An overview of the exhibiting food start-ups
Before we begin, I'd like to share a thought on the evolution of the food scene. We've all noticed that the demands placed on our food, our diet, and the corresponding offerings are constantly increasing. It's no longer enough for food to "simply taste good and fill us up"; no, we want to know what's in our food and what goes into it. Aspects like the environment, sustainability, and resource conservation are playing an increasingly important role.
It's obvious that more and more startups are rolling up their sleeves, rethinking food, and bringing exciting and innovative products to market. At FOOD & LIFE, the growing food and nutrition trend is evident not only in the annually increasing number of exhibiting startups from the food scene, but also in this year's even larger "FOOD START.up Area," which will occupy a significant portion of the exhibition hall.
