Die Beliebtheit der fein belegten Focaccia-Brote wuchs und so\u00a0zog das sympathische Paar mit Sack und Pack im Februar 2024 in das M\u00fcller&#8217;sche Volksbad um. Eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Location und mehr Mitarbeiter mussten her, um noch alle G\u00e4ste und Genie\u00dfer der toskanischen K\u00f6stlichkeiten bewirten zu k\u00f6nnen. Ihr lauft direkt auf das M\u00fcller&#8217;sche Volksbad entlang der Isar zu, \u00fcberquert die gem\u00fctliche Terrasse und befindet euch auch schon am Restauranteingang, an welchem ihr von einem freundlichen Teammitglied begr\u00fc\u00dft, nach eurer Reservierung gefragt und platziert werdet. Wie erw\u00e4hnt, ist die Rustikeria mitunter umgezogen, weil immer mehr G\u00e4ste dort essen wollen und der einstige Platz der Location zu eng wurde. So empfehle ich euch, unbedingt\u00a0vor eurem Besuch online <a href=\"https:\/\/rustikeria.de\/\"><strong>\u00fcber die Website<\/strong><\/a> einen Tisch zu reservieren, um auch sicher einen der circa 75 Innen- oder 75 Au\u00dfenpl\u00e4tze zu bekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald ihr angekommen seid, wird euch sowohl die Atmosph\u00e4re, als auch das durch eine stimmige Inneneinrichtung geschaffene Ambiente sofort begeistern. Meterhohe Decken, zahlreiche Gr\u00fcnpflanzen, blaue Polsterm\u00f6bel kombiniert mit einfachen Holztischen und dekoriert mit schlichter Blumendeko, eine den Raum dominierende Bar samt kleiner Theke, vollgepackt mit toskanischen Schinken- und K\u00e4sespezialit\u00e4ten, sowie ein sofort den Blick einfangendes riesiges Wandgem\u00e4lde f\u00fcgen sich perfekt in den Gastraum ein und lassen euch innerhalb weniger Sekunden f\u00fchlen, wie mitten in Italien. Um auch verschiedene K\u00f6stlichkeiten von der Speisekarte probieren zu k\u00f6nnen, empfehle ich euch mindestens zu zweit oder sogar in einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gruppe zu kommen. Solltet ihr zum ersten Mal in der Rustikeria essen und noch unsicher bez\u00fcglich des Speiseangebotes sein, hilft euch der sympathische Service gerne jederzeit weiter. Zeit f\u00fcr einen Blick auf die Karte.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Die\u00a0Speisekarte der Rustikeria Bottega<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Wie erw\u00e4hnt, hat sich das Speiseangebot der Rustikeria mit dem Umzug erweitert. Nach wie vor angeboten und in meinen Augen auch das kulinarische Aush\u00e4ngeschild der Bottega, sind die super leckeren Schiacciata, wobei sich der Name auf das k\u00f6stliche toskanische Fladenbrot, belegt mit verschiedenen hochwertigen Zutaten, bezieht. Verwandt mit einer Focaccia bietet das fluffige Brot die perfekte Grundlage, um mit unz\u00e4hligen unterschiedlichen Zutaten \u2013 allesamt aus der Toskana und von bester Qualit\u00e4t \u2013 belegt zu werden. In der Rustikeria erwarten euch \u00fcber 25 verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie ihr euer Schiacciata belegen lassen k\u00f6nnt. Von klassisch oder vegetarisch, \u00fcber Bel\u00e4ge &#8222;aus dem Meer&#8220;, bis hin zu diversen &#8222;Special-Schiacciata&#8220; ist f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack das Richtige dabei. Durch meine unz\u00e4hligen Besuche kenne ich schon sehr viele Varianten und kann euch nur empfehlen, \u00f6fter vorbeizukommen und immer wieder etwas anderes zu probieren.<\/p>\n<p>Wollt ihr mit einer Vorspeise starten und seid interessiert an den tollen toskanischen Wurst-, Schinken- und K\u00e4seprodukten, solltet ihr vorneweg unbedingt aus der Antipasti-Kategorie bestellen. Unterschiedlich belegte Holzplatten (Tagliere) werden euch, je nach Auswahl, best\u00fcckt mit K\u00e4se, gegrilltem Gem\u00fcse, Wurst, Bruschetta, Antipasti Gem\u00fcse, Thunfischcreme, Honig, Marmelade und Co serviert. Meine Empfehlung (und auch unsere Auswahl): &#8222;Il Granducato&#8220; \u2013 eine Tagliere mit drei Wurst- und zwei K\u00e4sespezialit\u00e4ten sowie zwei Bruschettine. Unglaublich k\u00f6stlich und der perfekte Einstieg in euren Aufenthalt. Kommt ihr zu viert k\u00f6nnt ihr f\u00fcr 95 Euro eine riesige Platte mit toskanischer Wurst, K\u00e4se, Bruschettine, Antipasti Gem\u00fcse, Oliven, Honig und Marmelade bestellen. Der Service und das inzwischen fast 20-k\u00f6pfige Team sind nach wie vor sehr freundlich, gespr\u00e4chig und aufmerksam. Die Gl\u00e4ser bleiben nicht lange leer, die Stimmung ist locker und wie im &#8222;Italien-Urlaub&#8220;. Die Zutaten sind immer top-frisch und alles, was ihr bestellt, wird \u00e0 la minute zubereitet.<\/p>\n<p>Parken ist aufgrund der Lage eher schwierig. Am besten ihr kommt mit den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, dem Radl oder zu Fu\u00df \u2013 dann klappt das mit dem toskanischen Wein, dem Spritz und den Drinks auch besser. \ud83d\ude09 Aufgrund des direkt angrenzenden Schwimmbads ist es sehr warm in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten.
