Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr besten Fisch und bekommt, auch aufgrund seiner langen Geschichte in der Branche, Fisch f\u00fcr sein Restaurant, welchen es so auch nicht an vielen anderen Orten in M\u00fcnchen zu genie\u00dfen gibt. Ein Blick vorab auf die Speisekarte gen\u00fcgt, um die Vorfreude auf den Aufenthalt und das Essen zu steigern. Am Tisch angekommen gab&#8217;s f\u00fcr meine Begleitung und mich zum Einstieg ein Gl\u00e4schen Taittinger Champagner Ros\u00e9 sowie hausgemachtes Sauerteigbrot und feinen Kr\u00e4uterfrischk\u00e4se.<\/p>\n<p>Wir lie\u00dfen uns in Sachen Speiseauswahl \u00fcberraschen und gaben der K\u00fcche das Zepter in die Hand. So starteten wir mit einer warmen gegrillten Auster, angerichtet mit Hummer- und Schnittlauch\u00f6l. Austern liebt man oder hasst man, ich liebe sie und wei\u00df dank des Atlantik, dass sie mir in gegrillter Form sogar noch besser schmecken als &#8222;klassisch&#8220; mit Zitrone in der kleineren Variante. Anschlie\u00dfend gab&#8217;s (&#8230;ich habe es mir so gew\u00fcnscht&#8230;) eine gratinierte Jakobsmuschel mit (aktuell) gr\u00fcnem Spargel und Bergamotten Schaum. Jakobsmuscheln habe ich tats\u00e4chlich schon des \u00d6fteren versucht selbst zuzubereiten, da sie mir in Gastronomien oft nicht geschmeckt haben. Jetzt kann das Pf\u00e4nnchen im Schrank bleiben, denn daf\u00fcr gehe ich ab sofort ins Restaurant Atlantik. Auf der Karte stehen sie als Trio, kombiniert werden sie mit saisonalen Produkten. Es lohnt sich!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Bevor es ans &#8222;Herzst\u00fcck&#8220; ging \u2013 wir bekamen Surf &amp; Turf vom Allerfeinsten serviert \u2013\u00a0gab es eine gegrillte Riesengamba mit Wildkr\u00e4utersalat und feiner Hummer-Vinaigrette. Wahnsinn! Wenn ihr vor Ort seid, m\u00fcsst (!) ihr das bestellen, oder anders gesagt: Meine Begleitung war genauso begeistert wie ich und hat glatt &#8218;vergessen&#8216; mit mir zu teilen. \ud83d\ude09 Das Surf &amp; Turf hat mich dann endg\u00fcltig in den Himmel gehoben. In meinen Augen die Antwort darauf, wie man sich fast 25 Jahre lang in M\u00fcnchen als Gastronom halten kann. Mit Frische, Top-Qualit\u00e4t, Skills in der K\u00fcche und absoluter Frische. Sowohl das Rinderfilet hatte die gew\u00fcnschte Garstufe und war butterweich, als auch der Hummer waren perfekt zubereitet und appetitlich angerichtet. Als Beilage gab&#8217;s saisonal wei\u00dfen Spargel. Rundum einfach nur der Hammer!<\/p>\n<p>Das neueste Dessert auf der Karte lie\u00dfen wir uns nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht entgehen und so gab&#8217;s eine gegrillte Ananas mit Kokos und Passionsfrucht als Sorbet \u2013 serviert in einer halben Kokosnuss. Obwohl ich kein Dessert-Fan bin, wurde ich zu einem Atlantik.
