What makes zzysh special for champagne?
The clear advantage, besides its practical function, is its simple and quick application. With a single zzysh protective atmosphere from the small golden cartridge (a noble gas mixture), you can perform several applications. In total, one cartridge is enough to reseal four bottles of champagne.
Of course, the biggest advantage is that with zzysh, several bottles of champagne (or wine) can be opened simultaneously, regardless of whether they are all finished on the same evening or during the same meal. This makes zzysh ideal for tastings or multi-course meals where different wines or sparkling wines are offered. This also works with Prosecco, Brut, Demi-Sec, or Doux. Like zzysh for wines, the champagne set is a world first and unrivaled in its function and application technology. A protective atmosphere seals the sparkling wine and protects it from oxidation. The aroma, taste, and color are preserved.

I tested zzsysh Champagne for its usability, value for money, and, most importantly, the results with opened bottles. Even back when I tested zzsysh on wine, I was pleasantly surprised by how long the wine still tasted as if it had just been opened – for days. With Champagne, zzsysh even promises a period of several weeks after opening, during which the sparkling wine retains its original state and flavor. So the burning question was: How long does the Champagne actually stay sparkling?
This is how easy zzysh is to use.
The application is simple and incredibly easy. After opening the bottle, it is completely sealed with the zzysh champagne stopper. Then, the handle is attached to this small, handy stopper, and you press down for three to four seconds. A distinct "zzyshhhhh" sound indicates that the protective atmosphere is flowing into the bottle. Within seconds, my champagne bottle was sealed again and ready for the chiller.
The price-performance ratio needs to be considered separately. The set costs €89.90 including one cartridge. A good champagne doesn't necessarily have to be expensive; there's no upper limit to the price, and you can get a decent bottle of sparkling wine for as little as €30. For example, two people rarely finish a bottle of champagne in one evening. Thinking further: I do occasionally enjoy a glass of good wine, champagne, or something similar in the evening. But just one glass. This means the rest stays in the bottle and, without zzysh, has to be finished or thrown away by the next day or the day after – depending on the drink. Even if you're an infrequent champagne drinker, quite a few euros end up down the drain in liquid form. So, at just under €90, zzysh is worthwhile for anyone who gets annoyed two or three times a year having to throw away good champagne from opened bottles. I think it's a worthwhile investment, also because zzysh lasts forever for champagne (and also for wine) and can be refilled again and again with new cartridges.
Now for the taste. The champagne was bought, the zzysh champagne was ready, and I was really craving it. So, I opened the bottle, toasted with a small glass, and applied zzysh. I waited a few days, opened the champagne again, and tasted it. Sure enough: no difference in taste or color, not even after the second and third sips. So, I toasted with another small sip, resealed it, and this time waited much longer. Two weeks later, I checked again—admittedly, somewhat skeptically—to see if the champagne was still living up to zzysh's promises. And again: no disappointment. After almost three weeks, I was finally convinced by the system's claims, and the bottle was empty. 😉
Furthermore, I'm also impressed by its sleek design. I'm a big fan of simple, understated, and functional packaging. zzysh Champagne (and wine) fits in any drawer, feels good in the hand, and looks great.
