Im Service bedient und ber\u00e4t euch die herzliche Theresa, welche uns auch erz\u00e4hlte, dass das &#8222;LEOs&#8220; sowohl bei Einheimischen als auch Touristen sehr beliebt und bekannt f\u00fcr seine hervorragende K\u00fcche ist. Auf der Speisekarte stehen feine alpine K\u00f6stlichkeiten sowie die wohl <strong>beste Pinsa in ganz \u00d6sterreich<\/strong>, deren 72 Stunden Teigreifung f\u00fcr knusprige Leichtigkeit sorgt. Angeboten wird euch die Pinsa mit verschiedensten saisonalen oder klassischen Zutaten; aktuell auch in der sommerlichen Variante (&#8222;Pinsa Summertime&#8220; mit San Marzano Tomatensauce, gegrillter Pfirsich, Ricotta, Rucola, Prosciutto Crudo, Basilikum-Pesto und -Glace). Meine Begleitung w\u00e4hlte den zarten Zwiebelrostbraten mit Sp\u00e4tzle. Direkt \u00fcber das Hotel Der L\u00f6we k\u00f6nnt ihr euch CUBE E-Bikes ausleihen (f\u00fcr 40\u202f\u20ac pro 1\/2 Tag; 60 Euro f\u00fcr den ganzen Tag), was euch erm\u00f6glicht, m\u00fchelos auch anspruchsvollere Strecken zu erkunden. Unsere Route f\u00fchrte uns auf \u00fcber 1.500 Meter, entlang saftiger Wiesen, vorbei an rauschenden B\u00e4chen, m\u00e4henden Babyziegen und grasender K\u00fche, durch schattige Waldst\u00fccke, umgeben von atemberaubend sch\u00f6ner Natur, die immer wieder zu kleinen Pausen mit Panoramablick oder auch H\u00fcttenbesuch (gerne vorab im Hotel erkundigen) einl\u00e4dt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein besonderer Zwischenstopp war die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.herzogdestillate.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Herzog Destillerie<\/strong><\/a>, in welcher euch der sympathische Siegfried Herzog samt Familie und Team erwartet. Vor Ort bekommt ihr nicht nur einen Einblick in die traditionsreiche Spirituosenherstellung, sondern k\u00f6nnt auch Verschiedenes probieren und die eigene Hofk\u00e4serei besuchen. Dort gibt es feine, regionale K\u00e4sekreationen aus eigener Produktion. In der Brennerei selbst erwartet euch eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an hochwertigen Schn\u00e4psen, Lik\u00f6ren und Edelbr\u00e4nden, die ihr direkt vor Ort verkosten k\u00f6nnt. Eine gekonnte Mischung aus Natur, Genuss und regionaler Kultur. In entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re erfahrt ihr von Gastgebertochter Elisabeth Madreiter Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt, wie der klassische Kaiserschmarrn zubereitet wird \u2013 vom Anr\u00fchren des Teigs bis zum Karamellisieren in der Pfanne. Dabei schaut ihr dem Profi \u00fcber die Schulter, d\u00fcrft aber bei einzelnen Arbeitsschritten auch selbst mit anpacken. Der Hotel-Kaiserschmarrn-Kurs ist, genauso wie der <strong>Cocktailkurs mit Barkeeperin Babsi<\/strong>,\u00a0direkt im Hotel buchbar und ein charmantes Erlebnis f\u00fcr alle, die regionale K\u00fcche und s\u00fc\u00dfe Gen\u00fcsse lieben.<\/p>\n<p>Genug geschlemmt und wieder Lust auf Natur? \u2013 Ein besonderes Naturerlebnis, das ihr in Leogang unbedingt ausprobieren solltet, ist das <strong>Waldbaden<\/strong> \u2013 eine achtsame Wanderung durch den Wald, bei der ihr bewusst entschleunigt, tief durchatmet und die Umgebung mit allen Sinnen wahrnehmt. Die Tour startet entweder oben am Asitz oder unten im Tal \u2013 ihr entscheidet selbst, ob ihr lieber bergab oder bergauf wandert. Besonders angenehm: Mit der Seilbergbahn k\u00f6nnt ihr bequem an euren Wunschzielort fahren und loslaufen; die Tickets daf\u00fcr sind in eurem Aufenthalt im Hotel Der L\u00f6we bereits inklusive. Wir f\u00fchlten uns innerhalb weniger Stunden extrem erholt und relaxt. Unsere Suite war einfach klasse. Die integrierte Sauna l\u00e4dt zum Entspannen ein; die\u00a0herzliche Gastgeberfamilie Madreiter sowie das gesamte freundliche Team hilft bei allen offenen Fragen weiter und sorgt mitunter daf\u00fcr, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause f\u00fchlt. Sowohl das Essen, als auch der Service und das gesamte Drumherum sind einfach nur klasse. Wir freuten uns jeden Abend auf das tolle Men\u00fc, probierten aber auch einmal statt dem Hauptgericht das Wiener Schnitzel aus \u2013 eine gute Wahl!
