Das Restaurant ist relativ schmal geschnitten und geht tief nach hinten in die L\u00e4nge, so nimmt man beim schnellen Vorbeigehen von drau\u00dfen eher an, es handle sich um einen kleinen Thai-Imbiss &#8211; zumindest ging es mir so. Ich hatte mir dieses Restaurant selbst notiert zum Testen und so traten wir k\u00fcrzlich spontan &#8211; ohne zu reservieren &#8211; in das dann doch sehr schicke &#8211; mit ca. 17-20 Tischen &#8211; jeweils best\u00fcckt mit ausgefallener kleiner Blume, schicker kleiner Eckbar im Eingangsbereich und vielen dezent abgestimmten Details &#8211; Restaurant ein und wurden auch direkt von einer freundlichen thail\u00e4ndischen Dame empfangen, welche uns die Platzwahl selbst \u00fcberlies und uns den ganzen Abend \u00fcber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bediente.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script>\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, ist das abgestimmte Konzept betreffend der Inneneinrichtung schon einmal ein gro\u00dfes Plus f\u00fcr den Wohlf\u00fchlfaktor im Restaurant \u201eMy Thai Kitchen\u201c: Die dunkelbraunen W\u00e4nde mit den runden, goldenen Lampen, ein Bild eines jungen thail\u00e4ndischen Mannes in Braunt\u00f6nen, ausgefallene Lampen im Barbereich, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche und einfache Pflanzen entlang des direkt auf die Stra\u00dfe gerichteten Fensters und auch vereinzelt im Speisebereich verteilt, dunkler Boden, sehr dezentes Licht, angenehme Musik und auch kein hoher L\u00e4rmpegel &#8211; wohl vor Allem, weil das Lokal nur ca. zur H\u00e4lfte bef\u00fcllt war als wir dort zu Abend a\u00dfen. Im Laufe des Abends wurde es aber voller, was der Gem\u00fctlichkeit keinen Abbruch tat.<\/p>\n<p>Wir nahmen direkt an einem der sechs kleinen, vorderen Tische im Eingangsbereich beim Fenster Platz, die Speisekarten wurden uns gebracht und wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr ein stilles Wasser und eine Cola Light.\u00a0Wir w\u00e4hlten eine Vorspeise und zwei Hauptgerichte: P\u00f6pia &#8211;\u00a0Thail\u00e4ndische Fr\u00fchlingsrollen mit Gem\u00fcsef\u00fcllung und s\u00fc\u00df-saurer So\u00dfe f\u00fcr 5,90\u20ac;\u00a0Pad Thai Tofu f\u00fcr 14 \u20ac mit\u00a0gebratenem Tofu, Reisnudeln, Eier, frisches Gem\u00fcse und Erdn\u00fcsse und meine Begleitung w\u00e4hlte Pad Thai Gai \u2013 selbiges mit H\u00fchnchen, ebenfalls f\u00fcr 14 \u20ac. Die Vorspeise wurde uns sehr rasch nach der Auswahl serviert und war appetitlich und liebevoll angerichtet, mit einer Orchideenbl\u00fcte auf einer \u00a0l\u00e4nglichen Platte. Negativ anzumerken ist, dass die Hauptspeisen zwar beide relativ zeitgleich, jedoch viel zu schnell nach der Vorspeise serviert wurden. Wir a\u00dfen diese zwar sowieso verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig z\u00fcgig, da wir Hunger hatten, dennoch war bis zum Abstellen der Teller mit unseren Pad Thais noch die H\u00e4lfe der an sich k\u00f6stlichen und r\u00f6schen Fr\u00fchlingsr\u00f6llchen vorhanden. Wir legten diese dann auf unsere Teller mit der Hauptspeise ab, da ansonsten nicht Alles auf dem Zweiertisch Platz gefunden h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n<p>Das Pad Thai schmecke ausgezeichnet. Eine \u00fcppige Portion (meine Begleitung fand es weniger als in anderen Thai-L\u00e4den \u00fcblich \ud83d\ude09 ) , serviert auf einem schicken Teller mit Bananenblatt als Unterlage, ebenfalls einer Orchideenbl\u00fcte als Verzierung am Tellerrand und insgesamt sehr ansehnlich angerichtet. Mein Pad Thai bestellten wir extra \u201enicht scharf\u201c, da ich pers\u00f6nlich so etwas nicht mag, sicherlich w\u00e4re aber auch Gegenteiliges oder eben die regul\u00e4re W\u00fcrze m\u00f6glich gewesen. Diesem Wunsch meinerseits wurde Folge geleistet und ich konnte es mir schmecken lassen. Das Pad \u00a0Thai meiner Begleitung mundete ebenfalls vorz\u00fcglich. Positiv ist anzumerken, dass das gleiche Gericht mit so gesehen extra H\u00fchnchen den gleichen Preis hat. Tofu war in dem H\u00fchnchen-Pad Thai n\u00e4mlich ebenfalls enthalten. Im Nachhinein fiel uns auf, dass das Pad Thai mit H\u00fchnchen gar nicht auf der Karte aufgelistet war, aber ohne Hinweis darauf zubereitet und serviert wurde &#8211; Daumen hoch.<\/p>\n<p>Wir f\u00fchlten uns den gesamten Abend \u00fcber sehr wohl. Das Personal war weder aufdringlich noch zu oft an unserem Tisch und dennoch stets aufmerksam. Wir bezahlten im Anschluss 42 Euro inklusive Trinkgeld f\u00fcr zwei ausgesprochen k\u00f6stliche Hauptspeisen, eine gute Vorspeise und zwei nicht alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke \u2013 so gesehen f\u00fcr M\u00fcnchen, mitten in Schwabing an der M\u00fcnchner Freiheit \u2013 preislich in Ordnung, da auch der Service, das Ambiente und die gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re kritikfrei blieben. Wer kein Pad Thai mag kann auch zwischen unterschiedlichen, anderen Gerichten w\u00e4hlen. So z.B. unterschiedlichste Suppen zwischen 5 und 15,90 Euro (z.B. Tom Kha Gai &#8211;\u00a0leichte Kokosnusssuppe mit H\u00fchnchenfleisch, Zitronengras und -Bl\u00e4ttern oder\u00a0Tom Yam Talee &#8211;\u00a0Kokosnuss-Curry-Suppe f\u00fcr 2 Personen mit Hummerkrabben, Kabeljau, Oktopus, Garnelen,\u00a0Muscheln, Koriander, Zitronengras, rote Zwiebeln, Pilze, getrockneter Chili &#8211; scharf), thail\u00e4ndische Salaten zwischen 6,20 &#8211; 8,90 Euro (z.B.\u00a0Pomelo Salat serviert in einer ausgesch\u00e4lten Orange mit Pomelofruchtf\u00fcllung, Minze,\u00a0Cashwen\u00fcsse, Lemongras, garniert mit Hummerkrabben oder\u00a0Som Tam Thai &#8211;\u00a0frische gr\u00fcne Papayastreifen mit Krabben, Tomaten, gr\u00fcnen Bohnen und gehackten Erdn\u00fcssen,\u00a0angerichtet an einer leicht scharfen Zitronenso\u00dfe), diversen Vorspeisen oder unterschiedlichsten Rind-, H\u00fchnchen-, Lamm-, Schweine- oder Entenfleisch-Gerichten. Auch ein \u00dcberraschungsmen\u00fc mit verschiedenen Vorspeisen und drei unterschiedlichen Hauptspeisen f\u00fcr 27 Euro pro Person wird angeboten. Die komplette Speisekarte findet ihr <a title=\"Speisekarte\" href=\"http:\/\/mythai-kitchen.de\/\/karten\/speisekarte.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ich kann Euch einen Besuch in dem Restaurant &#8222;My Thai Kitchen&#8220; auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Sicherlich nicht super g\u00fcnstig und auch eher was f\u00fcr einen ruhigen Abend in stiller Atmosph\u00e4re, aber definitiv einen Besuch wert. Kartenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich. Ge\u00f6ffnet ist das Restaurant von\u00a0Montag bis Freitag: ab 12 Uhr und von\u00a0Samstag \u2013 Sonntag: ab 16 Uhr. Die Anfahrt ist \u00fcber die U-Bahnlinie 3 oder 6 &#8211; Station M\u00fcnchner Freiheit &#8211; \u00f6ffentlich m\u00f6glich. Viel Spa\u00df und lasst es Euch schmecken.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ich komme wieder:\u00a0<\/b>Auf jeden Fall, wenn ich sehr leckeres Thaifood essen m\u00f6chte und etwas h\u00f6here Preise daf\u00fcr bereit bin
