Im Fokus stehen k\u00f6stliche Fleischspezialit\u00e4ten und bestes vom Grill. So wird die\u00a0<strong>Vorspeise<\/strong>, ein fluffiges Focaccia mit r\u00f6scher Kruste, mit Butter und hausgemachter Gem\u00fcsetapenade im T\u00f6pfchen auf einem kleinen\u00a0Holzbrettchen serviert und kann direkt mit den Fingern und dem Brotmesser genossen werden.
