We're talking about Paulaner's newest summer offering: Paulaner "Leichte Weiße" (Light Wheat Beer) – a reduced-alcohol wheat beer, which has recently become available in southern Germany. Refreshing drinking pleasure in a reduced-alcohol version

Paulaner's "Leichte Weiße" (Light Wheat Beer), with just 3.41 Tbsp. of alcohol, is the new reduced-alcohol wheat beer variant and the perfect addition to the "Paulaner wheat beer family," especially for those who prefer a lighter version of Paulaner Hefeweizen Naturtrüb (naturally cloudy wheat beer). With approximately 30 Tbsp. of alcohol less, it's exactly what you'd want for warm days and the ideal accompaniment to a snack or meal, wouldn't you say?

What about you? Do you also enjoy beer? I personally love it, especially on warmer days, as a refreshing drink, and I usually prefer something a bit lighter then. I don't like it when I'm already hot and a drink makes me feel even heavier. Thanks to its lower alcohol content, the "Light Wheat" is pleasant and easy to enjoy, providing a sparkling refreshment and the perfect beer garden and summer feeling. How to combine it? – Wheat beer in food pairing

Sure, beer tastes great on its own, but there are some fantastic food pairings worth exploring during your tasting. For example, a light wheat beer goes particularly well with hearty steak dishes, as well as robust chicken dishes. If you'd prefer to enjoy some lighter snacks with your wheat beer, try mild cheeses (young Gouda, Butterkäse, or various soft cheeses).

Important: For the perfect tasting experience and ideal enjoyment, your wheat beer should be properly chilled and therefore at the correct temperature. It's best to drink your beer at a temperature between six and eight degrees Celsius. You can easily store it in the refrigerator at four to seven degrees Celsius.
