Attention all gourmets, foodies, and connoisseurs! Like every year, I'm using December 31st to take a conscious look back, look forward to the new year with positive thoughts, and indulge one last time before the year ends. You know that gastronomy, the people behind it, and high-quality food and drink are an important and significant part of my life. So what could be more fitting than to enjoy the turn of the year accordingly?
This year has been quite turbulent for me too, so this year will be something really special for my companion and me! Of course, I don't want to keep this highlight from you and would like to recommend this opportunity for a truly special New Year's Eve!
On the evening of December 31st, "The Charles Hotel" offers the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious meal in its integrated gourmet restaurant Sophia's. 5-COURSE GALA MENU with CHAMPAGNE PAIRING to enjoy – Also available in a vegetarian version (optional). as well as with a Juice instead of champagne as an accompaniment.
In addition to delicious five courses and high-quality Champagne from the House of Perrier-Jouët, as a guest you can also expect a in-house „The Charles“ fireworks display in the Old Botanical Garden, which will be lit after the meal on the terrace of one of the hotel suites on the eighth floor to kick off the new year – naturally with a glass of champagne to toast!

(Since all guests are served excellent Perrier-Jouët champagne, I naturally don't recommend arriving by car. Either take a taxi or use public transport and get off at the main train station or Königsplatz. The Charles Hotel, including the integrated Sophia's restaurant, is just a few meters away.)
