N\u00e4mlich: Wenn ihr hier einmal vorbei schaut, k\u00f6nnte es sein, dass ihr s\u00fcchtig werdet und euer gesamtes Geld in Dessertkurse investiert. \ud83d\ude09 Nicht nur s\u00fcchtig nach den tollen Kursen, sondern auch nach dem was dabei heraus kommt: Ausgesprochen k\u00f6stliche, professionell hergestellte und mit viel Spa\u00df und Know How entwickelte Torten, Kuchen, T\u00f6rtchen, Macarons, Petit Fours und vieles mehr. Ich hatte mittlerweile schon zweimal die Ehre, dass ich bei Beate W\u00f6llstein &#8211; Profi-Patissier der Spitzenklasse &#8211; in ihrem Schwabinger \u201eW\u00f6llsteins Desserthaus\u201c Kurse besuchen durfte und mich selbst von den tollen Kursangeboten \u00fcberzeugen durfte.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Das Desserthaus bietet unterschiedlichste Kurse an. Ihr k\u00f6nnt frei entscheiden, was ihr gerne lernen wollt und Zuhause nach backen wollt. Alle Kurse werden pers\u00f6nlich unter der F\u00fchrung von Beate W\u00f6llstein &#8211; in der Regel am Abend oder Nachmittag &#8211; durchgef\u00fchrt und von ihr bis zum Schluss begleitet. Das Besondere: Ganz egal ob ihr schon absolute Vollprofis beim Backen seid oder das Back-Handwerk erst ganz neu erlernen wollt: Hier gibt es f\u00fcr wirklich Jeden den richtigen Kurs und was dabei raus kommt schmeckt wirklich immer &#8211; ich kann es bezeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich entschied mich bei meinem ersten Kurs f\u00fcr einen Macaronkurs. Erstens weil ich leider absolut s\u00fcchtig nach diesen tollen, kleinen Dingern bin und zweitens weil ich schon immer einmal wissen wollte, warum Macarons in der Regel stets ein wenig h\u00f6her im Preis sind und ob der hohe Produktionsaufwand diesen Preis rechtfertig. Jetzt kann ich euch sagen: Ja tut er. Macaron ist nicht gleich Macaron, aber in W\u00f6llsteins Desserthaus habe ich wohl nahezu die besten Macarons meines Lebens gegessen &#8211; und dazu auch noch &#8211; unglaublich! &#8211; selbstgemacht. Der Kurs begann um 18:30 Uhr und kann bequem online gebucht werden. Ganz egal wof\u00fcr ihr euch entscheidet, ihr k\u00f6nnt online auf der Website ein wenig \u00fcber die Kurse erfahren und nachlesen, was ihr dort erlernen werdet. Die Preise sind auch aufgelistet. Der Macaronkurs beispielsweise l\u00e4uft unter der Sparte \u201eInternationale Confiserie\u201c und ist schon f\u00fcr faire 89\u20ac zu haben. Am Anfang mag das nicht g\u00fcnstig erscheinen, doch ihr d\u00fcrft nicht vergessen, dass die kompletten Zutaten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden, ihr \u00fcber mehrere Stunden Spa\u00df habt, all eure Fragen stellen k\u00f6nnt und mit Rezepten, selbst gemachten Macarons und viel neuem Wissen nach Hause geht.<\/p>\n<p>Um euch einen kleinen \u00dcberblick zu verschaffen: Neben dem Macaronskurs k\u00f6nnt ihr auch an einem Pralinen-Kurs (ab 99\u20ac pro Person), einem Cheesecake- und K\u00e4sekuchenkurs (ab 125\u20ac pro Person), einen \u201eBritish Afternoon Tea\u201c-Kurs mit Tea-Pastries, Scones und Co (ab 150\u20ac pro Person), einen \u201eViva la France\u201c-Kurs mit Croissants und Pain au choc (ab 119\u20ac pro Person) oder auch &#8211; passend zur kommenden Weihnachtszeit &#8211; Weihnachtsb\u00e4ckerei-Kurs teilnehmen. Doch nicht genug: Auch vegane Backkurse, Dessert- und Nachspeisen-, Torten- und Kuchenkurse werden angeboten. Eigentlich Alles, was ihr euch vorstellen k\u00f6nnt. Eines haben alle Kurse ganz sicher gemein: Sie machen in der Runde mit ca. 10 &#8211; 14 Personen und der stets gut gelaunten und freundlichen Beate W\u00f6llstein immer riesigen Spa\u00df, ihr geht pappsatt nach Hause und habt immer was Feines zum Mitnehmen dabei.<\/p>\n<p>Das Desserthaus selbst ist sehr gem\u00fctlich und ansprechend eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet. Fokus des gro\u00dfen Raumes ist sicherlich die riesige K\u00fccheninsel, an welcher die Kurse stattfinden. Im rechten Bereich des mit einer offenen Glasfront auf die Stra\u00dfe hinaus gestaltetem Desserthauses stehen zwei gro\u00dfe wei\u00dfe Tische mit frischen Blumen, an denen sich die &#8211; in der Regel recht ersch\u00f6pften &#8211; Kursteilnehmer nach getaner Arbeit bei Getr\u00e4nken und Sekt mit den gebackenen Kuchen, T\u00f6rtchen, etc. niederlassen und schlemmen k\u00f6nnen. Sch\u00f6n ist auch, dass sich Beate W\u00f6llstein immer die Zeit nimmt alle Fragen zu beantworten und sich danach auch mit dazu setzt und mit verkostet. Schmecken tut wie gesagt Alles. Meine Macarons waren der Wahnsinn. Wir reicherten die Masse f\u00fcr die Macarons mit unterschiedlichsten, hochwertigen Lebensmittelfarben an und so entstanden zahlreiche bunte Macarons mit k\u00f6stlicher F\u00fcllung. Auch die F\u00fcllungen waren unterschiedlich und es kamen diverse Konstellationen heraus, die alle super schmeckten. M\u00fcsst ihr unbedingt probieren. Am besten ihr schenkt einen der Kurse an eure Freunde weiter &#8211; so dass ihr selbst mitkommen k\u00f6nnt. \ud83d\ude09 Ideal auch f\u00fcr alle verzweifelten M\u00e4nner, die noch nicht wissen, was sie der Freundin denn nun schenken sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Der zweite Kurs, den ich vor kurzem mitmachte war ein veganer Backkurs. &#8222;B\u00e4h! Vegan\u201c, denken jetzt eventuell einige von euch. Ich kann euch nur sagen: Ihr liegt falsch. Was nach einigen Stunden am Schluss dabei rauskam glich erstens geschmacklich dem Ergebnis nicht veganer Kuchen 1 zu 1 und auch meine privaten Testesser im B\u00fcro waren begeistert von dem leckeren Bienenstich aus Hefeteig, mit leckerer Zucker-Mandelschicht und lockerer Cremef\u00fcllung und dem K\u00e4sekuchen mit M\u00fcrbeteig und Beerenschicht oben drauf. Neben diesen beiden Kuchen produzierte unsere Gruppe au\u00dferdem einen franz\u00f6sischen Klassiker &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich auch vegan: Tarte Tatin. Ein gest\u00fcrzter Apfelkuchen mit Karameltopping und Bl\u00e4tterteigboden. Sehr lecker und allein deshalb kann ich euch diesen Kurs schon empfehlen. Nach dem Kurs hatte ich eine ganz andere Wahrnehmung und Einstellung, welch K\u00f6stlichkeiten mit veganen Zutaten hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. Der Bienenstich war zum Reinlegen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich sp\u00e4he schon auf den Petit Four Kurs und den Pralinenkurs &#8211; falls ihr mich also mal \u00fcberraschen wollt\u2026&#8230; Eigentlich w\u00fcrde im am liebsten jeden Kurs einmal machen. \ud83d\ude09 Es macht einfach unglaublich viel Spa\u00df! Ich w\u00fcrde mein Talent in der K\u00fcche definitiv als unterdurchschnittlich bezeichnen, beim Backen bin ich noch etwas sicherer unterwegs als beim Kochen, dennoch geh\u00f6re ich lange noch nicht zu den Profis. Nach den Kursen hatte ich jedoch auch im allgemeinen Umgang un dem Ablauf beim Backen zahlreiche neue Tipps. Toll ist auch, dass Frau W\u00f6llstein anbietet, dass ihr all die Zutaten, welche ihr auch \u201everbackt\u201c im Nachhinein bei ihr kaufen k\u00f6nnt, bzw. sie auch grunds\u00e4tzlich anbietet, dass ihr euch die Zutaten &#8211; die nicht alle ohne weiteres zu bekommen sind &#8211; gerne bei ihr kaufen k\u00f6nnt, wenn ihr z.B. keinen Zugang zum Hamburger oder \u00e4hnlichem habt. (Ich hole mir beim n\u00e4chsten Mal zum Beispiel ganz sicher eine \u201eBackfolie\u201c &#8211; danach bleibt kein Teig mehr auf der Arbeitsplatte kleben und ihr k\u00f6nnt super damit arbeiten und sie immer wieder abwaschen und neu verwenden!).<\/p>\n<p>Das Desserthaus ist leicht mit den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Nehmt einfach die U-Bahnlinie 2 zum Hohenzollernplatz und spaziert (oder fahrt mit dem Bus Nummer 144) zur Adams-Lehmann-Stra\u00dfe in Schwabing. W\u00f6llsteins Desserthaus ist sehr einladend gestaltet, nat\u00fcrlich mit den technisch neusten Ger\u00e4ten ausgestattet und \u00fcberall stehen von der Profi-Patissier gestaltete Kuchen, Figuren, Torten und Petit Fours. (Solltet ihr nicht wissen, was Petit Fours sind m\u00fcsst ihr allein deswegen schon einen Kurs machen!). Ich kann euch einen Besuch nur w\u00e4rmstens ans Herz legen. Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Au\u00dferdem ist das auch der einzige Weg, wie ihr an die K\u00f6stlichkeiten von Frau W\u00f6llstein herankommt &#8211; diese werden eben nur in den Kursen produziert, oder ihr schaut mal im Rahmen einer Firmenveranstaltung mit euren Kollegen in Verbindung mit einem kleinen Kursangebot oder \u00e4hnlichem vorbei. Es wird euch sicherlich Spa\u00df machen und ist eben auch mal etwas Anderes.<\/p>\n<p>Ich h\u00e4nge euch bei diesem Artikel einige, mehr Bilder als \u00fcblich an, damit ihr euch einen guten Eindruck vermitteln k\u00f6nnt. Glaubt mir: Es lohnt sich wirklich und ist auch mit Sicherheit ein tolles Geschenk zum Beispiel f\u00fcr Freunde zur Hochzeit, oder zum Geburtstag, etc. Ihr k\u00f6nnt die Kurse bequem online buchen und bezahlen oder auch Gutscheine anfordern, welche ihr dann sch\u00f6n als Geschenk weiter schenken oder euch selbst schenken k\u00f6nnt.
