Deswegen bin ich immer auf der Suche, nach tollen kulinarischen Hotspots \u2013 gerne auch im M\u00fcnchner Umland \u2013, denn Genuss und Erholung h\u00e4ngen bei mir unweigerlich mit guter und hochwertiger K\u00fcche zusammen. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Durch eine Empfehlung meiner ebenfalls der guten (bayerischen) K\u00fcche zugewandten Freundin, erfuhr ich so vom\u00a0Gasthof Postwirt in Aschheim, unweit von M\u00fcnchen und mit seinem Gasthof Postwirt bekannt f\u00fcr ehrliche, bodenst\u00e4ndige und zugleich hochwertige K\u00fcche. Seit 2004 f\u00fchren Anneliese und Sohn Otto Lindinger \u2013 gelernter Hotelkaufmann und Gastronom \u2013 das Hotel in Aschheim, Gasthof Postwirt inklusive. Heute gilt das Hotel mit seinen rund 75\u00a0Komfort- und Superior-Zimmern, den unterschiedlichen Tagungsr\u00e4umen sowie den perfekten R\u00e4umlichkeiten f\u00fcr Hochzeiten, Feste und Feiern als beliebter Aschheimer Hotspot. Ganz gleich, ob ihr privat abschalten wollt, anstrengende Messe-Tage hinter euch liegen, oder ihr einen idealen Hotel- und Feierrahmen f\u00fcr eure Feierlichkeiten sucht \u2013 hier seid ihr richtig. In Kombination mit der hervorragenden K\u00fcche des Gasthofs Postwirt ist das Hotel zur Post in Aschheim ein echter Allrounder. Dazu m\u00fcsst ihr wissen, dass der Gasthof Postwirt von Sonntag bis Donnerstag, jeweils zwischen 12 und 21:30 Uhr mit durchgehend warmer K\u00fcche ge\u00f6ffnet hat. Hinter dem Herd steht der kreative und durch diverse (M\u00fcnchner) Gastronomiebetriebe bekannte K\u00fcchenchef Kristof Rambausek.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0Der sympathische Koch war zuvor\u00a0viele Jahre f\u00fcr die Kuffler Gruppe in diversen H\u00e4usern t\u00e4tig und sammelte dort und in weiteren namhaften M\u00fcnchner Gastronomien wertvolle K\u00fcchen-Erfahrungen.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Zusammen<\/span>\u00a0mit seinem Team zaubert er nun als K\u00fcchenchef hochwertige Gerichte, prim\u00e4r bekannt aus der bayerischen und z\u00fcnftigen K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p>Doch neben Klassikern wie \u201eBayerischem Schweinsbraten mit Krusterl\u201c, \u201eWiener Schnitzel\u201c, \u201eZwiebelrostbraten\u201c und \u201eAschheimer Sauerbraten\u201c, stehen stets mindestens zwei Vorspeisen, eine Suppe, vegetarische Gerichte und Fisch-Kreationen auf der Karte. Legend\u00e4r und sozusagen Pflicht, ist der frisch gemachte Kaiserschmarrn mit Rosinen und Mandeln, welcher mit Apfelkompott sch\u00f6n luftig und karamellisiert bei euch am Tisch landet.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Standard-Speisekarte gibt\u2019s auch noch eine Wochenkarte, welche Suppen und Salate, Hauptspeisen (zum Beispiel rosa gebratene Entenbrust, M\u00fcnchner Schnitzel oder Pulled Pork Burger) und S\u00fc\u00dfes sowie die von Montag bis Donnerstag t\u00e4glich wechselnden Mittagsschmankerl f\u00fcr euch bereith\u00e4lt. Stets f\u00fcr unter 15 Euro gibt\u2019s in diesem Rahmen zwischen 11:30 und 15:00 Uhr ein Tagesgericht \u2013 fair portioniert und richtig gut, wie alles von der Karte. Der fluffige Kaiserschmarrn war einer der besten, den ich in meiner nun schon weit \u00fcber 15 Jahre anhaltenden &#8222;Genuss-Karriere&#8220; gegessen habe \u2013 dazu sei noch gesagt, dass ich so gut wie jeden Schmarrn in und um M\u00fcnchen herum kenne. Eine Hand voll richtig guter Kaiserschmarrn bring&#8216; ich da schon zusammen; der vom Gasthof Postwirt geh\u00f6rt definitiv dazu. Jetzt wieder zur\u00fcck auf Anfang.<\/p>\n<p>Los ging&#8217;s mit zwei verschiedene Aperitifs \u2013 einem Wei\u00dfbierspritz, aufgepeppt mit Holunderbl\u00fctensirup, Soda und Limette \u2013 sowie einem Beerenspritz mit Prosecco,\u00a0frischen Beeren und Sirup. Der Wei\u00dfbierspritz tat gleich mal so gut, dass wir diesen ein Weilchen sp\u00e4ter erfolgreich den eintreffenden G\u00e4sten am Nebentisch empfohlen. Passend zu den farbenfrohen Drinks im Glas, ging&#8217;s bei mir auch bei der ausgew\u00e4hlten Vorspeise bunt weiter und so entschied ich mich f\u00fcr das &#8222;vegetarische Tatar von der Roten Bete mit reichlich Ziegenk\u00e4secreme und Malzbroterde&#8220; \u2013 ein tolles Add-on, welches die\u00a0von mir sehr gerne gegessene Kombination von Ziegenk\u00e4se und Rote Bete noch einmal mehr toppte. (Vielleicht lag&#8217;s auch an den feinen, bereits ausgel\u00f6sten Garnelen &#8211; extra Daumen hoch). Was der Koch nicht wusste: Meine Begleitung ist ein echter Sauerbraten-Junkie und nicht leicht zufriedenzustellen. Da es aber f\u00fcr jede einzelne Komponente auf dem Teller mindestens ein &#8222;richtig guad!&#8220; gab, lie\u00df ich mir das Probieren nicht nehmen und wollte im Anschluss unbedingt vom K\u00fcchenchef wissen, wie man eine so gute Sauce hinbekommt.<\/p>\n<p>Auf das Dessert bin ich schon eingegangen; hier aber nochmals der Hinweis f\u00fcr euch, dass ihr bei eurem Besuch in Aschheim unbedingt mit einem leeren Magen kommen solltet, denn den Gasthof Postwirt zu verlassen, ohne den Kaiserschmarrn probiert zu haben, w\u00e4re eine echte S\u00fcnde.
