Street food Street food is more popular worldwide than ever before. In Germany, too, people are queuing outside the entrances of relevant markets, and of course, Munich hasn't been immune to this trend. In this context, I'd like to introduce you to the project and resulting video about the street food trend, which OSK initiated and filmed.
OSK (Oliver Schrott Kommunikations GmbH) and its team explored the ever-growing trend of "street food" and investigated the central question ("Where does this hunger for street food and this desire for the flavors of foreign countries and cultures come from?") on their journey across three continents. The filmmakers shot footage in New York, Beijing, and Berlin, and the entire project... on her own blog Recorded.
I didn't want to keep this fantastic result from you. The video shows, in a short and snappy way, how street food has developed and been adopted worldwide. It's practically indispensable in most major cities these days.
