Great Goose Dinner – The Emporio Armani Caffè Munich awaits this week with a very special autumn special. GREAT GOOSE DINNER on November 19, 2016, Specialties featuring goose will be served. Guests can expect a multi-course menu of exceptional quality.
This will start with "„ANTIPASTO“in the form of marinated lamb, crostini, shallots and radishes. Next up is „FEGATO D'OCA“ – a pan-fried goose liver with caramelized apple, followed by „TORTELLINI IN BRODO“– Homemade goose tortellini in their own broth. Besides the clear highlight of the menu - one classic crispy goose with glazed chestnuts, port wine red cabbage and small potato dumplings, it is served as a refreshing accompaniment to the „LE FIZZ“, a composition of Gray Goose, St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Fresh Lime It was served. The meal concluded with a delicious tiramisu. Doesn't that sound wonderful?
The evening begins at 7:00 PM at a welcome reception with host Michael Wilhelmer and his team. From 9 pm Emporio Armani Caffè Munich also welcomes guests who did not attend dinner.
