Now, enriched by some wonderful memories, I want to tell you all about "SENTIMIENTOS," because it's not only entertaining, but also Spanish, fiery, and hot! Fiery, impressive and really hot: the new GOP variety show „SENTIMIENTOS“

Admittedly, I had unfortunately had no personal experience with Spain until now, but after seeing the stage show "SENTIMIENTOS," I intend to change that. From the very first minute, the show draws you in, captivates you, and entertains you in a diverse and multifaceted way. After just a few minutes, you'll completely forget you're sitting in a Bavarian theater and feel as if you're right in the heart of Spain.

We went into the show completely open-minded, letting ourselves be surprised, and were swept away from the very first minute. Indeed, as soon as the curtain rises, "SENTIMIENTOS" really gets going. Get ready for two hours of temperament, fire, talent, and humorous interludes. One moment the artists and performers are passionate and poetic, the next they're full of energy, dancing (or floating) across the stage with fiery enthusiasm.

The all-Spanish ensemble skillfully bridges the gap between fiery temperament and contemporary acrobatics, interwoven with humor and captivating live music. Each act is unique, and after two hours of "SENTIMIENTOS," I was definitely craving more "Spanish fire." This was surely also due to the culinary offerings – a tapas platter laden with delicious Spanish delicacies for one or two people.

Perfect for the fiery Spanish cuisine: Tapas for two to share

Depending on when you decide to visit "SENTIMIENTOS," you have the option of booking different culinary extras. A snack menu with finger food and small dishes is always available in the theater. Even if you've booked without a set menu, your culinary needs are always taken care of at the GOP. In addition to the ticket price (€55 per person), a three-course set menu of your choice is also available. Theater Restaurant „Leander”“(for 39 euros; except Sundays and public holidays), as well as a pre-set two- or three-course menu in the hall (for 29 euros in three courses; for 23 euros in two courses without starter) to choose from.

Alternatively, and fittingly for the Spanish stage show "SENTIMIENTOS", there is currently also a great „"Gourmet offer" in the form of a tapas plate for two with a bottle of water for only 18 euros. Look forward to delicious olives, fiery chorizo, pimientos de padrón, tortilla, albóndigas, Manchego cheese, aioli, mojo verde, and fresh bread. We also chose two glasses of wine—a fine Pinot Gris and a Pinot Blanc—and enjoyed a wonderful culinary start to the show. Conclusion, tickets and table

A definite thumbs up for Spain and "SENTIMIENTOS"! My companion and I ran into some acquaintances in the theater, and we had a long chat about "SENTIMIENTOS" with them during the intermission and after the show. Independently of each other, we both agreed that it's worth coming to the GOP Variety Theater regularly, as each of the six annual shows is structured and staged differently, meaning the excitement is always rekindled. "SENTIMIENTOS," for example, features a lot of music, dance, and singing, but you're also guaranteed plenty of humor and lots of "wow" moments. The show completely captivated me, and I felt thoroughly entertained for two hours. The only downside: with so much excitement, time flies by! 😉 I can therefore highly recommend a visit to the GOP stage show „SENTIMIENTOS“.

Are you coming by car? – The best place to park is in the parking garage at the Hofbräuhaus. Alternatively, you can take subway lines 4 and 5 (Lehel stop) or tram lines 16, 19, and 21 (Maxmonument stop) to the GOP Variety Theatre. And feel free to dress up; the GOP has the perfect setting for it.

Did you know? – There are seven GOP Variety Theatres in Germany. The one on Maximilianstrasse in Munich first opened its doors in 2008 and has since surprised audiences with an average of six diverse and entertaining stage shows per year. The theatre is divided into a spacious foyer, the main auditorium with its stage, the "Leander" restaurant, and a bar integrated into the foyer where drinks can be enjoyed before and after the shows.
