Andi Schweiger in an interview with Bianca's blog I met up with Andi Schweiger and interviewed him, or rather, we had a nice chat. We have sometimes talked about his own restaurant Schweiger² I spoke with Andi in Munich about how his restaurant became the smallest Michelin-starred establishment in the city.
