The Canale Grande restaurant in Neuhausen
DAY TIP: Canale Grande #biancastagestipp
The Grand Canal I visited it for my 30th birthday. There's a... manageable classic map. Seven different Pizzas, some pasta dishes, fish and meat dishes, as well as Salads and soups They are available for selection on the double-sided map. Price-wise The Canale Grande is a bit more upscale, but not excessively expensive. The Italian restaurant is just a stone's throw from the Nymphenburg Canal. Inside, it's cozy: colorful walls with pictures, dark furniture with white tablecloths, candles, and flowers. We opted for a Carrot and ginger cream soup (for €7.50) and Caprese with buffalo mozzarella (for €10.50) as a starter, as well as for Pizza with black winter truffle (for €14.50) and filled ravioli with porcini mushrooms (for €9.50) as a main course. The The wine list is easy to understand. and has some mediocre to good wines on offer. In total we paid for two starters and main courses, as well as a dessert (very fine tiramisu for €6.50) and two simple wines 66€ with tip. A visit is worthwhile.
