Some time ago, I tested a Japanese green tea and wrote about it for you. One of my readers saw the article and told me I absolutely had to try SOTI Natural – Gyokuro Green Tea. So I did – I contacted the founders of SOTI Natural and learned a bit more about the product, which originally comes from Poland. Now the tea has arrived, and I'd like to tell you more.

SOTI Natural Green Tea is a sugar-free beverage made from the rare Gyokuro green tea plant – free from sugar, chemicals, and even stevia. A glance at the bottle reveals its pure natural character: zero calories, zero sugar, carbohydrates, or fats. But what makes SOTI Natural Tea such a special green tea? Firstly, the rare Gyokuro plant used, and secondly, the completely additive-free recipe. The tea, or rather the leaves of this Japanese plant, are brewed using a gentle and unique process – ensuring that the valuable nutrients and high quality of the leaves are preserved. Gyokuro leaves contain an exceptionally high level of catechins and amino acids. Catechins are components of plant metabolites that have an antioxidant effect, meaning they help the body cope better with oxidative stress, a trigger for aging and a range of other diseases. The delicate green tea from the Gyokuro plant is made only from the first leaf buds of the spring harvest and grows for 20 days in the shade (under covered areas) before it can be harvested. SOTI Natural is sometimes produced from this tea.

SOTI Natural is produced using a very special brewing process. To preserve the full flavor of the green tea in its brewed state, the leaves are not fermented, and the drying process begins immediately after harvesting – thus preserving the unique and delicate taste of the leaves. Nearly two years were spent perfecting the brewing method for the Gyokuro leaves; today, this is the valuable secret to the perfect SOTI Natural recipe. The temperature, the duration of the brewing process, and the tea's natural minerals all play a role in consistently achieving a perfect result. Only in this way can a unique and high-quality tea be created. The water used for the green tea is also rich in mineral salts and specifically formulated to complement the composition of this premium green tea. After combining the ingredients and brewing, the tea is filled into practical, aseptically sealed bottles, packed in crates, and transported to Europe. Thanks to this special bottling process, no ingredients are lost. But why this long journey for a bottled green tea? The SOTI Natural team believes that a green tea of this high standard and produced in this special way can only originate in Asia, in the plant's native region. Only by producing in the country of origin can the SOTI team ensure that all the valuable components are retained and preserved in the healthy tea throughout every step – from harvesting and brewing to bottling.

SOTI Natural offers the perfect alternative to sweetened and unhealthy teas and beverages. Regarding my own tasting: After the first sip, the tea's flavor felt somewhat strange and unfamiliar. It has a very intense aroma and a lingering aftertaste. However, the more often I opened a bottle of SOTI Natural tea, the more I became accustomed to its very natural and distinctive taste. The bottle is easy to drink without even thinking about it. There are some drinks you can sip all day long, but somehow you just can't seem to get enough. SOTI Tea is a great everyday companion and provides a gentle and effortless boost.

It requires more effort to drink a lot. At the same time, the tea cleanses your body, freeing it from toxins and promoting calorie burning even during meals. I think it's great that SOTI Natural is another premium product on the market – judging by the quality of its ingredients – proving that a marketable and appealing beverage can be produced entirely without chemical extracts, colorings, artificial flavorings, preservatives, and additives. The white and green logo on the bottle further emphasizes that you are holding and consuming a very natural and unprocessed product.

These handy bottles are ideal for the car, handbag, hiking backpack, or simply for everyday use. Each bottle contains 530ml of green tea. And if you're now tempted to try the green tea, you can currently only buy it online from Germany. The bottles are available in the SOTI Natural online store. Six bottles cost €17.70; a box of 24 bottles is available for €70.80. I should also mention that delivery, or rather, the time it takes to receive a box of SOTI Tea, can be a little while. As described above, production takes a lot of time and effort, and the quantities requested are not always available. (I also had to wait a while, about 30-40 days at the moment). (Here You can buy green tea from Germany.

My personal conclusion: Give it a try. The tea will keep you fit and healthy – primarily due to its high levels of catechins, L-theanine, tannins, and antioxidants. It's also refreshing and relaxing. Even if you find the taste a bit unusual and new at first – simply and sadly, because your palate is missing the familiar sugar – stick with it and drink SOTI Natural Green Tea alongside water for a while. The tea is as natural as water, and you'll only experience the exquisite flavor of the Gyokuro leaves. You won't be consuming any sugar, preservatives, or sweeteners. I'm curious to hear what you think.
