FLSK Products GmbH, the manufacturer from Munich, claims that the bottle keeps its contents cold for over 24 hours and hot for over 18 hours. I can already confirm the first claim: I was able to enjoy my cool water all day long, right up until the evening after my workout. It was only in such a situation that I actually realized how stale and lukewarm my daily water from my plastic water bottle had always tasted. I can't yet confirm the 18-hour hot drink promise, but since it's getting really cold outside, it will definitely be time for a hot tea soon. Based on my impression of the FLSK so far, I'm sure it won't disappoint.

What makes the bottle so special

Another important point is the company's commitment to sustainability. The bottle is completely BPA-free and poses no health risks. A brief explanation of BPA: Bisphenol A – or BPA for short – is a chemical found in many plastics and materials, and its safety has been the subject of intense debate in recent years. There is general agreement that it is particularly harmful to children and infants. As a result, more and more manufacturers are labeling their products as BPA-free. A few more details: besides its extremely long insulation capacity, the FLSK bottle is also supposed to be carbonation-resistant, tasteless, and completely leak-proof. I've been using the FLSK almost every day now, and it's been through a lot, but the bottle opening has remained reliably sealed every time. I'm thrilled.
