Ein klares &#8222;Muss&#8220; f\u00fcr jeden Foodie, Genie\u00dfer und jene unter euch, die beim Restaurantbesuch gerne Authentizit\u00e4t, gepaart mit Abwechslung, auf dem Teller finden. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wir gehen malaysisch Essen und besuchen das seit 19 Jahren in M\u00fcnchen ans\u00e4ssige Restaurant &#8222;Champor&#8220; \u2013 das erste Restaurant f\u00fcr authentische, malaysische K\u00fcche in Deutschland und bis heute in M\u00fcnchen das Einzige seiner Art. <\/strong><strong>Nach dem Besuch meiner Begleitung und mir, kann ich ganz klar nur empfehlen, ebenfalls vorbeizukommen und einen ganz besonderen Restaurantbesuch zu erleben \u2013 Urlaubsfeeling inklusive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das CHAMPOR kennenlernen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das 2004 von der aus Malaysia stammenden Kiren\u00a0Kumari Alt-Amrik Singh er\u00f6ffnete Champor befindet sich in Denning-Bogenhausen. Es entstand damals aus dem Wunsch heraus, sch\u00f6nen Erinnerungen an die eigene Heimat auszuleben und authentisches Essen aus\u00a0Malaysia unter die Menschen zu bringen sowie diesen die malaysische K\u00fcche n\u00e4herzubringen. So stammen die gut geh\u00fcteten Rezepte ausschlie\u00dflich aus Kirens Heimat, sprich aus dem Kochbuch der eigenen Gro\u00dfmutter, der malaysischen Nachbarin, von eigenen Besuchen verschiedener Orte Penangs w\u00e4hrend der Kindheit und auch vom ehemaligen Kinderm\u00e4dchen \u2013 heute 91 Jahre alt und noch immer eine gute Quelle und &#8222;Lehrerin&#8220; f\u00fcr Kiren, wenn es um neue Rezepte aus Malaysia geht. Authentischer geht wohl kaum, oder? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Einige Rezepte, welche im Champor f\u00fcr euch als Gast\u00a0zubereitet werden, sind sogar so &#8222;alt&#8220; und traditionell, dass sie heutzutage gar nicht mehr zu finden sind, oder gar in &#8222;modernen&#8220; Kochb\u00fcchern und K\u00fcchen noch erscheinen. Kiren betitelt ihr Restaurant Champor auch sehr treffend als &#8222;den Ort,\u00a0an dem sie ihrer\u00a0Heimat am n\u00e4chsten\u00a0ist&#8220;. Kein Wunder, bei dieser tollen K\u00fcche!<\/p>\n<p>Alles, was ihr im Champor bestellt, wird\u00a0frisch und geschmacklich sehr authentisch zubereitet sowie ansprechend serviert \u2013 einiges davon bewusst im Streetfood-Stil. \u00dcberhaupt wird beim Genuss der malaysischen K\u00fcche in der Regel alles geteilt und so\u00a0bekommt ihr alle Speisen in der Mitte des Tisches zum Teilen und Durchprobieren serviert. Warum? \u2013 Um tats\u00e4chlich alle Speisen frisch und \u00e0 la minute zubereiten zu k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0So kann es auch mal vorkommen, dass bestimmte frische Zutaten bereits aufgebraucht sind und ihr auf ein anderes Gericht zur\u00fcckgreifen m\u00fcsst. Frische und Authentizit\u00e4t hat Priorit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Doch ganz gleich wonach euch bei eurem Besuch auch ist, die Liebe zum Detail bemerkt ihr bereits bei der Auswahl eurer Speisen. So sind beispielsweise alle zu den verschiedenen Gerichten servierten Saucen nicht nur authentisch-malaysisch zubereitet, sondern auch hausgemacht und geschmacklich sehr unterschiedlich. Ganz besonders gut gef\u00e4llt mir, dass\u00a0neben dem malaysischen Fokus, beim Einkauf der Zutaten auf Regionales zur\u00fcckgegriffen wird. So stammt das H\u00fchnchen und die Ente beispielsweise aus regionaler Freilandhaltung vom Gefl\u00fcgelhof Gerlmaier in Forsten und auch das hochwertige Seafood und die Delikatessen aus der Region.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Punkt, der mir pers\u00f6nlich besonders wichtig ist, wenn ich internationale K\u00fcche genie\u00dfe: Das Essen und die Rezepte im Champor sind nicht europ\u00e4isiert, wie es allzu oft bei asiatischen Restaurants der Fall ist.\u00a0Im Champor schmeckt alles so,\u00a0wie es auch in eurem Malaysia-Urlaub geschmeckt hat, oder schmecken wird, wenn ihr euch nach eurem Restaurantbesuch animiert f\u00fchlt, dort euren Ferien zu verbringen. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Gut geschmeckt hat mir bei meinem Besuch tats\u00e4chlich alles. Zu empfehlen ist die &#8222;Chili-Knoblauch-Ente&#8220;, die feinen &#8222;Buttergarnelen&#8220;, das cremige &#8222;H\u00fchnercurry am Knochen, mit Klebreis&#8220;, und das &#8222;Vegetable and Tofu Sodhi&#8220;. Lasst allerdings auf keinen Fall die Vorspeisen aus und kommt hungrig, denn auch durch diese, lernt ihr die malaysische K\u00fcche in ihrer Vielfalt nochmal besonders vielseitig kennen. Auf Nachfrage hin, beschreibt die sympathische Kiren ihr Restaurant wie folgt: &#8222;In meinem Restaurant Champor ist meinem Team und mir authentische und frische K\u00fcche sehr wichtig. Unsere G\u00e4ste sollen sich wohlf\u00fchlen und ausgezeichnetes essen. Jeder Gast ist bei uns herzlich willkommen und wir freuen uns\u00a0die komplexe Welt der malaysischen K\u00fcche jeden Tag aufs neue vorstellen zu d\u00fcrfen!&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Ebenfalls erw\u00e4hnenswert und die Authentizit\u00e4t unterstreichend: scharf bedeutet im Champor auch scharf \u2013 eben ganz so, wie auch in Malaysia. Allerdings gibt&#8217;s auch reichlich Auswahl f\u00fcr jene unter euch, die absolut kein scharfes Essen m\u00f6gen, zum Beispiel Tamarind-Ente oder &#8211; Prawns.
