The GOP Variety Theater Munich has been presenting its brand-new and third stage show of the year since May 8, 2025. "Stylez! – In a Frenzy of Movement" is the name of the show, and it thrills audiences with acrobatics, breakdancing, and, as always, top-notch entertainment. Before the show, my companion and I enjoyed a special menu for "Stylez!" at the theater's Restaurant Leander. „Stylez! – In the Thrall of Movement“ – the new stage show at the GOP Variety Theatre Munich
We had the opportunity to see the new show on its second day of performances. From the very first minute, it's packed with great music, talented dancers, and captivating stage acts. "Stylez!" combines breakdancing and acrobatics, offering a unique and unforgettable crossover stage spectacle: street art culture, urban lifestyle, and interactive high-tech entertainment are skillfully blended and presented through catchy beats, high energy, and elaborate choreography.

„Stylez!“ demonstrates in a wonderfully entertaining way that the beauty of the little things in everyday life is also important and that breakdancing was not only cutting-edge and on the pulse of the times in the 80s.
Get ready for an incredibly impressive and captivating performance from start to finish. The new stage show at the GOP Variety Theatre Munich is characterized by the perfect blend of dance, acrobatics with absolute body control, and showmanship. I recommend the new stage show "Stylez!" combined with a restaurant visit at the GOP. Theater-Restaurant „Leander“ To book. For 94 euros per person you can join and enjoy a three-course meal of your choice before the show. (The theatre and restaurant are both located in the GOP, you just need to move from the dining table to the auditorium table.)
Basically, you can enjoy any show, including "Stylez!", in the setting you prefer. Depending on the day of the week and time, this can be with a two- or three-course theater menu. (with appetizer), or with a menu of your choice in the restaurant „Leander“. If you opt for the theater hall menu, you will be served the (starter and) main course before the start of the show and the dessert during the intermission.
The desired menu for the stage show "Stylez!": If you dine at the theater restaurant „Leander“, you can choose between two possible dishes for both the starter and the dessert; for the main courses you can choose between four different options.
For starters, in keeping with the current season, there is a choice of a creamy asparagus soup with wild garlic pesto or an asparagus ceviche made from green and white asparagus, with red onion, lime, coriander and spring onion.
The sweet version of the dessert: rhubarb and strawberry ragout with vanilla mousse and honey tuile.
For the main courses you can choose between "Fried chicken from free-range chicken with potato and cucumber salad, radishes, pumpkin seed mayo and lamb's lettuce", "Grilled flank steak with warm melon salad, chili, sweet potato fries and BBQ sauce", "Bouillabaisse of local sea fish (pike-perch, whitefish, char, trout), rouille sauce and croutons" or "Fregola Sarda with melted vanilla tomatoes, braised asparagus and Belper Knolle cheese".
The sweet finale can optionally be "rhubarb and strawberry ragout with vanilla mousse and honey tuile" or "pickled brie with grappa grapes and elderberry and tomato gel".
I personally prefer to enjoy the Leander menu before the show. If we opt for the menu served in the auditorium, we always choose three courses. You can find all the arrangements and options on the website, where you can also book tickets directly.
My recommendation: Book tickets with your preferred menu at Restaurant Leander.
The Ticket prices Without a set menu, the price is €55 per person. In addition, as described above, you choose your desired menu option and pay extra for a Two-course or three-course set menu €23 or €29 per person. The set menus can also be booked vegan/vegetarian. A vegan/vegetarian option is always available, regardless of your chosen option. Snack menu with finger food and small dishes in the theater hall. A separate menu with various (show) cocktails will always be waiting for you at your table.
Conclusion, tickets and table
We thoroughly enjoyed the menu and our time at "Leander." For both the appetizers and desserts, we ordered both options; for our main courses, we chose fried chicken and flank steak – both delicious, generously portioned, and attractively presented. We also ordered the two aperitifs, which are created to complement the show, and toasted to a wonderful evening.
Everything is served at a pleasant pace; the inviting ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere for the subsequent show. We laughed a lot in the hall and were amazed from the very beginning. Fantastic dancers, incredibly captivating acrobats, and admirable choreography make for a thoroughly successful stage show. The only downside: unfortunately, time flies by far too quickly when you're captivated by the stage, sipping cocktails, clapping and laughing along, and then, after two hours (including intermission), the audience suddenly erupts in a standing ovation at the end. 🙂
