Restaurant Gabelspiel in Giesing – Today I want to introduce and recommend the Gabelspiel restaurant in Giesing in a short post. It's run by restaurateurs Florian and Sabrina Berger. This upscale restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere opened on November 1st of last year and has been impressing guests ever since with its seasonal dishes and delicious multi-course menus.
In this restaurant, high-quality food takes center stage alongside excellent service and superb wine. It forms the basis of the menus served at Gabelspiel. Regional ingredients combined with harmonious flavors and spices create exciting dishes. The foundation is French cuisine, complemented by international influences – all fresh and made with ingredients sourced sustainably and ethically, many from local farmers. Both à la carte dishes and four- to six-course tasting menus, with or without paired beverages, are offered.
The menu changes regularly depending on the season. Eight dishes are available daily, either as a set menu or à la carte. A four-course menu costs €54, a five-course menu €62, and a six-course menu €69. For those who enjoy fine wine with their meal and individual courses, perfectly paired wines are available for an additional €26, €34, or €42. Of course, we are happy to advise you on your selection – both food and drinks. Let yourself be surprised by our fantastic menus.
