Freut euch auf Insider-Tipps aus der Molekulark\u00fcche und Tricks, die sich in der heimischen K\u00fcche leicht nachmachen lassen. Graciela Cucchiara stellt euch die italienische K\u00fcche vor und zeigt euch, wie ihr einfach und gut italienisch zu Hause kochen k\u00f6nnt; hilfreiche Tricks gibt&#8217;s ebenfalls mit auf den Weg.<\/p>\n<p>Einen internationalen Touch bekommt die B\u00fchne, wenn Sternekoch Franz Keller, Vorstand der gastronomischen Hilfs- und Friedensorganisation \u201eK\u00fcche ohne Grenzen\u201c, Antje de Vries und Robert Ahiaghba auftreten (am Mittwoch, 29. Auch heuer zeigen wieder zahlreiche junge Unternehmen, was sich in der Foodbranche tut und welche neuen Trends und Produkte es zu entdecken gilt. Freut euch auf 24 verschiedene Newcomer, welche euch ihre innovativen Ideen aus der Food-Szene vorstellen. An den St\u00e4nden k\u00f6nnt ihr nat\u00fcrlich nicht nur probieren, sondern direkt all eure Fragen an die Gr\u00fcnderInnen stellen. Mit dabei sind beispielsweise ein bayerischer Honig-Gin, fettarme vakuumfrittierte K\u00fcrbischips, oder auch Pasta aus S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln und Bohnen.<\/p>\n<p>Am dritten Messetag \u2013 Freitag, den 01.
