Ja richtig, komplett alles, das ihr im Schlossgut-Restaurant bestellt, ist aus biologischem Anbau beziehungsweise bio produziert. Dazu stammen zahlreiche verwendete Produkte direkt frisch von dem einen Hektar gro\u00dfen Demeter-Anbau, welcher sich angrenzend an das Biohotel befindet und ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr den Hotel-Bedarf genutzt wird. Vor Ort erfuhr ich, dass sich das Schlossgut dadurch nahezu autark in Sachen Gem\u00fcse und frische Produkte versorgt. Noch frischer und besser geht es nicht!<\/p>\n<p>Von dem 4-Gang \u00dcberraschungsmen\u00fc inklusive Aperitif (in den kalten Wintermonaten immer donnerstags mit wahlweise Fisch, Fleisch oder vegetarisch), \u00fcber einen wechselnden Signatur Dish, diverse Vor- und Hauptspeisen, bis hin zu einer Handvoll k\u00f6stlichen Bio-Desserts ist f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack was dabei.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0Die K\u00fcche ist bodenst\u00e4ndig, nah am Ursprung der jeweils verwendeten Produkte, ehrlich und transparent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Speisekarte gibt es t\u00e4glich wechselnde Empfehlungen, bei denen grunds\u00e4tzlich und wie bei allen Speisen gilt: nur so lange der Vorrat reicht und ausschlie\u00dflich in bester Qualit\u00e4t. Zusammen genossen wir die Rinderlende mit Herzogin-Kartoffelp\u00fcree, Pastinaken und Gem\u00fcse sowie ein raffiniertes vegetarisches Gericht in Form geschmorter Topinambur mit S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel, Pilzen und Gr\u00fcnkohl \u2013 ein in meinen Augen deutlich untersch\u00e4tztes und unglaublich k\u00f6stliches Gem\u00fcse.<\/p>\n<p>Das Men\u00fc zeigte uns ganz unaufdringlich und ohne viel Chichi, wie unglaublich gut biologische und hochwertige Lebensmittel schmecken k\u00f6nnen. Unverf\u00e4lscht im Geschmack, genie\u00dft ihr im Schlossgut-Restaurant authentische, frische und gesunde K\u00fcche, die nicht nur eurer Seele, sondern auch eurem K\u00f6rper guttut.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Ab Mai, wird das erw\u00e4hnte \u00dcberraschungsmen\u00fc, welches jeden Donnerstagabend serviert wird, im \u00dcbrigen von dem j\u00e4hrlichen und sehr beliebten Terrassen-BBQ des Schlossgut Oberambach abgel\u00f6st.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Ostern 2024 im Schlossgut Oberambach<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Davor ist erst einmal Ostern und wir freuen uns auf vier entspannte Feiertage.\u00a0F\u00fcr die bewussten Genussmenschen und Genie\u00dfer unter euch d\u00fcrfte das Schlossgut Oberambach genau die richtige Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr\u00a0die \u00f6sterlichen Feiertage sein. Dank des umfangreichen Programms bleiben n\u00e4mlich auch an diesen keine kulinarischen W\u00fcnsche offen.<\/p>\n<p>So erwartet euch am <strong>Ostersonntag und Ostermontag (31.03.2024 und 01.04.2024) jeweils ab 10:30 Uhr ein umfangreiches Brunch-Buffet<\/strong>, welches mit zahlreichen Leckereien best\u00fcckt sein wird. Freut euch f\u00fcr faire 59 Euro pro Person auf eine &#8222;Auswahl aus dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksangebot&#8220; mit Wurst, K\u00e4se, M\u00fcsli, Joghurt, Marmeladen und Honig, auf R\u00fchrei, Bacon, Brez&#8217;n und Wei\u00dfwurst sowie auf eine Auswahl an Rohkost-Salaten, auf Vitello Tonnato und Gem\u00fcse Antipasti sowie hausgebeizten Lachs mit Honig-Senf So\u00dfe. Auch warme Gerichte landen auf dem Oster-Brunch-Buffet und von der Tomaten-Suppe mit Cro\u00fbtons, der Lamm-Bratwurst und dem Wild-Ragout mit Rosmarin-Butter-Kartoffeln und Gem\u00fcse, \u00fcber das Filet von der Starnberger See-Renke und dem geschmorten Topinambur, bis hin zur Pasta aus dem Parmesan-Laib ist f\u00fcr jeden das Passende &#8222;Bio-Highlight&#8220; auf dem Buffet dabei.
