Schon mal probiert?<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.3; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Wissenswertes \u00fcber Edelbr\u00e4nde und deren Verkostung<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Wir erfuhren vor Ort vieles, was es sich schon vor dem Genuss, dem privaten Ein- oder gewerblichen Verkauf von Edelbr\u00e4nden in der eigenen Gastronomie zu wissen lohnt. So unterscheiden sich Edelbr\u00e4nde, Geiste, Lik\u00f6re und Spirituosen stark in ihrer Produktion und somit auch ihren Inhaltsstoffen und Qualit\u00e4ten.\u00a0 <strong>Edelbr\u00e4nde<\/strong> entstehen stets durch Destillation von vergorenen Fr\u00fcchten oder anderen pflanzlichen Rohstoffen \u2013 ohne (!) Zusatz von Zucker, Aromen oder Fremdalkohol. Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Reinheit, einen intensiven Geschmack und eine aromatische Vielfalt aus. <strong>Geiste<\/strong> hingegen entstehen aus nicht verg\u00e4rbaren Rohstoffen (z.B. Kr\u00e4uter, Gew\u00fcrze, N\u00fcsse, Fr\u00fcchte mit sehr wenig Fruchtzucker, etc.), werden in neutralem Alkohol mazeriert\/eingelegt und anschlie\u00dfend destilliert. Ein <strong>Lik\u00f6r<\/strong> hingegen ist immer eine Mischung aus Alkohol, Zucker und Erzeugnisse landwirtschaftlichen Ursprungs, sprich aus Obst, Beeren, Kr\u00e4utern, Milch, Honig, Kaffee; teilweise aber auch aus Schokolade, Sahne oder Bier.
