Then you can decide whether you want to try the juices individually first or jump right into a more flexible cleanse. If so, I recommend starting with a one-day cleanse to see how your body reacts. Regardless of your choice, Yuicery juices, whether consumed individually or as part of a cleanse, contribute to a healthy and active lifestyle and inspire a healthier diet. It's also clear that if you opt for a three- or five-day juice cleanse, for example, you'll lose weight—provided you stick to it—without missing out on essential vitamins or nutrients.

My review of the Yuicery „Classic Cleanse“ package

Now for my test. In this case, I didn't opt for individual bottles, but instead chose the "Classic Cleanse" package for a one-day cleanse. There are a total of five different packages to choose from (Classic, High Power, Green, Veggie, or Root Cleanse) – available in various package sizes for cleanses lasting from one to fourteen days.

My selection, or rather my "Classic Cleanse" package, worth €41 (for one day), included six of the currently eleven different varieties. Each bottle contains 500ml of fresh juice, so you have to drink 3 liters of juice a day. All the juices are blends of different fruits and vegetables, so there's something for everyone. Different flavors are especially important to me when doing a multi-day cleanse. This ensures variety throughout the cleanse. My package included:

The Classic Cleanse package (€41)

– „Green Three“ (with green apple, celery, cucumber, kale, lime, parsley, ginger),
– „Yellow One“ (with pineapple, pear, fennel, ginger, mint),
– „Green one“ (with kale, cucumber, spinach, celery, romaine lettuce, parsley and green apple),
– „Root Two“ (with beetroot, carrot, red apple, fennel, lime)
– „Citrus One“ (with orange, cucumber, lime, aloe vera, mint) and
– „"Almond milk"“ (with raw almonds, dates, filtered water, fleur de sel, bourbon vanilla)

Citrus One

Tastes vary greatly, and each bottle is enjoyed differently by every drinker. Therefore, I'd rather not describe the flavor of each bottle individually. It's really worth discovering for yourself what you like best. My favorites are the "Root Two" and the "Almond Milk." I simply love red fruits, as well as anything sweet and almond-flavored. In addition, each variety is very filling, and by the end of the day, I felt almost as satisfied as after a typical breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So, if you can get used to just drinking it, you should definitely try a one-day cleanse. I felt really good both during and after the cleanse, and I still felt refreshed, vital, and energized the next day.

The entire Yuicery product range is produced on Ismaninger Straße in Bogenhausen – fresh and varied daily. From there, the fresh juices are delivered to the stores or, if you order online, directly to your home. The convenient thing is that Yuicery offers both an online shop with pre-selected cleanse/detox juice packages and individual shops in Munich. So, if you're out and about, simply drop by a store and choose your favorite juices; if you don't have time, you can easily and conveniently shop online.

What's in the Yuicery juices?

One thing all Yuicery juices have in common: they are freshly blended daily using the highest quality ingredients. To guarantee the freshness and quality of Yuicery juices, only the best fruits and vegetables are used, and high-pressure pasteurization is avoided. The varieties are produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Up to 2.3 kilograms of fruits and vegetables go into each 500 ml bottle of juice. Incredible, isn't it? Sugar, additives, concentrates, or dilution are foreign concepts to the Yuicery juice manufactory. Pure fruit and vegetables are in every bottle of Yuicery juice. The juices are cold-pressed using a screw press, which preserves vital nutrients, vitamins, trace elements, and enzymes. Immediate bottling after pressing and minimal oxidation without any heat result in an exceptionally fresh and delicious taste in all varieties.

Yuicery ships nationwide. Whether you prefer to visit their store (Bogenhausen, Maxvorstadt, or soon, Altstadt) and pick up your favorite juice in person, or choose from their online shop, the choice is yours. Quality comes at a price, and so the juices are priced at €6.50 per bottle, while the fresh almond milk is €8.50 for a 500ml serving.

My personal conclusion

In my opinion, and as I've often pointed out, we should more frequently spend a little extra when it comes to our health and well-being. We spend money on all sorts of things, but when a freshly squeezed, supposedly 1001 healthy juice costs almost €7, we suddenly become stingy. Personally, it helps me to know that Yuicery juices contain only fresh, additive-free fruits and vegetables, and that with every sip, I'm doing something good for my body. I've already added the almond milk to my shopping cart in the Yuicery online store for next week. Or perhaps I'll stop by the new shop (branches – su) when it opens on May 11, 2016, and pick up my bottles myself.

Personally, my perspective has shifted a bit in recent years, and I've learned to take a closer look at a product, its production, ingredients, and benefits before dismissing it as "too expensive." Yuicery is a good example of this. After the first sip and at the end of the cleanse, you'll certainly understand me better. If you're not a fan of detox cleanses, or if your daily routine doesn't allow for one, I definitely recommend trying the individual juices or perhaps asking for a gift certificate from the store to test Yuicery. I'm excited to try it...
